Detailed Description
The overall structure of the automatic powder packaging open bag feeding machine embodiment is shown in fig. 1, and comprises a frame 1, a bag feeding mechanism 2, a bag opening mechanism 3, a material port 5, a bag holding mechanism 6, a conveying mechanism 7 and a bag opening clamping mechanism 8, wherein the weighing mechanism 4 is connected with a feeding pipe, and all the parts are arranged on the frame 1; and an air inlet valve, an exhaust valve and a feeding pump of the air cylinder for driving each mechanism are all connected with the control center and are controlled to be opened or closed by the control center.
The bag feeding mechanism 2 of this embodiment comprises a carriage 23, a guide shaft 21 and a bag feeding cylinder 22, as shown in fig. 2, wherein 2 guide shafts 21 which are horizontal and parallel to each other are fixed on the upper layer of the frame 1; the sliding frame 23 is a horizontally placed v 21274v frame, v 21274v, two sides of the v are parallel to the guide shafts 21, v 21274v, two sides of the v are respectively provided with a sliding block 24, the sliding blocks 24 on the two sides are respectively nested in the 2 guide shafts 21, a cylinder body of the bag feeding air cylinder 22 is fixed at one end of the machine frame 1, a piston rod of the bag feeding air cylinder 22 is parallel to the guide shafts 21, the top end of the piston rod is connected with the sliding frame 23, and when the bag feeding air cylinder 22 acts, the piston rod pulls or pushes the sliding frame 23 to move left and right on the guide shafts 21.
The bag opening mechanism 3 of this embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, includes a bag opening cylinder 34, a bag opening frame 32, a clamping piece 33 and a suction cup 31; the two sides of the shape are respectively fixed with a bag opening cylinder 34, the piston rod of the bag opening cylinder 34 is vertical to the guide shaft 21 and extends to the sliding frame 23, 21274, the top end of the piston rod is connected with a bag opening frame 32, a clamping piece 33 and a sucking disc 31 are fixed on the bag opening frame 32, the clamping piece 33 is a flat piece, the bag opening frame 32 at each side is provided with at least two sucking discs 31 connected with a negative pressure pipe, and the disc surfaces of the sucking discs 31 at each side and the inner side surfaces of the clamping pieces 33 are positioned on the same vertical plane parallel to the guide shaft 21; the starting state carriage 23 is at the starting end of the guide shaft 21, i.e. the left end of the frame 1; after the start, the piston rods of the bag opening cylinders 34 on the two sides extend out, the clamping pieces 33 on the two sides clamp the upper end bag mouth of the open bag 0 between the piston rods, and meanwhile, the disc surfaces of the suckers 31 on the two sides are attached to the open bag 0; the bag feeding cylinder 22 is operated to pull the carriage 23 to slide along the guide shaft 21, and the open-mouth bag 0 held between the carriage 21 and the clip 33 is fed below the material port 5.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, 5 and 6, the material port 5 is divided into an upper fixed material port 52 and a lower telescopic material port 51, both of which are straight cylinders; the upper end of the telescopic material port 51 is nested with the lower end of the fixed material port 52, the central lines of the telescopic material port 51 and the fixed material port 52 are superposed, the fixed material port 52 and the fixed material port are in movable fit, the upper end of the fixed material port 52 is connected with a feeding pipe, a feeding valve is installed on the feeding pipe, and the cross section of the lower end of the telescopic material port 51 is similar to the cross section of the opened opening of the opening 0 bag and is smaller than the cross section of the opening 0 bag; the outer walls of two sides of the fixed material port 52 are respectively fixed with a cylinder body of a material port extending cylinder 53, a piston rod of the material port extending cylinder 53 is parallel to the central line of the fixed material port 52, the top end of the piston rod is connected with the outer wall of the telescopic material port 51, the telescopic material port 51 is pushed downwards when the piston rod of the material port extending cylinder 53 extends out, and the lower end of the telescopic material port 51 extends into the opening of an open bag 0 opened below; when the piston rod of the material opening extending cylinder 53 retracts, the telescopic material opening 51 is pulled to retract upwards and leave the open bag 0.
