本发明公开了一种胶带组合物由其制备的汽车内饰双面胶带。基于所述胶带组合物总重量,所述胶带组合物包括42~46重量%的丙烯酸异辛酯、1~5重量%的丙烯酸正丁脂、1~3重量%的交联剂、5~8重量%的光引发剂、22~30重量%的填料、0.2~1.0重量%的花香精油,其余为乙酸乙酯。本发明制得的汽车内饰双面胶带为低VOC胶带且对不锈钢、ABS及有机板粘附性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及胶带组合物及由其制备的汽车内饰双面胶带技术领域,具体涉及一种低VOC低气味胶带组合物及由其制备的汽车内饰双面胶带。
背景技术
随着工业的迅速发展,现有市面的胶带在一定程度上满足了人们的部分需求,但近年来环境问题越来越突出,为了改善这一现状,在汽车、许多家用电器、环具饰品、通迅及航空、航天等领域的汽车电子元件系统中越来越多使用到环保型胶带。这种环保型胶带通常是采用无纺布为基村,同时采用低VOC的胶水用以降低其对环境的污染,然后,由于环保型胶带由于强度环境亲和性而适当降低了胶粘性能要求导致胶带身对作为胶料的胶水的胶粘性能相对于其他胶水要求降低,虽然能大大降低对环境的污染,却容易因为胶水组分及胶带厚薄度的原因导致胶带粘接性能下降。
因此,实有必要提供一种改进的胶带组合物及其制备的胶带。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种改进的胶带组合物及其制备的汽车内饰双面胶带,用于解决现有低VOC胶带胶粘性能不好的技术问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种胶带组合物,基于所述胶带组合物总重量,所述胶带组合物包括42~46重量%的丙烯酸异辛酯、1~5重量%的丙烯酸正丁脂、1~3重量%的交联剂、5~8重量%的光引发剂、22~30重量%的填料、0.2~1.0重量%的花香精油,其余为乙酸乙酯。
在本发明提供的所述胶带组合物一较佳实施例中,所述丙烯酸正丁脂和所述丙烯酸异辛酯的重量比为:1:9~46。
在本发明提供的所述胶带组合物一较佳实施例中,所述交联剂为甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯或甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯。
在本发明提供的所述胶带组合物一较佳实施例中,所述交联剂和所述光引发剂的重量比为:1:2~5。
在本发明提供的所述胶带组合物一较佳实施例中,所述乙酸乙酯和所述填料的重量比为:1:1~2。
在本发明提供的所述胶带组合物一较佳实施例中,所述填料为纳米级石墨粉。
在本发明提供的所述胶带组合物一较佳实施例中,所述花香精油为玫瑰精油或蜡菊精油或茉莉精油中的一种或两种的混合物。
本发明还提供一种汽车内饰双面胶带,所述汽车内饰双面胶带在基材层的两面形成有涂布上文所述的胶带组合物并干燥得到粘接层。
在本发明提供的汽车内饰双面胶带一较佳实施例中,所述胶带组合物以液体形式涂敷到基材层上并通过光热同步固化涂布设备在180℃~190℃对其进行烘烤。
在本发明提供的汽车内饰双面胶带一较佳实施例中,所述胶带还包括离型层,所述粘接层夹设于所述基材层和所述离型层之间,所述基材层为无纺布。
相比于现有技术,本发明提供的胶带组合物及其制备的汽车内饰双面胶带以下优势:
一、本发明提供的胶带组合物对不同粘附物体的粘附性能良好,对不锈钢的剥离强度为13.5~15N/20mm之间,对ABS的剥离强度为13.5~15N/20mm之间,对有机板的剥离强度为14~16N/20mm之间。
二、本发明提供的胶带组合物未使用有机溶剂甲苯和二甲苯,并采用石墨吸收易挥发的低VOC物质降低其对环境的污染,同时胶带组合物中的花香精油可进一步改善空气质量。

