本发明提供了一种WPC木塑六层共挤一步法复合地板生产线,包括挤出机、模具、五辊成型机、冷却托架、两辊压花成型机、托架、牵引机、剪板机、输送托架和自动抬板机;所述模具安装于挤出机上,其与五辊成型机配合,将挤出的物料直接送入五辊成型机;所述冷却托架设置于五辊成型机的出口处,其与五辊成型机配合,将五辊成型机压制成型的地板进行冷却;冷却托架后部设置有两辊压花成型机;两辊压花成型机通过托架与牵引机连接;所述牵引机与剪板机和输送托架连接;所述输送托架尾端设置有自动抬板机。

技术领域
本发明涉及地面装饰材料的生产技术领域,具体涉及一种WPC木塑六层共挤一步法复合地板生产线。
背景技术
木塑地板是一种木料和塑料粉碎混合热成型的新型地板,该类型的地板兼具木材和塑料的优点,在具备木材特性和手感的同时,还具备塑料材料韧性好强度好和容易加工的优点。其采用的木材为废弃木料和农林作物的废旧纤维,材料中不存在有害成分,尤其是现有木质地板常见的甲醛和苯类有机挥发性污染物,且还可回收循环引用,是一种环保、绿色、节能的新型地板制品。现有技术中的木塑地板生产线存在着生产效率低、地板层之间粘合度差等诸多缺点,仍需要进一步的改进。
发明内容
为了克服上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种WPC木塑六层共挤一步法复合地板生产线,本发明通过如下的技术方案来实现:
一种WPC木塑六层共挤一步法复合地板生产线,包括第一挤出机、第二挤出机、模具、五辊成型机、冷却托架、两辊压花成型机、托架、牵引机、剪板机、输送托架和自动抬板机;所述第一挤出机和第二挤出机之间具有0甲基,两者均与模具连接,所述模具安装于挤出机上,其与五辊成型机配合,将挤出的物料直接送入五辊成型机;所述冷却托架设置于五辊成型机的出口处,其与五辊成型机配合,将五辊成型机压制成型的地板进行冷却;冷却托架后部设置有两辊压花成型机;两辊压花成型机通过托架与牵引机连接;所述牵引机与剪板机和输送托架连接;所述输送托架尾端设置有自动抬板机。
优选的,所述五辊成型机包括机架、第一镜面辊、第二镜面辊、底纹辊、压纹辊和五辊,所述第一镜面辊、第二镜面辊、底纹辊、压纹辊和五辊从下至上依次安装在机架上,其中第二镜面辊、底纹辊、压纹辊位于同一直线上,第一镜面辊位于第二镜面辊斜下方,四个辊构成一个L形结构;所述压纹辊的左侧和上侧分别设有第一导向辊和第三导向辊,且第一导向辊和第三导向辊分别安装在机架上;所述五辊通过法兰活动安装于机架上,由气缸带动上下升降;所述印刷膜放卷机构和耐磨膜放卷机构分别安装在机架的顶端两侧,且印刷膜放卷机构和耐磨膜放卷机构分别位于压纹辊的上方两侧,所述机架上还安装有位于压纹辊左侧上方的第二导向辊,且第二导向辊位于耐磨膜放卷机构的正下方,所述耐磨膜放卷机构、印刷膜放卷机构和导出机构从上至下依次设置在底纹辊的右侧,所述耐磨膜放卷机构倾斜设置在底纹辊的右侧,所述印刷膜放卷机构和导出机构平行设置在底纹辊的右侧,所述耐磨膜放卷机构上设置有与底纹辊接触的压贴辊,印刷膜放卷机构上设置有与底纹辊不接触的第一导出辊,所述导出机构上设置有与底纹辊不接触的第二导出辊。
优选的,所述两辊压花成型机包括花纹上辊和网格下辊,花纹上辊和网格下辊均带有动力,花纹上辊由电动升降机或液压油缸带动整体上升和下降,中间带有限位调节装置。
在生产过程中,挤出机挤出的材料通过模具进入五辊成型机,首先从成型机的第一辊和第二辊进入后,随着辊筒旋转后进入第三辊,然后把彩膜层和耐磨层分别经过各自的展平辊后进入耐高温的硅胶辊,硅胶辊采用可调节式汽缸控制;上硅胶辊是压耐磨层的,下硅胶辊是压彩膜的;彩膜和耐磨层经过胶辊压住后与共挤层形成了一体,然后再由第五支辊和第四支辊挤压,即为产品成型的尺寸,第五和第四支辊筒都是哑光辊,主要作用除了压成型还起到消光的作用;再压彩膜和耐磨层的同时,在共挤层的背面覆上一层防滑层;产品从五辊成型机出来后进入冷却托架冷却,进入压花装置,进行压花处理,压花结束后经过牵引机牵出,经过拱形托架后有编码器控制长度,精密剪板机裁断后接料台输送到最前面,然后再由自动抬板机抬板,放在托盘上码垛,方便叉车运输,省掉抬板工人,减轻劳动强度,实现自动化码垛。本新型具有自动化程度,产品质量好等诸多优点。
现有技术的五辊压延覆合生产装置配有很多种类型的花辊,并且更换的频率非常的高,本申请中提供的五辊压延覆合生产装置将平台装在墙板的两侧,前后为分体,中间以留出拆卸花辊的位置,用花纹板折弯后盖在前后平台上,用螺栓连接。拆卸花辊先把升降机的螺栓松开,在用行车吊装花辊的轴头端,连轴承座一起拆卸。提高了安装和更换花辊的便利性,提高了生产效率并降低了维护成本。