As shown in fig. 5, 2 to 6 guide pillars 55 are fixed on the outer wall of the telescopic material opening 51, a guide pillar sleeve 54 corresponding to the guide pillars 55 is fixed on the outer wall of the fixed material opening 52, the guide pillars 55 are inserted into the guide pillar sleeve 54, and when the material opening extends out of the cylinder 53 to drive the telescopic material opening 51 to move up and down, the guide pillars 55 move in the guide pillar sleeve 54.
As shown in fig. 5, in this embodiment, the fixed material opening 52 has fixed claw opening and closing cylinders 81 on the left and right outer walls, the upper ends of a pair of pneumatic claws 82 are hinged to the left and right outer walls of the fixed material opening 52, the pneumatic claws 82 are in an open state, two opposite claw clamps 83 on the lower ends of the pneumatic claws 82 are separated from each other, and the height of the claw clamps 83 is higher than that of the clamping pieces 33 of the bag opening mechanism 3. In this embodiment, the left and right sides of the fixing port 52 are respectively fixed with a cylinder body of a bag pulling cylinder 86, a piston rod of the bag pulling cylinder 86 is horizontal and extends to the left and right outer sides of the fixing port 52, the top end of the piston rod of the bag pulling cylinder 86 is fixed with a connecting frame 87, and the cylinder body of the gripper opening and closing cylinder 81 is fixed with the connecting frame 87. When the piston rod of the bag pulling cylinder 86 is in a retraction state, the distance between the claw clamps 830 of the pneumatic claws 82 at the left side and the right side is smaller than the width of the opening of the open bag 0 and larger than the maximum width of the telescopic material opening 51.
As shown in fig. 6, the bag mouth clamping mechanism 8 of this embodiment includes a bag mouth clamping cylinder 85 and a clamping piece 84, the outer walls of the front and back sides of the telescopic material opening 51 are respectively fixed with the cylinder body of the bag mouth clamping cylinder 85, the piston rod of the bag mouth clamping cylinder 85 is parallel to the central line of the telescopic material opening 51, the top end of the piston rod is connected with the clamping piece 84, the shape of the clamping piece 84 is matched with that of the outer wall of the telescopic material opening 51, in an initial state, the piston rod of the bag mouth clamping cylinder 85 retracts, when the bag opening cylinder 34 moves, the bag opening frame 32 retracts, the clamping piece 33 on the bag opening frame releases the open bag 0, and the suction cup 31 pulls the bag mouth open, the piston rod of the bag mouth clamping cylinder 85 extends to the outer wall of the telescopic material opening 51 to push the clamping piece 84 to cling to the side wall of the telescopic material opening 51, the bag mouth wall of the open bag 0 is located between the clamping piece 84 and the outer wall of the telescopic material opening 51, the bag mouth 84 clasps the telescopic material opening 51, and the bag mouth 0 is clasped by the clamping piece 84.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the weighing mechanism 4 includes a suspension bracket 11 and a load cell 41, the suspension bracket 11 is fixed on the top of the frame 1, and the fixing material port 52 is suspended on the suspension bracket 11 through the load cell 41; the fixed material port 52 is fixed on the top plate 47 of the weighing frame 42, and the weighing frame 42 is suspended on the suspension bracket 11 through the weighing sensor 41; the weighing frame 42 is connected with the frame 1 through 1 or 2 hinges 43 which swing up and down.
A tray support 44 is fixed below a weighing frame 42, a tray cylinder 45 cylinder body is fixedly installed on the tray support 44, a piston rod of the tray cylinder 45 is vertically and upwards connected with a horizontal tray 46, the center of the tray 46 is positioned on an extension line of a central line of a material opening 5, 2-6 tray guide posts 48 are fixed below the tray 46, a tray guide post sleeve 49 corresponding to the tray guide posts 48 is fixed on the weighing frame 42, the tray guide posts 48 are inserted into the tray guide post sleeve 49, and when the tray cylinder drives the tray to move up and down, the tray guide posts 48 move up and down in the tray guide post sleeve 49.
