Abstract

本发明公开了一种适用于柴油润滑的聚苯硫醚基自润滑纳米复合材料,该复合材料的组成及各组分的体积分数为:聚苯硫醚树脂47~89.5%、增强纤维5~25%、固体润滑剂5~20%、氮化铝纳米颗粒0.5~8%。本发明还公开了该复合材料的制备方法。在柴油润滑条件下,氮化铝纳米颗粒的加入,促进了摩擦界面摩擦化学反应的发生,有助于对偶表面上高性能转移膜的形成,使聚苯硫醚复合材料在摩擦过程中更快地达到稳定阶段,并显著地降低聚苯硫醚材料的摩擦系数和磨损率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种适用于柴油润滑的聚苯硫醚基自润滑纳米复合材料及其制备方法,属于聚合物自润滑复合材料领域。该复合材料可应用于发动机燃油泵等运动机构的滑动摩擦部件。
背景技术
随着现代工业的迅猛发展,众多机械系统的运动机构工作环境变得越来越苛刻,机械的反复启停致使混合润滑甚至边界润滑状态在这些运动机构中频繁发生。尤其是对一些不能采用外加润滑装置,而只能通过燃油自身润滑的运动机构,如发动机燃油泵的滑动摩擦副,材料的磨损甚至摩擦副的咬合对机械系统的整体性能和可靠性产生重要影响。特别是,应不断提高的排放和环境标准的要求,柴油含硫量不断降低,使得柴油中的有效润滑性组分减少,易造成柴油吸附膜发生脱附,导致润滑作用丧失。通过采用柴油添加剂,可以在一定程度上提高柴油的润滑性。然而,低硫柴油润滑条件下金属-金属摩擦副的润滑问题并没有从根本上得到解决,尤其是相关运动机构的可靠性无法得到保障。显然,通过设计制备先进摩擦副材料,从而避免对低硫柴油进行复杂润滑改性的依赖性,成为提高柴油润滑系统可靠性的重要途径。
聚苯硫醚(PPS,Polyphenylene sulfide)复合材料因为性能可设计、自润滑等优异性能,在高技术工业领域发挥着越来越重要的作用。然而,纯PPS韧性较低,不适合单独作为自润滑材料使用。因此需要通过材料优化设计,在PPS基体中填充纤维状增强填料来改善PPS材料的强度、承载能力,加入固体润滑剂来提高PPS材料的减摩性能。研究表明,摩擦对偶表面转移膜的成分、结构、性能对聚合物复合材料的摩擦学性能有着重要的影响。因此,鉴于PPS本身含有的硫元素易于与金属对偶反应的特殊性,进一步在PPS材料中合理引入功能性纳米填料能够促进摩擦表面摩擦化学反应,在对偶表面上形成一层高润滑特性的转移膜,进而提高PPS基复合材料的摩擦学性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种适用于柴油润滑的聚苯硫醚基自润滑纳米复合材料及其制备方法。
一种适用于柴油润滑的聚苯硫醚基自润滑纳米复合材料,其特征在于该复合材料的组成及各组分的体积分数为:聚苯硫醚树脂47~89.5%、增强纤维5~25%、固体润滑剂5~20%、氮化铝纳米颗粒0.5~8%。
所述聚苯硫醚树脂为粉料,其粒度为35~75 μm。
所述增强纤维为短切碳纤维,单丝直径为5~20 μm,长度为50~500 μm。
所述固体润滑剂为石墨,其粒度为25~150 μm。
所述氮化铝纳米颗粒的粒度为10~100 nm。
如上所述适用于柴油润滑的聚苯硫醚基自润滑纳米复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:
A)将聚苯硫醚树脂、增强纤维、固体润滑剂和氮化铝纳米颗粒进行充分的机械混合;
B)将A)中混合均匀的粉料置于双螺杆挤出机中熔融混炼并挤出,将熔融混炼的挤出料经注塑机注塑成型。
所述双螺杆挤出机的一区加热温度为320~325 ℃,二区加热温度为330~335 ℃,三区加热温度为340~345 ℃,四区加热温度为350~355 ℃,螺杆转速为100~400 rpm。
所述注塑机的注射模具温度为150~170 ℃,注射筒温度335~345 ℃,注射背压2~4MPa,注射压力140~180 MPa。
本发明所述材料在柴油润滑条件下,增强纤维由于自身高的强度和硬度,不仅能够改善材料的力学性能,而且能起到支承载荷的作用,有效降低材料的磨损;固体润滑剂能够有效降低材料的摩擦系数;氮化铝纳米颗粒在摩擦过程中能够促进金属对偶表面多种摩擦化学反应的发生,提高转移膜与金属对偶之间的结合性,致使在摩擦对偶表面快速形成性能良好的转移膜,使得PPS复合材料只需要经过较短的“跑合阶段”就进入稳定状态。该转移膜的存在,显著减小复合材料与金属对偶之间的直接接触,能够明显降低材料的摩擦系数和磨损率,提高PPS复合材料的摩擦学性能。

