技术领域
本发明涉及混合动力汽车的动力系统,尤其涉及一种双离合器混合动力驱动系统。
背景技术
混合动力车辆既可以实现节能减排,又可以避免纯电动汽车存在续航不足的难题,在商用车领域,随着新能源补贴的逐渐退坡,混合动力车辆将再次成为新能源汽车市场的热点。其中,单行星排混合动力系统最典型的应用就是丰田Prius系列车型,并已成功通过市场验证。但在我国商用车应用领域存在运行中第一驱动电机转速过高,会产生较高反电动势的问题,以及因系统非完全解耦,发动机惯量大造成的整车的振动问题,控制难度高等问题。
公开号为CN 104890498 A的中国专利提出了一种双离合式混合动力驱动装置,通过两套摩擦片式离合器C1、C2对传动进行分配,离合器C1的两端分别为发动机输出轴和电机A经过减速行星排PG1后的输出轴;离合器C2的两端为电机A经过减速行星排PG1后的输出轴和电机B经过减速行星排PG2后的输出轴。电机A连接行星排PG1的齿圈,行星排PG1的太阳轮固定,行星排PG1的行星架为输出轴;电机B连接行星排PG2的太阳轮,行星排PG2的齿圈固定,行星排PG2的行星架为输出轴。
然而上述方案结构较为复杂,且不能有效解决因电机转速过高带来的难以控制的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种采用单行星排的双离合器混合动力驱动系统,能够解决现有的混合动力驱动装置结构复杂、第一驱动电机转速过高导致的难于控制的问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种双离合器混合动力驱动系统,包括发动机、第一驱动电机、第二驱动电机和单行星排,所述单行星排包括行星齿轮机构,所述单行星排还包括制动器,所述行星齿轮机构的太阳轮分别连接第一驱动电机和制动器,行星齿轮机构的齿圈连接第二驱动电机的输出轴,所述双离合器混合动力驱动系统还包括第一离合器和第二离合器,所述发动机、第一离合器和行星齿轮机构的行星架依次连接,所述发动机、第二离合器和行星齿轮机构的齿圈依次连接,所述第二离合器与齿圈连接的一端、行星齿轮机构的齿圈、第二驱动电机的输出轴分别用于与车辆的后桥连接。
本发明的有益效果在于:增设制动器,能够尽量减少第一驱动电机参与工作,降低功率循环中的能量损失,提高车辆中高速和高速的驱动效率;通过第一离合器,可断开发动机在非工作阶段与整车后桥部分的机械连接关系,大大减小由于发动机惯量对整车造成的振动与冲击,同时大大降低了控制难度;通过第二离合器,可以使车辆在中高速阶段避开单行星排,避免第一驱动电机被动性工作,消除功率循环,提高系统效率。本发明通过双离合器与制动器相互配合,实现多种工作模式,具有结构简单、易于控制、能耗低的优点。

上述实施例的双离合混合动力驱动系统的工作模式如下:
纯电动驱动模式:
第一离合器分离、第二离合器分离且制动器锁止,驱动电机单独驱动车辆,ISG电机被制动器锁止,因此,ISG电机不会随驱动电机的转动而空转,减少了机械能量损耗,并延长了ISG电机的使用寿命。
混合动力驱动分为3种工作模式:
(1)模式一:第一离合器闭合、第二离合器分离且制动器B断开,发动机通过单行星排实现功率分流,可以实现车辆从静止起步。本模式当动力电池电量过低,纯电动起步或低速行驶困难时,发动机可启动介入驱动,发动机的一部分动力输出到后桥,并且当驱动电机参与驱动时该一部分动力可以和驱动电机的输出耦合,发动机的另一部分动力传递给ISG电机进行发电。
(2)模式二:第一离合器分离、第二离合器闭合且制动器锁止,发动机通过增速齿轮组、减速齿轮组与齿圈啮合,可实现发动机与驱动电机并联驱动车辆,适合中高速行驶情况。本模式下发动机避开单行星排,直接通过两组变速齿轮,在自身经济转速范围驱动车辆,并且通过制动器将ISG电机锁止,避免ISG电机进行空转,有效提高了车辆在中高速阶段的系统效率。
(3)模式三:第一离合器闭合、第二离合器分离且制动器闭合,发动机通过单行星排固定速比增速,以及通过齿圈输出动力,并可与驱动电机进行动力耦合,适合车辆高速行驶。本模式下,通过制动器将ISG电机锁止,发动机在自身经济转速范围驱动的同时可通过单行星排对齿圈进行提速,使车辆达到更高的车速,并且可避免车辆高速运行时,ISG电机低速发电或反向驱动,有效提高了车辆在高速阶段的系统效率。
制动模式:
第一离合器分离、第二离合器分离且制动器锁止,驱动电机转化为发电状态单独回收能量。本模式同上述纯电动驱动模式类似,不同点仅在于驱动电机转化为发电状态,利用整车惯性回收能量。
综上所述,本发明提供的双离合器混合动力驱动系统,制动器与双离合器配合动作,实现多种工作模式。具有结构简单、易于控制、能耗低、系统效率高的优点。

Claims (7)

1.一种双离合器混合动力驱动系统,包括发动机、第一驱动电机、第二驱动电机和单行星排,所述单行星排包括行星齿轮机构,其特征在于,所述单行星排还包括制动器,所述行星齿轮机构的太阳轮分别连接第一驱动电机和制动器,行星齿轮机构的齿圈连接第二驱动电机的输出轴,所述双离合器混合动力驱动系统还包括第一离合器和第二离合器,所述发动机、第一离合器和行星齿轮机构的行星架依次连接,所述发动机、第二离合器和行星齿轮机构的齿圈依次连接,所述第二离合器与齿圈连接的一端、行星齿轮机构的齿圈、第二驱动电机的输出轴分别用于与车辆的后桥连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的双离合器混合动力驱动系统,其特征在于,还包括增速齿轮组和减速齿轮组,所述增速齿轮组接于发动机和第二离合器之间,所述减速齿轮组接于第二离合器和第二驱动电机的输出轴之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的双离合器混合动力驱动系统,其特征在于,还包括扭转减震器,所述扭转减震器的一端连接发动机,另一端分别连接第一离合器和减速齿轮组。
4.根据权利要求1所述的双离合器混合动力驱动系统,其特征在于,还包括扭转减震器,所述扭转减震器的一端连接发动机,另一端分别连接第一离合器和第二离合器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的双离合器混合动力驱动系统,其特征在于,所述行星齿轮机构包括太阳轮、行星轮、行星架和齿圈,所述太阳轮与行星轮连接,行星轮与行星架轴连接,行星轮的外圈与齿圈连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的双离合器混合动力驱动系统,其特征在于,所述第一驱动电机的功率小于第二驱动电机的功率。
7.根据权利要求1所述的双离合器混合动力驱动系统,其特征在于,所述第一驱动电机为ISG电机。
