本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种微波炉酵素清洁剂配制方法。
背景技术
微波炉的工作原理是通过微波在内壁反射并穿透食物,加快食物中水分子运动,从而加热食物的,而微波炉内壁一旦油污不堪,必然会影响到加热效率,现在几乎家家都有微波炉了,用它做饭十分方便,而且啊味道鲜美。但是时间一长,家里的微波炉用久了,里面总会油腻腻的,很多人都很怕清理微波炉,因为微波炉里边的污垢可是十分难清洗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种具有能有效清洁微波炉内的污垢,除菌除臭能力强,高效清洁微波炉内的积垢,同时完成杀菌和去味的微波炉酵素清洁剂配制方法。
本发明的微波炉酵素清洁剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、独活油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、L-泛酸钙、毕赤酵母、罗伊氏乳杆菌 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、柠檬香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物1.7% 甘草酸二钾 1.9% 纳豆发酵提取物 2.1%
燕麦多肽 2% 聚季铵盐1.1% 红没药醇 1.5%
独活油 1.8% 绿茶香精 1.3% AES 4.1%
益生菌群 1.6% 甲基乙基酯 1.1% 辛酰水杨酸 0.7%
L-泛酸钙 1.8% 毕赤酵母 0.6% 罗伊氏乳杆菌 1%
醇醚硫酸钠 0.7% 酵素 0.8% 醋酸 0.9%
柠檬香 1.9% 水71.4%
配制工艺
本发明微波炉酵素清洁剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物恒温33.9°C的水中搅拌216分钟,再加入甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、独活油、绿茶香精 、AES高速搅拌209分钟,并配以益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、L-泛酸钙、毕赤酵母、罗伊氏乳杆菌恒温在30.9°C均质搅拌219分种,将容器恒温在31.9°C密封发酵32.9小时,再加入醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、柠檬香高速搅拌220分钟,能高效清洁微波炉内的积垢,然后恒温在35.9°C容器内静置38.9小时即为成品。
有益效果:
能有效清洁微波炉内的污垢,除菌除臭能力强,高效清洁微波炉内的积垢,同时完成杀菌和去味的功效。
具体实施方式
本发明的微波炉酵素清洁剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,
汉防己提取物1.6%、甘草酸二钾 1.8%、纳豆发酵提取物 2%、燕麦多肽 1.9%、聚季铵盐1%、红没药醇 1.3%、独活油 1.7%、绿茶香精 1.2%、AES 4%、益生菌群 1.7%、甲基乙基酯1.2%、辛酰水杨酸 0.8%、L-泛酸钙 1.9%、毕赤酵母 0.7%、罗伊氏乳杆菌 1.1%、醇醚硫酸钠0.8%、酵素 0.9%、醋酸 1%、柠檬香 1.8%、水71.4%,混合制成。其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物恒温33.9°C的水中搅拌216分钟,再加入甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、独活油、绿茶香精 、AES高速搅拌209分钟,并配以益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、L-泛酸钙、毕赤酵母、罗伊氏乳杆菌恒温在30.9°C均质搅拌219分种,将容器恒温在31.9°C密封发酵32.9小时,再加入醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、柠檬香高速搅拌220分钟,能高效清洁微波炉内的积垢,然后恒温在35.9°C容器内静置38.9小时即为成品。
