本发明的卫生间墙地砖酵素清洁剂技术方案是这样实现,它由寡一糖、水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、脂溶性辅酶Q10、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、羟基胆钙化醇、β‑甘露聚糖酶、戊糖片球菌、益生菌群、AES、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、吡哆素、VE油、烷基多糖0810、酵素、醋酸、茉莉香、水混合配制而成。

技术领域
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种卫生间墙地砖酵素清洁剂配制方法。
背景技术
卫生间是我们每天都要去的地方,卫生间是否干净,是否卫生与我们的健康息息相关。但是卫生间墙砖是很容易藏污纳垢的地方,卫生间墙面上的油污很容易干固,且瓷砖上或缝隙上的油污有时很厚,不容易清洁。浴室墙面上肥皂垢的堆积,家中水管、龙头后方的瓷砖墙面容易出现一层铁锈,非常难看,影响美观,水龙头的铁锈、水渍等等常常都是家居主人清洁卫生间时的头疼污渍。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种强力溶解,去除铁锈渍、快速度清洁墙地砖,保持瓷面清洁又不损坏瓷面光亮的卫生间墙地砖酵素清洁剂配制方法。
本发明的卫生间墙地砖酵素清洁剂技术方案是这样实现,它由寡一糖、水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、脂溶性辅酶Q10 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、羟基胆钙化醇、β-甘露聚糖酶 、戊糖片球菌、 益生菌群、AES 、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、VE油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素、醋酸、茉莉香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
寡一糖 0.2% 水溶橄榄油 0.8% 杜鹃花酸 0.9%
脂溶性辅酶Q10 1% 聚季铵盐0.7% 红没药醇 1.1%
羟基胆钙化醇 2.1% β-甘露聚糖酶 2.2% 戊糖片球菌 1.3%
益生菌群 3% AES 2.5% 辛酰水杨酸 1.6%
杜鹃花酸 0.3% 吡哆素 0.1% VE油 0.5%
烷基多糖0810 1.2% 酵素 1.3% 醋酸 0.9%
茉莉香 1.3% 水77%
配制工艺
本发明卫生间墙地砖酵素清洁剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抑菌作用的寡一糖与水溶橄榄油拌入恒温28.1°C的水中搅拌320分钟,再加入杜鹃花酸、脂溶性辅酶Q10 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、羟基胆钙化醇高速搅拌315分钟,并配以β-甘露聚糖酶、戊糖片球菌、益生菌群、AES、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素恒温在33.1°C均质搅拌325分种,将容器恒温在34.1°C密封发酵42.1小时,再加入VE油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素、醋酸、茉莉香高速搅拌320分钟,能快速去除铁锈渍,预防霉菌霉斑的出现,然后恒温在30.1°C容器内静置48.1小时即为成品。
有益效果:
强力溶解,去除铁锈渍、快速度清洁墙地砖,保持瓷面清洁又不损坏瓷面光亮,快速去除顽垢的同时,可预防霉菌霉斑的出现。
具体实施方式
本发明的卫生间墙地砖酵素清洁剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,寡一糖0.2%、水溶橄榄油 0.8%、杜鹃花酸 0.9%、脂溶性辅酶Q10 1%、聚季铵盐0.7%、红没药醇1.1%、羟基胆钙化醇 2.1%、β-甘露聚糖酶 2.2%、戊糖片球菌 1.3%、益生菌群 3%、AES2.5%、辛酰水杨酸 1.6%、杜鹃花酸 0.3%、吡哆素 0.1%、VE油 0.5%、烷基多糖0810 1.2%、酵素 1.3% 、醋酸 0.9%、茉莉香 1.3%、水77% ,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抑菌作用的寡一糖与水溶橄榄油拌入恒温28.1°C的水中搅拌320分钟,再加入杜鹃花酸、脂溶性辅酶Q10 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、羟基胆钙化醇高速搅拌315分钟,并配以β-甘露聚糖酶 、戊糖片球菌、益生菌群、AES、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素恒温在33.1°C均质搅拌325分种,将容器恒温在34.1°C密封发酵42.1小时,再加入VE油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素、醋酸、茉莉香高速搅拌320分钟,能快速去除铁锈渍,预防霉菌霉斑的出现,然后恒温在30.1°C容器内静置48.1小时即为成品。
