本发明的家用电器酵素清洁剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、柴胡油、绿茶香精、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、吡哆素、卡松2、羟基胆钙化醇、β‑甘露聚糖酶、戊糖片球菌、柠檬香、水混合配制而成。

技术领域
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种家用电器酵素清洁剂配制方法。
背景技术
家用电器包括很多:饮水机、油烟机、空调、电磁炉、电冰箱、电脑、电视等一些经常使用的家用电器,他们的清洗方法分别不同,有的需要清洗内部,有的只需按照操作使用清洗剂清洗外部就可以了。不同的家电使用不同的清洗方法来进行微型的保养、护理清洁,以增加家电运作效率以及使用寿命,使人们更好的利用家电,保持家庭清洁使人们更加健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种能快速分解附着在家电表面难以清除油渍、污垢,达到光亮一新的家用电器酵素清洁剂配制方法。
本发明的家用电器酵素清洁剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、柴胡油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、卡松2 、羟基胆钙化醇、β-甘露聚糖酶、戊糖片球菌、柠檬香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物 1.3% 甘草酸二钾 1.6% 纳豆发酵提取物 1.9%
燕麦多肽 1.2% 聚季铵盐1.8% 红没药醇 1.5%
柴胡油 1.7% 绿茶香精 1.9% AES 3.8%
益生菌群 1.6% 甲基乙基酯 1.1% 辛酰水杨酸 0.6%
杜鹃花酸 0.7% 吡哆素 0.2% 卡松2 0.5%
羟基胆钙化醇 1.1% β-甘露聚糖酶 0.5% 戊糖片球菌 1.2%
柠檬香 2.2% 水73.6%
配制工艺
本发明家用电器酵素清洁剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物恒温34.1°C的水中搅拌218分钟,再加入甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇高速搅拌211分钟,并配以柴胡油、绿茶香精 、AES、益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、杜鹃花酸、 吡哆素、卡松2 、羟基胆钙化醇恒温在31.1°C均质搅拌221分种,将容器恒温在32.1°C密封发酵33.1小时,再加入β-甘露聚糖酶、戊糖片球菌、柠檬香高速搅拌222分钟,能快速分解附着在家电表面难以清除油渍、污垢,然后恒温在29.1°C容器内静置39.1小时即为成品。
有益效果:
能有效渗透并瓦解较厚油层油脂及碳垢,使其从物体表面脱落并乳化且不伤害物体表面,快速分解附着在家电表面难以清除油渍、污垢,达到光亮一新的效果。
具体实施方式
