本发明公开了杆端开口槽冷镦模具,其特征在于:杆端开口槽在冷镦前先在杆端形成沉孔,冷镦模具包括模壳、垫块、活动冲套、推料冲棒和切刀,垫块固定于模壳下端并设有套筒伸入模壳内孔,垫块中间设有顶出孔,顶出孔内活动设有顶出杆,活动冲套活动设于模壳内孔,活动冲套的上端面始终不低于模壳上端面,活动冲套与垫块套筒之间设有多条圆周布设的小顶杆,小顶杆的底部连接弹簧,活动冲套设有与顶出孔相同内径的冲套孔,推料冲棒在冲套孔和顶出孔内活动设置,推料冲棒的上部设有切刀槽,切刀活动设于切刀槽内,切刀侧面呈上窄下宽的“凸”字形,切刀与活动冲套之间可相对活动。本发明可用于杆端开口槽的冷镦加工,并保证开口槽质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及冷镦技术领域,具体涉及一种用于冷镦轴杆类零件杆端开口槽的冷镦模具。
背景技术
一些轴杆类零件如安全带自锁器的中心轴,其轴端都带有深度较深的开口槽,这些开口槽无法用冷镦方法进行镦制出,即使采用专利号201510196500.1、专利名称“冷镦后通顶出装置”的专利技术也不行,所以目前都是以铣槽方法进行机加工,效率低,并且难以保证开口槽质量。
发明内容
鉴于目前公知技术存在的问题,本发明要解决的技术问题是在于提供一种可用于杆端开口槽的冷镦加工,并保证开口槽质量的杆端开口槽冷镦模具。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明是采取如下技术方案来完成的:
杆端开口槽冷镦模具,其特征在于:轴杆零件在冷镦杆端开口槽前先在杆端形成沉孔,冷镦模具包括模壳、垫块、活动冲套、推料冲棒和切刀,垫块固定于模壳下端并设有套筒伸入模壳内孔,垫块中间设有顶出孔,顶出孔内活动设有顶出杆,活动冲套活动设于模壳内孔并得到上限位,活动冲套的上端面始终不低于模壳上端面,活动冲套与垫块套筒之间设有多个圆周布设的小顶杆,小顶杆的底部连接弹簧,垫块套筒的上端面设有弹簧孔来放置弹簧,活动冲套设有与顶出孔相同内径的冲套孔,冲套孔与顶出孔上下对准,推料冲棒在冲套孔和顶出孔内活动设置,推料冲棒的外径匹配冲套孔的内径,推料冲棒的上部设有贯穿到其顶部端面的切刀槽,切刀槽的槽宽匹配所述切刀的厚度,切刀活动设于切刀槽内,切刀侧面呈上窄下宽的“凸”字形,切刀与活动冲套之间可相对活动,切刀的上部宽度尺寸匹配冲套孔内径,与切刀的下部对应,活动冲套的下部设有贯穿到其底部端面的侧向滑槽。
采用上述技术方案后,本发明可用于轴杆类零件的杆端开口槽的冷镦加工,并保证开口槽质量,工作原理是:轴杆零件在冷镦杆端开口槽前先在杆端形成沉孔,来改善杆端开口槽成型时的受力情况并提供一定的开口槽变形空间,然后冷镦冲头部件与冷镦模具相互靠近,轴杆零件被冷镦冲头部件推入冲套孔,同时冷镦冲头部件与活动冲套的上端面接触形成封闭的开口槽变形空间并推动活动冲套向下,当轴杆零件被向下推动时,轴杆零件也推动推料冲棒向下以让出开口槽变形空间,直至轴杆零件带沉孔的下端面与切刀接触,随着冷镦冲头部件的继续向下运动,活动冲套不能被继续推动,而轴杆零件继续推动推料冲棒向下,于是轴杆零件的杆端在切刀的切入作用下形成开口槽(此时切刀的底部由垫块套筒的上端面进行强力支撑),在整个开口槽形成过程中,有足够变形空间让开口槽成形,并且围出开口槽变形空间的各模具零件密切配合没有多余间隙,保证开口槽质量;当轴杆零件的杆端开口槽完全成形后,冷镦冲头部件后退,活动冲套在弹簧作用下回位,同时顶出杆向上推动推料冲棒,推料冲棒的顶端将轴杆零件推出冲套孔,进而完成轴杆零件杆端开口槽的冷镦加工。
作为优选,活动冲套在模壳内孔不能转动,活动冲套的上部外圆一侧被铣出上导向平面,与之对应,模壳外圆从横向方向插入上圆销,上圆销的一个圆柱侧面进入模壳内孔与上导向平面平面接触。上述设计,可使活动冲套在模壳内孔的活动更加平稳,提高模具使用寿命。
作为优选,垫块套筒在装入模壳内孔时只能一个圆周方向装入,垫块套筒的外圆一侧被铣出下导向平面,与之对应,模壳外圆从横向方向插入下圆销,下圆销的一个圆柱侧面进入模壳内孔与下导向平面平面接触。

附图表示了本发明的技术方案及其实施例,下面再结合附图进一步描述其实施例的各有关细节及其工作原理。