下面通过具体实施例进一步说明本发明,但本实施例并不用于限制本发明,凡是采用本发明的相似方法及其相似变化,均应列入本发明的保护范围。所述试剂和原料,如无特殊说明,均从商业途径获得。
实施例1
一种适用于柴油润滑的聚苯硫醚基自润滑纳米复合材料的组分体积百分比为:聚苯硫醚树脂79%、碳纤维10%、石墨8%、氮化铝纳米颗粒3%。首先,将这四种物料进行充分的机械混合,然后将上述混合的粉料置于双螺杆挤出机中熔融混合并挤出。将熔融挤出的粒料经注塑机注射成型。双螺杆挤出机的一区加热温度为320~325 ℃,二区加热温度为330~335℃,三区加热温度为340~345 ℃,四区加热温度为350~355 ℃,螺杆转速为100 rpm。注塑机的注射模具温度为150 ℃,注射筒温度340 ℃,注射背压2 MPa,注射压力160 MPa。
实施例2
一种适用于柴油润滑的聚苯硫醚基自润滑纳米复合材料的组分体积百分比为:聚苯硫醚树脂65%、碳纤维15%、石墨15%、氮化铝纳米颗粒5%。首先,将这四种物料进行充分的机械混合,然后将上述混合的粉料置于双螺杆挤出机中熔融混合并挤出。将熔融挤出的粒料经注塑机注射成型。双螺杆挤出机的一区加热温度为320~325 ℃,二区加热温度为330~335 ℃,三区加热温度为340~345 ℃,四区加热温度为350~355 ℃,螺杆转速为150 rpm。注塑机的注射模具温度为160 ℃,注射筒温度340 ℃,注射背压3 MPa,注射压力170 MPa。
实施例3
一种适用于柴油润滑的聚苯硫醚基自润滑纳米复合材料的组分体积百分比为:聚苯硫醚树脂84%、碳纤维10%、石墨5%、氮化铝纳米颗粒1%。首先,将这四种物料进行充分的机械混合,然后将上述混合的粉料置于双螺杆挤出机中熔融混合并挤出。将熔融挤出的粒料经注塑机注射成型。双螺杆挤出机的一区加热温度为320~325 ℃,二区加热温度为330~335℃,三区加热温度为340~345 ℃,四区加热温度为350~355 ℃,螺杆转速为200 rpm。注塑机的注射模具温度为160 ℃,注射筒温度335 ℃,注射背压2 MPa,注射压力150 MPa。
实施例4
一种适用于柴油润滑的聚苯硫醚基自润滑纳米复合材料的组分体积百分比为:聚苯硫醚树脂54%、碳纤维20%、石墨20%、氮化铝纳米颗粒6%。首先,将这四种物料进行充分的机械混合,然后将上述混合的粉料置于双螺杆挤出机中熔融混合并挤出。将熔融挤出的粒料经注塑机注射成型。双螺杆挤出机的一区加热温度为320~325 ℃,二区加热温度为330~335 ℃,三区加热温度为340~345 ℃,四区加热温度为350~355 ℃,螺杆转速为250 rpm。注塑机的注射模具温度为170 ℃,注射筒温度345 ℃,注射背压4 MPa,注射压力180 MPa。
对比例1:
材料制作方法及设备参数与实施例1相同,其中复合材料的组分体积百分比为聚苯硫醚树脂82%、碳纤维10%、石墨8%。
实施例及对比例的体积组分见下表:
将实施例1和对比例1中的试样加工为7.00 mm×7.00 mm×30.00 mm的试样块,在MM-P2摩擦磨损试验机上,对实施例1和对比例1的块试样分别进行至少重复三次的环-块式摩擦磨损性能分析。测试条件为:对偶钢环为GCr15,初始端面粗糙度Ra=0.30 μm,钢环的直径为40.00 mm,试验载荷为100 N,滑动速度为0.38 m/s,柴油流量200 μL/h(足量),试验时间为3 h。
根据实施例1和对比例1在足量柴油润滑状态下环-块摩擦磨损试验数据计算可知。
其中,实施例1摩擦系数与磨损率较对比例1都有所降低,特别是实施例1的磨损率较对比例1降低了65.71%。此外,由实施例和对比例的摩擦系数随时间的变化曲线(见附图)可以看出,氮化铝纳米颗粒的加入大幅度缩短了聚合物复合材料在摩擦过程中的“跑合阶段”。本发明在材料组成与性能设计上通过在传统的聚苯硫醚复合材料中引入氮化铝纳米颗粒不仅提高聚苯硫醚复合材料在柴油润滑状态下的减摩耐磨性能,还缩短了材料的“跑合阶段”,使聚苯硫醚复合材料在摩擦过程中更快地达到平衡,表现出更好的使用稳定性。

Claims (8)

1.一种适用于柴油润滑的聚苯硫醚基自润滑纳米复合材料,其特征在于该复合材料的组成及各组分的体积分数为:聚苯硫醚树脂47~89.5%、增强纤维5~25%、固体润滑剂5~20%、氮化铝纳米颗粒0.5~8%。
2.如权利要求1所述的自润滑纳米复合材料,其特征在于所述聚苯硫醚树脂为粉料,其粒度为35~75 μm。
3.如权利要求1所述的自润滑纳米复合材料,其特征在于所述增强纤维为短切碳纤维,单丝直径为5~20 μm,长度为50~500 μm。
4.如权利要求1所述的自润滑纳米复合材料,其特征在于所述固体润滑剂为石墨,其粒度为25~150 μm。
5.如权利要求1所述的自润滑纳米复合材料,其特征在于所述氮化铝纳米颗粒的粒度为10~100 nm。
6.如权利要求1至5中的任一项所述适用于柴油润滑的聚苯硫醚基自润滑纳米复合材料的制备方法,其特征在于具体步骤为:
A)将聚苯硫醚树脂、增强纤维、固体润滑剂和氮化铝纳米颗粒进行充分的机械混合;
B)将A)中混合均匀的粉料置于双螺杆挤出机中熔融混炼并挤出,将熔融混炼的挤出料经注塑机注塑成型。
7.如权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述双螺杆挤出机的一区加热温度为320~325 ℃,二区加热温度为330~335 ℃,三区加热温度为340~345 ℃,四区加热温度为350~355 ℃,螺杆转速为100~400 rpm。
8.如权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于所述注塑机的注射模具温度为150~170℃,注射筒温度335~345 ℃,注射背压2~4 MPa,注射压力140~180 MPa。
