技术领域
本发明属于生物洗涤技术领域,具体涉及植物提取物、微生物菌群复配而成的一种微波炉酵素清洁剂配制方法。
背景技术
微波炉的工作原理是通过微波在内壁反射并穿透食物,加快食物中水分子运动,从而加热食物的,而微波炉内壁一旦油污不堪,必然会影响到加热效率,现在几乎家家都有微波炉了,用它做饭十分方便,而且啊味道鲜美。但是时间一长,家里的微波炉用久了,里面总会油腻腻的,很多人都很怕清理微波炉,因为微波炉里边的污垢可是十分难清洗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是根据上述不足之处,而研制一种具有能有效清洁微波炉内的污垢,除菌除臭能力强,高效清洁微波炉内的积垢,同时完成杀菌和去味的微波炉酵素清洁剂配制方法。
本发明的微波炉酵素清洁剂技术方案是这样实现,它由汉防己提取物、甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、独活油、绿茶香精 、AES、 益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、盐酸硫胺、植酸酶、沼泽红假单胞菌 、醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、柠檬香、水混合配制而成,其配制方法如下:
配方(按重量百分比)
汉防己提取物1% 甘草酸二钾 1.2% 纳豆发酵提取物 1.5%
燕麦多肽 1.3% 聚季铵盐0.5% 红没药醇 0.8%
独活油 1.1% 绿茶香精 0.7% AES 3.5%
益生菌群 2.2% 甲基乙基酯 1.8% 辛酰水杨酸 1.3%
盐酸硫胺 2.5% 植酸酶 1.2% 沼泽红假单胞菌 1.7%
醇醚硫酸钠 1.3% 酵素 1.5% 醋酸 1.6%
柠檬香 1.2% 水72.1%
配制工艺
本发明微波炉酵素清洁剂是按上述重量百分比配齐,混合制成,其步骤:将具有抗过敏作用的汉防己提取物恒温33.3°C的水中搅拌209分钟,再加入甘草酸二钾、纳豆发酵提取物、燕麦多肽 、聚季铵盐、红没药醇、独活油、绿茶香精 、AES高速搅拌203分钟,并配以益生菌群、甲基乙基酯、辛酰水杨酸、盐酸硫胺、植酸酶、沼泽红假单胞菌恒温在30.3°C均质搅拌212分种,将容器恒温在31.3°C密封发酵32.3小时,再加入醇醚硫酸钠、酵素、醋酸、柠檬香高速搅拌213分钟,能高效清洁微波炉内的积垢,然后恒温在35.3°C容器内静置38.3小时即为成品。
有益效果:
能有效清洁微波炉内的污垢,除菌除臭能力强,高效清洁微波炉内的积垢,同时完成杀菌和去味的功效。
具体实施方式
本发明的微波炉酵素清洁剂主要由下述重量百分比原料组成,
