技术领域
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种家用电器酵素清洁剂配制方法。
背景技术
家用电器包括很多:饮水机、油烟机、空调、电磁炉、电冰箱、电脑、电视等一些经常使用的家用电器,他们的清洗方法分别不同,有的需要清洗内部,有的只需按照操作使用清洗剂清洗外部就可以了。不同的家电使用不同的清洗方法来进行微型的保养、护理清洁,以增加家电运作效率以及使用寿命,使人们更好的利用家电,保持家庭清洁使人们更加健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种能快速分解附着在家电表面难以清除油渍、污垢,达到光亮一新的家用电器酵素清洁剂配制方法。
本发明的家用电器酵素清洁剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、柴胡油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、卡松2 、D-泛醇、木聚糖酶、短双歧杆菌、柠檬香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:

汉防己提取物 0.8% 甘草酸二钾 1% 纳豆发酵提取物 1.3%
燕麦多肽 0.7% 聚季铵盐1.2% 红没药醇 0.9%
柴胡油 1.1% 绿茶香精 1.3% AES 3.1%
益生菌群 2.1% 甲基乙基酯 1.7% 辛酰水杨酸 1.1%
杜鹃花酸 1.2% 吡哆素 0.8% 卡松2 1%
D-泛醇 1.7% 木聚糖酶 1.1% 短双歧杆菌 1.8%
柠檬香 1.7% 水74.4%
配制工艺
本发明家用电器酵素清洁剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物恒温34.6°C的水中搅拌222分钟,再加入甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇高速搅拌216分钟,并配以柴胡油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、卡松2 、D-泛醇恒温在31.6°C均质搅拌226分种,将容器恒温在32.6°C密封发酵33.6小时,再加入木聚糖酶、短双歧杆菌、柠檬香高速搅拌227分钟,能快速分解附着在家电表面难以清除油渍、污垢,然后恒温在29.6°C容器内静置39.6小时即为成品。
有益效果:
能有效渗透并瓦解较厚油层油脂及碳垢,使其从物体表面脱落并乳化且不伤害物体表面,快速分解附着在家电表面难以清除油渍、污垢,达到光亮一新的效果。
具体实施方式
本发明的家用电器酵素清洁剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,汉防己提取物0.8%、甘草酸二钾 1%、纳豆发酵提取物 1.3%、燕麦多肽 0.7%、聚季铵盐1.2%、红没药醇0.9%、柴胡油 1.1%、绿茶香精 1.3%、AES 3.1%、益生菌群 2.1%、甲基乙基酯 1.7%、辛酰水杨酸 1.1%、杜鹃花酸 1.2%、吡哆素 0.8%、卡松2 1%、 D-泛醇 1.7%、木聚糖酶 1.1%、短双歧杆菌 1.8%、柠檬香 1.7%、水74.4%,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物恒温34.6°C的水中搅拌222分钟,再加入甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇高速搅拌216分钟,并配以柴胡油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、吡哆素、卡松2 、D-泛醇恒温在31.6°C均质搅拌226分种,将容器恒温在32.6°C密封发酵33.6小时,再加入木聚糖酶、短双歧杆菌、柠檬香高速搅拌227分钟,能快速分解附着在家电表面难以清除油渍、污垢,然后恒温在29.6°C容器内静置39.6小时即为成品。
