Abstract

本发明公开一种显示器件及其制备方法,该显示器件包括红色、绿色及蓝色子像素,其中每个子像素都是一个电致发光器件,并包含一个发光层,其特征在于,1)绿色子像素的发光层中包含有机发光材料,2)红色和/或蓝色子像素的发光层中包含胶体量子点发光材料,3)红绿蓝子像素的发光层都是通过印刷的方法制备而成。
