Product assembly
The carrier 138 with the display 135 and the housing 136 fixed thereon is first placed on the second worktable 211 and positioned and installed by the positioning member. After the carrier 138 is installed in place, the photoelectric switch senses that the fourth button 215 is pressed, and the bar code scanner 217 works to read the information of the two-dimensional code 126 on the carrier 138 and upload the information so as to monitor the whole work flow and progress. Then the vacuum generator is started, the suction cup 222 sucks the display screen 135, the suction detector detects the suction force of the suction cup 222, and when the suction force exceeds a set value, the suction cup 222 is considered to firmly suck the display screen 135. At this time, the fourth cylinder 241 works to move the latch 242 away from the display panel to drive the corresponding components in the display panel fixing device to move, thereby releasing the locking state of the display panel 135. The rotation mechanism 22 works, and the motor drives the connecting rod 221 and the suction cup 222 to rotate around the shaft by a corresponding angle, so that the display screen 135 is just attached to the top of the housing 136. The fifth cylinder 233 is operated to insert the insertion rod 235 into the locking hole of the corresponding part of the housing fixing device, and then the sixth cylinder 232 is operated to drive the insertion rod 235 to move to one side so as to release the locking state of the housing 136, and the unlocked housing fixing device can fix and lock the housing 136 and the display screen 135 at the same time under the action of the return spring inside the housing fixing device. At this time, the fifth unlocking cylinder module 23 is reset, the vacuum generator is stopped, the rotating mechanism 22 is reset, and the sixth unlocking cylinder module 26 is operated. The seventh cylinder 262 drives the plug 263 to move so as to unlock the housing module fixing device, and at this time, the housing module 15, together with the housing 136 and the display screen 135, can be taken out of the carrier 138, and the assembly process is completed.

The positioning of the carriers on the two electrical cabinets can be performed in the same manner, and therefore, the detailed arrangement of the carriers is not described.

when the carrier is positioned on the second workbench, the shell module fixing device can be unlocked under the driving of the sixth unlocking cylinder module so as to conveniently take away the shell module; the shell fixing device can be driven by the fifth unlocking cylinder module to unlock so that the display screen can be attached to the shell, and the shell and the display screen can be simultaneously fixed on the bottom plate during locking; the display screen fixing device can be unlocked under the driving of the fourth unlocking cylinder module so that the rotating mechanism can transfer the display screen conveniently;
the rotating mechanism is provided with a connecting rod which is rotatably arranged on the second workbench, a sucking disc used for sucking the unlocked display screen is arranged at the free end of the connecting rod, and the sucking disc is connected with a vacuum generator;
