本发明的浴缸管道酵素疏通剂技术方案是这样实现,它由寡一糖、水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、羟基胆钙化醇、β‑甘露聚糖酶、戊糖片球菌、荔枝籽油、绿茶香精、AES、益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、吡哆素、VE油、烷基多糖0810、酵素、醋酸、茉莉香、水混合配制而成。

技术领域
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种浴缸管道酵素疏通剂配制方法。
背景技术
浴缸作为我们卫浴中十分重要的洁具之一,对于我们洗上一个热水澡这是十分舒服的,浴缸在我们的家居生活中是一个比较常见的卫浴用品,几乎家家户户都会有一个浴缸,每次沐浴完毕,在排水过程中,会残留一些泡沫和污水在管道里面,而洗澡时产生的脱落毛发与污垢很容易阻塞管道,让人很困扰。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种具有超强疏通能力,可以穿过积水到达淤塞的位置,并迅速溶解毛发、油垢,消除淤塞产生的恶臭和细菌的浴缸管道酵素疏通剂配制方法。
本发明的浴缸管道酵素疏通剂技术方案是这样实现,它由寡一糖、水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、羟基胆钙化醇 、β-甘露聚糖酶、戊糖片球菌、荔枝籽油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、VE油 、烷基多糖0810、酵素、醋酸、茉莉香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
寡一糖 1.8% 水溶橄榄油 0.8% 杜鹃花酸 1.7%
羟基胆钙化醇 0.2% β-甘露聚糖酶0.6% 戊糖片球菌 1.3%
荔枝籽油 1.9% 绿茶香精 1.5% AES 2.9%
益生菌群 2.2% 生育酚磷酸酯1% 辛酰水杨酸 1.2%
杜鹃花酸 0.7% 吡哆素 0.9% VE油 1.1%
烷基多糖0810 2.2% 酵素 2.6% 醋酸 2.7%
茉莉香 1.2% 水71.5%
配制工艺
本发明浴缸管道酵素疏通剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抑菌作用的寡一糖拌入恒温27.1°C的水中搅拌307分钟,再加入水溶橄榄油、杜鹃花酸、羟基胆钙化醇 、β-甘露聚糖酶高速搅拌300分钟,并配以戊糖片球菌、荔枝籽油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、生育酚磷酸酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、VE油 、烷基多糖0810恒温在32.1°C均质搅拌310分种,将容器恒温在33.1°C密封发酵41.1小时,再加入酵素、醋酸、茉莉香高速搅拌307分钟,它能消除淤塞产生的恶臭和细菌,不会损伤浴缸铁质或胶质水管,然后恒温在29.1°C容器内静置47.1小时即为成品。
有益效果:
独特配方,不会被污水稀释,具有超强疏通能力,可以穿过积水到达淤塞的位置,并迅速溶解毛发、油垢,消除淤塞产生的恶臭和细菌,不会损伤浴缸铁质或胶质水管。
具体实施方式
