本发明公开了一种机洗餐具洗涤剂及其制备方法,所述洗涤剂由下述重量百分比的组分组成:碳酸钠:5‑10wt%,硅酸钠:5‑10wt%,聚丙烯酸钠:1‑5wt%,分子量10000以下,葡萄糖酸钠:10‑20wt%,脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物:0.1‑2wt%,烷基多苷:0.1‑2wt%等。所述洗涤剂大大延长了洗碗机洗涤室内腔壁上水垢和油污的形成时间,即延长使用者的清洗周期,为使用者提供方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及餐具洗涤剂领域,特别是涉及一种机洗餐具洗涤剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
现今,我国各城市中大饭店、酒店、食堂自动洗碗机已基本普及,家用的小型洗碗机也正逐渐走进百姓家庭,然而,洗碗机使用一段时间后,洗涤室内会覆上一层油污或水垢,故使用者使用洗碗机一段时间后需用专用清洁剂对内壁进行清洗,而这不免给使用者带来不便。
发明内容
基于此,本发明目的之一在于提供一种机洗餐具洗涤剂,其可有效延长使用周期,即延长使用者的清洗周期,为使用者提供方便。
解决上述技术问题的具体技术方案如下:
一种机洗餐具洗涤剂,所述机洗餐具洗涤剂由下述重量百分比的组分组成:
碳酸钠:5-10wt%,
硅酸钠:5-10wt%,
聚丙烯酸钠:1-5wt%,分子量10000以下的一种或几种混合物,
葡萄糖酸钠:10-20wt%,
脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物:0.1-2wt%,
烷基多苷:0.1-2wt%,
乙醇:5-15wt%,
黄原胶:1-2wt%,
酶制剂:1-6wt%,
防腐剂:0.1-0.5wt%,
香精:0.1-0.5wt%,
去离子水余量。
优选的,所述聚丙烯酸钠的分子量为2000-5000的一种或几种混合物。
优选的,所述聚丙烯酸钠的重量百分比2-4wt%。
优选的,所述酶制剂为:脂肪酶1-3wt%,蛋白酶0.3-2wt%,淀粉酶0.3-1wt%。
优选的,所述餐具洗涤剂由下述重量百分比的组分组成:
碳酸钠:8-10wt%,
硅酸钠:8-10wt%,
聚丙烯酸钠:2-4wt%,分子量10000以下的一种或几种混合物,
葡萄糖酸钠:15-20wt%,
脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物:0.5-1.5wt%,
烷基多苷:0.5-1.5wt%,
乙醇:10-15wt%,
黄原胶:1-1.5wt%,
脂肪酶:1-2wt%,
蛋白酶:0.5-1wt%,
淀粉酶:0.5-1wt%,
防腐剂:0.1-0.3wt%,
香精:0.1-0.3wt%,
去离子水余量。
优选的,所述防腐剂为尼泊金酯或山梨酸钾中的至少一种。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种上述机洗餐具洗涤剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
在反应釜中加适量去离子水,加入碳酸钠,待完全溶解,并冷却至温度为40-50℃,依次加入硅酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、烷基多苷、乙醇、黄原胶、酶制剂、防腐剂、香精和其余去离子水。
本发明所述的一种机洗餐具洗涤剂及其制备方法具有以下优点和有益效果:
1)本发明所述机洗餐具洗涤剂主要用于主洗阶段,其不含氧漂白剂,通过将适当种类和用量的聚丙烯酸钠和葡萄糖酸钠进行复配以有效螯合水中的Ca2+、Mg2+,分散水中的油污等,同时利用乙醇的增溶作用与碱源、各种酶制剂及表面活性剂的复配进一步有效去除餐具上的油污,在配合适当的粘度,大大延长了洗碗机洗涤室内腔壁上水垢和油污的形成时间,即延长使用者的清洗周期,为使用者提供方便。
2)本发明所述机洗餐具洗涤剂制备方法,科学、简单、方便。

以下将结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明,以便本领域技术人员更清楚的了解本发明,但并不因此限制本发明。
实施例1
本实施例涉及一种机洗餐具洗涤剂,其由下述重量百分比的组分组成:
碳酸钠8wt%,
硅酸钠9wt%,
聚丙烯酸钠:3wt%,分子量2000-5000,
葡萄糖酸钠:18wt%,
脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物:1wt%,
烷基多苷:0.5wt%,
乙醇:12wt%,
黄原胶:1wt%,
脂肪酶:1wt%,
蛋白酶:0.6wt%,
淀粉酶:0.5wt%,
尼泊金酯:0.1wt%,
香精:0.1wt%,
去离子水余量。
上述机洗餐具洗涤剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
