本发明公开了一种脱脂棉和超仿棉纤维复合的无纺布生产装置及方法,包括有开松机、混棉机、梳棉梳理机、压棉机、水刺机、烘干机和卷绕机,开松机的出口与混棉机的进口相连接,混棉机的出口与梳棉梳理机的进口相连接,梳棉梳理机的出口与压棉机的进口相连接,压棉机的出口与水刺机的进口相连接,水刺机的出口与烘干机的进口相连接,烘干机的出口与卷绕机的进口相连接。本发明将脱脂棉和超仿棉纤维进行开松、复合、梳理成复合棉网,再缠结成无纺布,然后经烘干、卷绕,最终形成一种复合无纺布,既保持了棉花的天然性质,柔软舒适,又降低了成本。

脱脂棉和超仿棉纤维复合的无纺布生产装置及方法
技术领域
本发明涉及湿巾用无纺布的生产制造领域,具体是一种脱脂棉和超仿棉纤维复合的无纺布生产装置及方法。
背景技术
湿巾分为两类:一类是本身已经被消毒,但不能消毒其他物品,里面含有护肤的成分,只能做皮肤湿润保养之用。另一类是不仅本身被消毒,而且对别的物品也可起到消毒作用的消毒湿巾,可以用做皮肤擦伤、划伤等的消毒或杀菌。
无论是上述哪一种湿巾,其基础载体都是无纺布。
脱脂棉是原棉经过烧碱煮炼,经过双氧水漂白得到的没有油脂的吸水材料。
超仿棉纤维通过“连续共聚+异形纺丝+印染处理”而形成,在良好的吸湿、速干性之外,还具有柔软性、抗紫外线、抗静电和蓬松性。纤维的超分子结构增强了吸湿性,无机抗静电剂和吸湿剂的复合赋予了纤维抗静电性,无机粉体和微孔的协同能够实现优良的抗紫外性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种脱脂棉和超仿棉纤维复合的无纺布生产装置及方法,能够生产制造一种复合无纺布,既能够保持棉花的天然性质,柔软舒适,又能够降低成本。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种脱脂棉和超仿棉纤维复合的无纺布生产装置,其特征在于:包括有开松机、混棉机、梳棉梳理机、压棉机、水刺机、烘干机和卷绕机,所述开松机的出口与所述混棉机的进口相连接,所述混棉机的出口与所述梳棉梳理机的进口相连接,所述梳棉梳理机的出口与所述压棉机的进口相连接,所述压棉机的出口与所述水刺机的进口相连接,所述水刺机的出口与所述烘干机的进口相连接,所述烘干机的出口与所述卷绕机的进口相连接。
一种脱脂棉和超仿棉纤维复合的无纺布生产方法,其特征在于:具体包括有以下步骤:
(1)、取重量份为5%—60%的脱脂棉和重量份为95%—40%的超仿棉纤维作为原料;
(2)、将上述原料分别投入开松机中进行开松,再经混棉机进行复合,然后经梳棉梳理机进行梳理成复合棉网;
(3)、复合棉网经压棉机加压变薄,形成较薄的复合棉网;
(4)、较薄的复合棉网经水刺机缠结成无纺布,再经烘干机进行烘干,然后经卷绕机卷绕成无纺布成品。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明将脱脂棉和超仿棉纤维进行开松、复合、梳理成复合棉网,再缠结成无纺布,然后经烘干、卷绕,最终形成一种复合无纺布,既保持了棉花的天然性质,柔软舒适,又降低了成本。

具体实施方式
参见图1,一种脱脂棉和超仿棉纤维复合的无纺布生产装置,包括有开松机1、混棉机2、梳棉梳理机3、压棉机4、水刺机5、烘干机6和卷绕机7,开松机1的出口与混棉机2的进口相连接,混棉机2的出口与梳棉梳理机3的进口相连接,梳棉梳理机3的出口与压棉机4的进口相连接,压棉机4的出口与水刺机5的进口相连接,水刺机5的出口与烘干机6的进口相连接,烘干机6的出口与卷绕机7的进口相连接。
参见图1、2,一种脱脂棉和超仿棉纤维复合的无纺布生产方法,具体包括有以下步骤:
(1)、取重量份为5%—60%的脱脂棉和重量份为95%—40%的超仿棉纤维作为原料;
(2)、将上述原料分别投入开松机1中进行开松,再经混棉机2进行复合,然后经梳棉梳理机3进行梳理成复合棉网;
(3)、复合棉网经压棉机4加压变薄,形成较薄的复合棉网;
(4)、较薄的复合棉网经水刺机5缠结成无纺布,再经烘干机6进行烘干,然后经卷绕机7卷绕成无纺布成品。

1.一种脱脂棉和超仿棉纤维复合的无纺布生产装置,其特征在于:包括有开松机、混棉机、梳棉梳理机、压棉机、水刺机、烘干机和卷绕机,所述开松机的出口与所述混棉机的进口相连接,所述混棉机的出口与所述梳棉梳理机的进口相连接,所述梳棉梳理机的出口与所述压棉机的进口相连接,所述压棉机的出口与所述水刺机的进口相连接,所述水刺机的出口与所述烘干机的进口相连接,所述烘干机的出口与所述卷绕机的进口相连接。
2.基于权利要求1所述生产装置的生产方法,其特征在于:具体包括有以下步骤:
(1)、取重量份为5%—60%的脱脂棉和重量份为95%—40%的超仿棉纤维作为原料;
(2)、将上述原料分别投入开松机中进行开松,再经混棉机进行复合,然后经梳棉梳理机进行梳理成复合棉网;
(3)、复合棉网经压棉机加压变薄,形成较薄的复合棉网;
(4)、较薄的复合棉网经水刺机缠结成无纺布,再经烘干机进行烘干,然后经卷绕机卷绕成无纺布成品。