As shown in fig. 7 and 8, the bag holding mechanism 6 of the present embodiment includes a sliding frame 64, a pushing cylinder 72, a bag holding frame 63, a bag holding cylinder 67, a bag holding clamp 62, a bag mouth clamping strip cylinder 66 and a bag mouth clamping strip 61; the bottom of the frame 1 is a bottom frame 12, the bottom frame 12 is positioned below the material opening 5, 2 horizontal and parallel guide rails 71 are fixed on the bottom frame 12, one end of each guide rail 71 is positioned below one side of the weighing frame 42 close to the bag feeding mechanism 2, the other end of each guide rail 71 exceeds the starting end of a conveyor belt connected with the next process, and the exceeding distance is equal to or greater than the width of a bag body of the filled open-mouth bag 0.
The sliding frame 64 is a horizontally placed v-21274-shaped frame, two sides of the v-21274-shaped frame are parallel to the guide rails 71, the sliding frame 64 v-21274is provided with sliding blocks 65 which are fixed on two sides of the shape, the sliding blocks 65 on the two sides are respectively nested in the 2 guide rails 71, a cylinder body of the pushing cylinder 72 is fixed at one end of the bottom frame 12, a piston rod of the pushing cylinder 72 is connected with the sliding frame 64, and when the pushing cylinder 72 acts, the piston rod pulls or pushes the sliding frame 64 to move left and right on the guide rails 71; the two sides of the shape of the sliding frame 64 v 21274are respectively fixed with a vertical bag holding frame 63, and the bag holding frames 63 on the sliding frame 64 in the initial state are positioned at the front side and the rear side of the tray 42; a bag holding cylinder 67 cylinder body is fixed in the middle of each bag holding frame 63 on the two sides, a piston rod of each bag holding cylinder 67 is horizontal, the top end of each piston rod is connected with a bag holding clamp 62, and the shape of the clamp opening of each bag holding clamp 62 is matched with the shape of the bag body of the filled open bag 0; the height of the bag holding clamp 62 is the height of the middle part of the filling part of the bag body of the open bag 0; the upper part of the bag holding frame 63 is fixed with a cylinder body of a bag opening clamping strip cylinder 66, the piston rod of the bag opening clamping strip cylinder 66 is horizontal, the top end of the piston rod is connected with a bag opening clamping strip 61, the bag opening clamping strip 61 is a horizontal straight strip, and the height of the bag opening clamping strip 61 is at least 5 centimeters lower than the height of the upper edge of the bag opening of the filled open bag 0 and is higher than the filling part of the bag body.
When powder is filled, the tray cylinder 45 is actuated, the piston rod thereof is extended upward, and the tray 46 is raised to hold the bottom of the open bag 0 and support the open bag 0, with the bottom surface of the carriage 64 being lower than the surface of the tray 46.
As shown in fig. 7, the conveying mechanism 7 of this example includes a conveyor belt 73, a bag guide 74, and a bag opening guide 75; the starting end of the conveyor belt 73 and the disc surface of the tray 46 for lifting the holding bag are positioned on the same plane; bag body guide plates 74 are fixed on two sides of the conveyor belt 73, the plate surfaces of the bag body guide plates 74 on the two sides are vertically opposite, the distance between the bag body guide plates 74 on the two sides is larger than the thickness of the filled open bag 0, and the height of the bag body guide plates 74 on the two sides is the height of the middle part of the filling part of the bag body of the open bag 0 on the conveyor belt 73; bag mouth guide plates 75 are further fixed on two sides of the conveyor belt 73, the surfaces of the bag mouth guide plates 75 on the two sides are vertical and opposite, the distance between the bag mouth guide plates 75 on the two sides is larger than the thickness of the bag mouth of the open bag 0, and the height of the bag mouth guide plates 75 on the two sides is the middle height of the unfilled part above the open bag 0 on the conveyor belt 73.
As shown in fig. 9, a flow chart of an operation method of the automatic bag feeding machine for the powder packaging open bag in this embodiment is shown.
