本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种卫生间酵素杀菌剂配制方法。
背景技术
卫生间里环境潮湿,长时间不打扫,瓷砖的接缝处容易出现墨绿色的小霉点,很多的细菌都是从卫生间传播开来,威胁我们的家庭生活健康,去除环境及物品表面的尘垢和污渍,并不能消除、杀灭病原微生物。只有使用杀菌剂,对卫生间进行定期杀菌,才能减少卫生间污染,创造一个健康舒适的家居环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种通过抑制细菌生长,有效防止细胞污染,对各种病原微生物均有较强的杀灭作用的卫生间酵素杀菌剂配制方法。
本发明的卫生间酵素杀菌剂技术方案是这样实现,它由寡一糖、水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、L-抗坏血酸钠 、长柄木霉、青春双歧杆菌、松籽油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、小麦胚芽油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素、醋酸、桂花香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

寡一糖 1.1% 水溶橄榄油 0.8% 杜鹃花酸 0.7%
L-抗坏血酸钠 1.3% 长柄木霉 1.2% 青春双歧杆菌 1.8%
松籽油 0.6% 绿茶香精 1.3% AES 2.1%
益生菌群 1.9% 生育酚磷酸酯 1.2% 辛酰水杨酸 1.5%
杜鹃花酸 1.1% 吡哆素 1% 小麦胚芽油 0.8%
烷基多糖0810 2.2% 酵素 1.9% 醋酸 1.6%

配制工艺
本发明卫生间酵素杀菌剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抑菌作用的寡一糖与水溶橄榄油拌入恒温33.7°C的水中搅拌386分钟,再加入杜鹃花酸、L-抗坏血酸钠 、长柄木霉、青春双歧杆菌、松籽油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯高速搅拌379分钟,并配以辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、小麦胚芽油 、烷基多糖0810恒温在31.7°C均质搅拌388分种,将容器恒温在33.7°C密封发酵47.7小时,再加入酵素、醋酸、桂花香高速搅拌389分钟,它对各种病原微生物均有较强的杀灭作用,然后恒温在35.7°C容器内静置53.7小时即为成品。
有益效果
具有很强的除菌抑菌功能,主要用于卫生间的杀菌,通过抑制细菌的生长,有效防止细胞的污染,对各种病原微生物均有较强的杀灭作用。
