技术领域
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种浴缸管道酵素疏通剂配制方法。
背景技术
浴缸作为我们卫浴中十分重要的洁具之一,对于我们洗上一个热水澡这是十分舒服的,浴缸在我们的家居生活中是一个比较常见的卫浴用品,几乎家家户户都会有一个浴缸,每次沐浴完毕,在排水过程中,会残留一些泡沫和污水在管道里面,而洗澡时产生的脱落毛发与污垢很容易阻塞管道,让人很困扰。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种具有超强疏通能力,可以穿过积水到达淤塞的位置,并迅速溶解毛发、油垢,消除淤塞产生的恶臭和细菌的浴缸管道酵素疏通剂配制方法。
本发明的浴缸管道酵素疏通剂技术方案是这样实现,它由寡一糖、水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、D-泛醇 、木聚糖酶、短双歧杆菌、荔枝籽油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、VE油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素、醋酸、茉莉香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
寡一糖 1.1% 水溶橄榄油 0.5% 杜鹃花酸 1%
D-泛醇 0.9% 木聚糖酶1.2% 短双歧杆菌 2%
荔枝籽油 1.2% 绿茶香精 0.8% AES 2.2%
益生菌群 1.6% 生育酚磷酸酯0.3% 辛酰水杨酸 0.6%
杜鹃花酸 1.3% 吡哆素 1.6% VE油 1.8%
烷基多糖0810 1.6% 酵素 1.9% 醋酸 2%
茉莉香 1.9% 水74.5%
配制工艺
本发明浴缸管道酵素疏通剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抑菌作用的寡一糖拌入恒温27.6°C的水中搅拌312分钟,再加入水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、D-泛醇、木聚糖酶高速搅拌307分钟,并配以短双歧杆菌、荔枝籽油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、VE油 、烷基多糖0810恒温在32.6°C均质搅拌317分种,将容器恒温在33.6°C密封发酵41.6小时,再加入酵素、醋酸、茉莉香高速搅拌312分钟,它能消除淤塞产生的恶臭和细菌,不会损伤浴缸铁质或胶质水管,然后恒温在29.6°C容器内静置47.6小时即为成品。
有益效果:
独特配方,不会被污水稀释,具有超强疏通能力,可以穿过积水到达淤塞的位置,并迅速溶解毛发、油垢,消除淤塞产生的恶臭和细菌,不会损伤浴缸铁质或胶质水管。
具体实施方式