在反应釜中加适量去离子水,加入碳酸钠,待完全溶解,并冷却至温度为40-50℃,依次加入硅酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、烷基多苷、乙醇、黄原胶、脂肪酶、蛋白酶、淀粉酶、防腐剂、香精和其余去离子水。
实施例2
本实施例涉及一种机洗餐具洗涤剂,其由下述重量百分比的组分组成:
碳酸钠:5wt%,
硅酸钠:5wt%,
聚丙烯酸钠:2wt%,分子量10000以下,
葡萄糖酸钠:10wt%,
脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物:0.4wt%,
烷基多苷:0.2wt%,
乙醇:8wt%,
黄原胶:1wt%,
脂肪酶:1wt%,
蛋白酶:0.3wt%,
淀粉酶:0.3wt%,
尼泊金酯:0.1wt%,
香精:0.1wt%,
去离子水余量。
上述机洗餐具洗涤剂的制备方法参照实施例1。
效果测定
一、试验目的
通过对比观察使用一段时间实施例1和实施例2制得的洗涤剂后,洗碗机内壁水垢和油污形成程度。
二、试验方法
采用硬度在200-280mg/l自来水进行测试,试验分为对照组和试验组,两组试验过程具体如下:
对照组:测试过程中每次取10个涂满人造油污的瓷盘,用商用洗碗机配合某一市售洗涤剂进行洗涤,每天洗涤剂1次,记录洗碗机内壁形成水垢和油污的时间。
试验组:测试过程中每次取10个涂满人造油污的瓷盘,分别用商用洗碗机配合实施例1和实施例制得的洗涤剂进行洗涤,每天洗涤剂1次,分别记录洗碗机内壁形成水垢和油污的时间。
上述洗涤条件均相同。
三、试验结果
测试结果表明:使用市售洗涤剂洗碗机内壁形成肉眼可视水垢的时间为11天,使用实施例1和实施例2制得的洗涤剂的形成时间分别为20天、18天,由于本试验设置的洗涤温度为60℃,两组均未发现有油污。

1.一种机洗餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述机洗餐具洗涤剂由下述重量百分比的组分组成:
碳酸钠:5-10wt%,
硅酸钠:5-10wt%,
聚丙烯酸钠:1-5wt%,分子量10000以下的一种或几种混合物,
葡萄糖酸钠:10-20wt%,
脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物:0.1-2wt%,
烷基多苷:0.1-2wt%,
乙醇:5-15wt%,
黄原胶:1-2wt%,
酶制剂:1-6wt%,
防腐剂:0.1-0.5wt%,
香精:0.1-0.5wt%,
去离子水余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种机洗餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯酸钠的分子量为2000-5000的一种或几种混合物。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种机洗餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯酸钠的重量百分比2-4wt%。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种机洗餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述酶制剂为:脂肪酶1-3wt%,蛋白酶0.3-2wt%,淀粉酶0.3-1wt%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种机洗餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述餐具洗涤剂由下述重量百分比的组分组成:
碳酸钠:8-10wt%,
硅酸钠:8-10wt%,
聚丙烯酸钠A:2-4wt%,分子量10000以下的一种或几种混合物,
葡萄糖酸钠:15-20wt%,
脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物:0.5-1.5wt%,
烷基多苷:0.5-1.5wt%,
乙醇:10-15wt%,
黄原胶:1-1.5wt%,
脂肪酶:1-2wt%,
蛋白酶:0.5-1wt%,
淀粉酶:0.5-1wt%,
防腐剂:0.1-0.3wt%,
香精:0.1-0.3wt%,
去离子水余量。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种机洗手洗餐具洗涤剂,其特征在于,所述防腐剂为尼泊金酯或山梨酸钾中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求1-6任一项所述机洗餐具洗涤剂的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
在反应釜中加适量去离子水,加入碳酸钠,待完全溶解,并冷却至温度为40-50℃,依次加入硅酸钠、葡萄糖酸钠、聚丙烯酸钠、脂肪酸甲酯乙氧基化物、烷基多苷、乙醇、黄原胶、酶制剂、防腐剂、香精和其余去离子水。