下面结合具体的实施方式对本发明作进一步的描述。
本发明提供一种胶带组合物,基于所述胶带组合物总重量,所述胶带组合物包括42~46重量%的丙烯酸异辛酯、1~5重量%的丙烯酸正丁脂、1~3重量%的交联剂、5~8重量%的光引发剂、22~30重量%的填料、0.2~1.0重量%的花香精油,其余为乙酸乙酯;所述交联剂为甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯或甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯。
所述丙烯酸正丁脂和所述丙烯酸异辛酯的重量比为:1:9~46,所述交联剂和所述光引发剂的重量比为:1:2~5。本发明通过控制好丙烯酸异辛酯、丙烯酸正丁脂、交联剂和乙酸乙酯的比例以保证胶带组合物具有较好的粘接性能。但由于乙酸乙酯属于易挥发性物质,为减少其对环境的污染,且在配方中通过加入填料来吸收以降低其挥发,所述乙酸乙酯和所述填料的重量比为:1:1~2,所述填料为纳米级石墨粉,具体为50~200nm级石墨粉,用来吸附易挥发的乙酸乙酯。
所述光引光剂为2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦,苯甲酰甲酸酯或硫杂蒽酮中的一种,所述交联剂和所述光引发剂的重量比为:1:2~5。
所述花香精油为玫瑰精油或蜡菊精油或茉莉精油中的一种或两种的混合物,通过在胶带组合物中添加花香精油可以更进一步改善空气环境。
本发明同时提供一种汽车内饰双面胶带,所述汽车内饰双面胶带包括基材层、分设于所述基材层两侧的粘接层及设于所述粘接层远离所述基材层一侧的离型层。所述基材层为无纺布,无纺布作基材层,对被粘物体的追随性良好。所述粘接层为上文所述胶带组合物以液体形式涂敷到基材层上并且通过光热同步固化涂布设备在180℃~190℃对其进行烘烤得到。所述离型层可以为淋膜纸,能够保护所述粘接层的粘性,而且所述离型层耐高温、防油防潮,适合在电子行业使用。
实施例1
在室温下,采用气动搅拌器将42千克的丙烯酸异辛酯、1千克的丙烯酸正丁脂、1千克的甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、5千克的2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦和20.8千克的乙酸乙酯搅拌35~50分钟消泡后形成初步胶水,然后把胶水、30千克的填料和0.2玫瑰精油放入搅拌反应釜内搅拌10分钟,将得到的混合物静置5分钟。以液体形式涂敷到基材层两侧并通过光热同步固化涂布设备在180℃~190℃对其进行烘烤以形成粘接层,即所述胶带包括基材层及分设于所述基材层两侧的粘接层。
用本发明的胶带组合物制成的粘接层厚度为0.15mm,对其进行剥离强度测试和VOC检测,结果分别见表1和表2。
实施例2
在室温下,采用气动搅拌器将43千克的丙烯酸异辛酯、2.5千克的丙烯酸正丁脂、1.5千克的甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、6千克的2,4,6-三甲基苯甲酰基-二苯基氧化膦和19.5千克的乙酸乙酯搅拌35~50分钟消泡后形成初步胶水,然后把胶水、27千克的填料和0.5玫瑰精油放入搅拌反应釜内搅拌10分钟,将得到的混合物静置5分钟。以液体形式涂敷到基材层两侧并通过光热同步固化涂布设备在180℃~190℃对其进行烘烤以形成粘接层,即所述胶带包括基材层及分设于所述基材层两侧的粘接层。
用本发明的胶带组合物制成的粘接层厚度为0.15mm,对其进行剥离强度测试和VOC检测,结果分别见表1和表2。
实施例3
在室温下,采用气动搅拌器将45千克的丙烯酸异辛酯、4千克的丙烯酸正丁脂、2千克的甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、7千克的苯甲酰甲酸酯和17.3千克的乙酸乙酯搅拌35~50分钟消泡后形成初步胶水,然后把胶水、24千克的填料和0.7千克玫瑰精油放入搅拌反应釜内搅拌10分钟,将得到的混合物静置5分钟。以液体形式涂敷到基材层两侧并通过光热同步固化涂布设备在180℃~190℃对其进行烘烤以形成粘接层,即所述胶带包括基材层及分设于所述基材层两侧的粘接层。