如图所示,本发明的杆端开口槽冷镦模具,轴杆零件的杆端开口槽A在冷镦前先在杆端形成沉孔,冷镦模具包括模壳17、垫块12、活动冲套6、推料冲棒2和切刀4,垫块12固定于模壳17下端并设有套筒9伸入模壳内孔15,垫块12中间设有顶出孔14,顶出孔14内活动设有顶出杆13,活动冲套6活动设于模壳内孔15并通过模壳内孔的缩径台阶16得到上限位,活动冲套6的上端面始终不低于模壳17上端面,活动冲套6与垫块套筒9之间设有六个圆周布设的小顶杆7,小顶杆7的底部连接弹簧8,垫块套筒9的上端面设有弹簧孔来放置弹簧8,活动冲套6设有与顶出孔14相同内径的冲套孔18,冲套孔18与顶出孔14上下对准,推料冲棒2在冲套孔18和顶出孔14内活动设置,推料冲棒2的外径匹配冲套孔18的内径,推料冲棒2的上部设有贯穿到其顶部端面的切刀槽1,切刀槽1的槽宽匹配所述切刀4的厚度,切刀4活动设于切刀槽1内,切刀4侧面呈上窄下宽的“凸”字形,切刀4与活动冲套6之间可相对活动,切刀4的上部宽度尺寸匹配冲套孔18内径,切刀4的下部宽度尺寸匹配模壳内孔15内径,与切刀4的下部对应,活动冲套6的下部设有贯穿到其底部端面的侧向滑槽19。活动冲套6在模壳内孔15不能转动,活动冲套6的上部外圆一侧被铣出上导向平面3,与之对应,模壳17外圆从横向方向插入上圆销5,上圆销5的一个圆柱侧面进入模壳内孔15与上导向平面3平面接触。垫块套筒9在装入模壳内孔15时只能一个圆周方向装入,垫块套筒9的外圆一侧被铣出下导向平面11,与之对应,模壳17外圆从横向方向插入下圆销10,下圆销10的一个圆柱侧面进入模壳内孔15与下导向平面11平面接触。
上述杆端开口槽冷镦模具的工作过程是:轴杆零件在冷镦杆端开口槽前先在杆端形成沉孔,来改善杆端开口槽成型时的受力情况并提供一定的开口槽变形空间,然后冷镦冲头部件与冷镦模具相互靠近,轴杆零件被冷镦冲头部件推入冲套孔,同时冷镦冲头部件与活动冲套的上端面接触形成封闭的开口槽变形空间并推动活动冲套向下,当轴杆零件被向下推动时,轴杆零件也推动推料冲棒向下以让出直槽变形空间,直至轴杆零件带沉孔的下端面与切刀接触,随着冷镦冲头部件的继续向下运动,活动冲套不能被继续推动,而轴杆零件继续推动推料冲棒向下,于是轴杆零件的杆端在切刀的切入作用下形成开口槽(此时切刀的底部由垫块套筒的上端面进行强力支撑),在整个开口槽形成过程中,有足够变形空间让开口槽成形,并且围出开口槽变形空间的各模具零件密切配合没有多余间隙,保证开口槽质量;当轴杆零件的杆端开口槽完全成形后,冷镦冲头部件后退,活动冲套在弹簧作用下回位,同时顶出杆向上推动推料冲棒,推料冲棒的顶端将轴杆零件推出冲套孔,进而完成图6所示轴杆零件杆端开口槽A的冷镦加工。

1.杆端开口槽冷镦模具,其特征在于:轴杆零件在冷镦杆端开口槽前先在杆端形成沉孔,冷镦模具包括模壳、垫块、活动冲套、推料冲棒和切刀,垫块固定于模壳下端并设有套筒伸入模壳内孔,垫块中间设有顶出孔,顶出孔内活动设有顶出杆,活动冲套活动设于模壳内孔并得到上限位,活动冲套的上端面始终不低于模壳上端面,活动冲套与垫块套筒之间设有多个圆周布设的小顶杆,小顶杆的底部连接弹簧,垫块套筒的上端面设有弹簧孔来放置弹簧,活动冲套设有与顶出孔相同内径的冲套孔,冲套孔与顶出孔上下对准,推料冲棒在冲套孔和顶出孔内活动设置,推料冲棒的外径匹配冲套孔的内径,推料冲棒的上部设有贯穿到其顶部端面的切刀槽,切刀槽的槽宽匹配所述切刀的厚度,切刀活动设于切刀槽内,切刀侧面呈上窄下宽的“凸”字形,切刀与活动冲套之间可相对活动,切刀的上部宽度尺寸匹配冲套孔内径,与切刀的下部对应,活动冲套的下部设有贯穿到其底部端面的侧向滑槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的杆端开口槽冷镦模具,其特征在于:活动冲套在模壳内孔不能转动,活动冲套的上部外圆一侧被铣出上导向平面,与之对应,模壳外圆从横向方向插入上圆销,上圆销的一个圆柱侧面进入模壳内孔与上导向平面平面接触。
3.如权利要求1所述的杆端开口槽冷镦模具,其特征在于:垫块套筒在装入模壳内孔时只能一个圆周方向装入,垫块套筒的外圆一侧被铣出下导向平面,与之对应,模壳外圆从横向方向插入下圆销,下圆销的一个圆柱侧面进入模壳内孔与下导向平面平面接触。
