技术领域
本发明涉及布料加工工艺,更具体的说是涉及一种针织面料短流程整理工艺。
背景技术
针织面料即是利用织针将纱线弯曲成圈并相互串套而形成的织物。针织面料与梭织面料的不同之处在于纱线在织物中的形态不同。针织分为纬编(weft knitted fabric)和经编(warp knitted fabric).目前,针织面料广泛应用于服装面料及里料,家纺等产品中,受到广大消费者的喜爱。
现有技术中,针织面料较为容易起球。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种不易起球的针织面料短流程整理工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种针织面料短流程整理工艺,
按以下步骤进行:
步骤一:将涤棉面料在50~80℃的热水中进行清洗;
步骤二:将布料浸泡在浸轧酶工作液中2小时,其中浸轧酶工作液包括下述组成:
浓度为25g/L的浸轧酶;
浓度为2g/L的增效剂,
所述增效剂包括下述重量份组成:
顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠:10份
四聚乙二醇单辛醚:1份
4,4`-二甲基苯醚硅烷:1份
氢氧化钠:10份
水5:500份;
步骤三:将布匹在100℃的水蒸气下蒸30分钟,之后再50~80℃的热水中清洗;

通过上述技术方案,本发明在涤棉面料进行清洗,之后通过浸轧酶进行处理后,其中浸轧过程中增效剂也同时加入到其中,增效剂中的顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠、四聚乙二醇单辛醚、4,4`-二甲基苯醚硅烷可以在未进行整理前,就对面料进行一个预处理,使得面料后期整理过程中,更容易与整理剂中的成分相结合,的到更好的效果。同时也产生协同作用,增强了面料在紫外线照射后,仍然具有较好抗起球能力的效果。而之后进过汽蒸和水洗,进入整理步骤,整理剂中的3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3,4-二-O-乙酰基-6-O-(叔丁基二甲基甲硅烷)-D-葡萄醛可以提高整理后面料的抗起球能力。
而渗透剂的加入,能够加快整理剂中成分的渗入,而提高整体的抗起球性能,同时通过3-[(羟甲基)甲基胺]丙烷磺酸、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠、羟基亚乙基二膦酸钾盐三者的协同效果,还能够进一步加强多次清洗后的抗起球效果。

通过上述技术方案,本发明在涤棉面料进行清洗,之后通过浸轧酶进行处理后,其中浸轧过程中增效剂也同时加入到其中,增效剂中的顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠、四聚乙二醇单辛醚、4,4`-二甲基苯醚硅烷可以在未进行整理前,就对面料进行一个预处理,使得面料后期整理过程中,更容易与整理剂中的成分相结合,的到更好的效果。同时也产生协同作用,增强了面料在紫外线照射后,仍然具有较好抗起球能力的效果。而之后进过汽蒸和水洗,进入整理步骤,整理剂中的3-(异丁烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3,4-二-O-乙酰基-6-O-(叔丁基二甲基甲硅烷)-D-葡萄醛可以提高整理后面料的抗起球能力。
而渗透剂的加入,能够加快整理剂中成分的渗入,而提高整体的抗起球性能,同时通过3-[(羟甲基)甲基胺]丙烷磺酸、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠、羟基亚乙基二膦酸钾盐三者的协同效果,还能够进一步加强多次清洗后的抗起球效果。