实施例4

用本发明的胶带组合物制成的粘接层厚度为0.15mm,对其进行剥离强度测试和VOC检测,结果分别见表1和表2。
1、剥离强度测试
根据国家行业标准GB/T 2792 2014,剥离强度指以一定的角度和速率将单位宽度的胶粘带从特定粘接面上剥离所需要的里,单位为N/20mm。剥离强度大,粘性越好。具体地,对不同粘附体,在PET#裱褙、室温下、拉伸速度为300mm/min的条件下做180℃剥离测量,性能检测的结果见下表1。

按照JIS A 1901-2015建筑产品用挥发性有机化合物和醛类排放量测度方法进行测试,结果详见表2。

从表1和表2可以看出,通过本发明提供的方法制得的汽车内饰双面胶带剥离强度稳定且具有良好的粘贴性能,从表2可以看出,挥发性有机物VOC测试各测试物质也均低于目标值。

一、本发明提供的胶带组合物对不同粘附物体的粘附性能良好,对不锈钢的剥离强度为13.5~15N/20mm之间,对ABS的剥离强度为13.5~15N/20mm之间,对有机板的剥离强度为14~16N/20mm之间。
二、本发明提供的胶带组合物未使用有机溶剂甲苯和二甲苯,并采用石墨吸收挥发的低VOC物质降低其对环境的污染,同时胶带组合物中的花香精油可进一步改善空气质量。
应该注意的是,上述实施例对本发明进行说明而不是对本发明进行限制,并且本领域技术人员在不脱离所附权利要求的范围的情况下可设计出替换实施例。在权利要求中,不应将位于括号之间的任何参考符号构造成对权利要求的限制。单词“包含”不排除存在未列在权利要求中的元件或步骤。

Claims (10)

1.一种胶带组合物,其特征在于,基于所述胶带组合物总重量,所述胶带组合物包括42~46重量%的丙烯酸异辛酯、1~5重量%的丙烯酸正丁脂、1~3重量%的交联剂、5~8重量%的光引发剂、22~30重量%的填料、0.2~1.0重量%的花香精油,其余为乙酸乙酯。
2.根据权利要求1所述的胶带组合物,其特征在于,所述丙烯酸正丁脂和所述丙烯酸异辛酯的重量比为:1:9~46。
3.根据权利要求1所述的胶带组合物,其特征在于,所述交联剂为甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯或甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯。
4.根据权利要求3述的胶带组合物,其特征在于,所述交联剂和所述光引发剂的重量比为:1:2~5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的胶带组合物,其特征在于,所述乙酸乙酯和所述填料的重量比为:1:1~2。
6.根据权利要求5所述的胶带组合物,其特征在于,所述填料为纳米级石墨粉。
7.根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的胶带组合物,其特征在于,所述花香精油为玫瑰精油或蜡菊精油或茉莉精油中的一种或两种的混合物。
8.一种汽车内饰双面胶带,其特征在于,在基材层的两面形成有涂布权利要求1至7任一项所述的胶带组合物并干燥得到粘接层。
9.根据权利要求8所述的汽车内饰双面胶带,其特征在于,所述胶带组合物以液体形式涂敷到基材层上并通过光热同步固化涂布设备在180℃~190℃对其进行烘烤。
10.根据权利要求9所述的汽车内饰双面胶带,其特征在于,所述汽车内饰双面胶带还包括离型层,所述粘接层夹设于所述基材层和所述离型层之间,所述基材层为无纺布。