Embodiment of operation method of automatic open bag feeding machine
The embodiment of the operation method of the automatic bag feeding machine for the open-mouth bags is the operation method of the embodiment of the automatic bag feeding machine for the open-mouth bags, the control center of the embodiment is internally provided with operation programs of valves and pumps of all mechanisms, and the operation programs sequentially drive the air inlet valves, the air outlet valves and the feeding pumps of the air cylinders of all the mechanisms to be opened or closed according to the timing sequence, and the specific operation steps are as follows:

The starting state carriage 23 is at the starting end of the guide shaft 21, i.e. the left end of the frame 1; after the start, the piston rods of the bag opening cylinders 34 on the two sides extend out, the clamping pieces 33 on the two sides clamp the upper end bag mouth of the open bag 0 between the piston rods, and meanwhile, the disc surfaces of the suckers 31 on the two sides are attached to the open bag 0; the bag feeding cylinder 22 is operated to pull the sliding frame 23 to slide along the guide shaft 21, and the open bag 0 clamped by the sliding frame 21 and the clamping piece 33 is fed below the material opening 5;
II, opening the bag
Step I, when the sliding frame 23 drives the open bag 0 clamped by the clamping pieces 33 to move to the position below the material opening 5, a piston rod of a bag pulling cylinder is in a retraction state, and the distance between claw clamps of the pneumatic claws on the left side and the right side is smaller than the width of the opening of the open bag and larger than the maximum width of the telescopic material opening; the paw opening and closing cylinder 81 acts, the pneumatic paw 82 is closed, the two paw clamps 83 are closed, and the two ends of the opening of the open bag 0 are clamped; at the moment, the piston rod of the bag opening cylinder 34 is retracted, the bag opening frame 32 is retracted, and the clamping piece 33 on the bag opening frame releases the open bag 0; meanwhile, the suction cup 31 sucks the bag wall of the open bag 0 under the action of negative pressure, pulls the sucked bag wall to move outwards, and pulls open the bag opening of the open bag 0;
III, clamping bag mouth
The material opening extends out of the cylinder 53 to act, when a piston rod of the material opening extends out, the telescopic material opening 51 is pushed downwards, and the lower end of the telescopic material opening 51 extends into the opening of the open bag 0 opened below;
the negative pressure pipe of the suction cup 31 of the bag opening mechanism is disconnected, the bag feeding cylinder 22 operates, the sliding frame 23 is sent back to the initial position of the guide shaft 21, and the next bag feeding is waited; the open bag 0 is clamped and hung below the material port 5 by a claw clamp 83 of a pneumatic claw 82;
the bag mouth clamping cylinder 85 acts, a piston rod of the bag mouth clamping cylinder extends to the outer wall of the telescopic material opening 51, the clamping piece 84 is pushed to cling to the side wall of the telescopic material opening 51, the bag mouth wall of the open bag 0 is positioned between the clamping piece 84 and the outer wall of the telescopic material opening 51, the clamping piece 84 clasps the telescopic material opening 51, and the bag mouth of the open bag 0 clings to the outer wall of the telescopic material opening 51 and is clamped by the clamping piece 84;
IV, filling
After the step III is finished, a feeding valve on the feeding pipe is opened, and the powder falls into the lower open bag 0 through the fixed material port 52 and the telescopic material port 51; meanwhile, the tray cylinder 45 acts, the piston rod of the tray cylinder extends upwards, the tray 46 rises to support the bottom of the open bag 0 and support the open bag 0; the weighing sensor 41 at the upper end of the weighing frame 42 sends the weight signals of the current weighing frame 42, the parts mounted on the weighing frame and the open bag 0 to the control center in real time, and when the weight of the open bag 0 reaches the filling amount set in the control center, the control center closes the feeding valve;

the pushing cylinder 72 acts, a piston rod of the pushing cylinder extends out to push the open bag 0 filled with powder and clamped by the sliding frame 64, the bag holding frame on the sliding frame and the bag holding clamp 62 to move to the position above the starting end of the conveyor belt 73, the piston rod of the bag holding cylinder 67 retracts, the bag holding clamp 62 releases the bag body of the open bag 0, meanwhile, the piston rod of the bag opening clamping strip cylinder 66 retracts, the bag opening clamping strip 61 releases the bag opening, and the open bag 0 is placed on the conveyor belt 73;
VII, transfer
The conveyor belt 73 moves, and the bag body of the open bag 0 filled with the powder is positioned between the bag body guide plates 74 on the two sides; with the pockets between the two side pocket guides 75. The opened bag 0 filled with the powder is sent to the next process.