下面通过具体的实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细的说明,但是本发明的范围不受这些实施例的限制。
本实施例提供了一种WPC木塑六层共挤一步法复合地板生产线,包括第一挤出机1、第二挤出机201、模具2、五辊成型机3、冷却托架4、两辊压花成型机5、托架6、牵引机7、剪板机8、输送托架9和自动抬板机10;所述第一挤出机和第二挤出机之间具有60°甲基,两者均与模具2连接,所述模具2安装于挤出机1上,其与五辊成型机3配合,将挤出的物料直接送入五辊成型机3;所述冷却托架4设置于五辊成型机3的出口处,其与五辊成型机3配合,将五辊成型机3压制成型的地板进行冷却;冷却托架4后部设置有两辊压花成型机5;两辊压花成型机5通过托架6与牵引机7连接;所述牵引机7与剪板机8和输送托架9连接;所述输送托架9尾端设置有自动抬板机10;所述五辊成型机3包括机架19、第一镜面辊13、第二镜面辊14、底纹辊15、压纹辊16和五辊17,所述第一镜面辊13、第二镜面辊、底纹辊15、压纹辊16和五辊17从下至上依次安装在机架29上,其中第二镜面辊、底纹辊15、压纹辊16位于同一直线上,第一镜面辊13位于第二镜面辊斜下方,四个辊构成一个L形结构;所述压纹辊16的左侧和上侧分别设有第一导向辊19和第三导向辊101,且第一导向辊19和第三导向辊101分别安装在机架29上;所述五辊17通过法兰活动安装于机架29上,由气缸带动上下升降;所述印刷膜放卷机构22和耐磨膜放卷机构21分别安装在机架29的顶端两侧,且印刷膜放卷机构22和耐磨膜放卷机构21分别位于压纹辊16的上方两侧,所述机架29上还安装有位于压纹辊16左侧上方的第二导向辊20,且第二导向辊20位于耐磨膜放卷机构21的正下方,所述耐磨膜放卷机构21、印刷膜放卷机构22和导出机构27从上至下依次设置在底纹辊15的右侧,所述耐磨膜放卷机构21倾斜设置在底纹辊15的右侧,所述印刷膜放卷机构22和导出机构27平行设置在底纹辊15的右侧,所述耐磨膜放卷机构22上设置有与底纹辊15接触的压贴辊16,印刷膜放卷机构22上设置有与底纹辊15不接触的第一导出辊25,所述导出机构27上设置有与底纹辊15不接触的第二导出辊26;所述两辊压花成型机5包括花纹上辊51和网格下辊52,花纹上辊51和网格下辊52均带有动力,花纹上辊51由电动升降机或液压油缸带动整体上升和下降,中间带有限位调节装置。

1.一种WPC木塑六层共挤一步法复合地板生产线,包括第一挤出机、第二挤出机、模具、五辊成型机、冷却托架、两辊压花成型机、托架、牵引机、剪板机、输送托架和自动抬板机;所述第一挤出机和第二挤出机之间具有0甲基,两者均与模具连接,所述模具安装于挤出机上,其与五辊成型机配合,将挤出的物料直接送入五辊成型机;所述冷却托架设置于五辊成型机的出口处,其与五辊成型机配合,将五辊成型机压制成型的地板进行冷却;冷却托架后部设置有两辊压花成型机;两辊压花成型机通过托架与牵引机连接;所述牵引机与剪板机和输送托架连接;所述输送托架尾端设置有自动抬板机。
2.根据权利要求1所述的WPC木塑六层共挤一步法复合地板生产线,其特征在于:所述五辊成型机包括机架、第一镜面辊、第二镜面辊、底纹辊、压纹辊和五辊,所述第一镜面辊、第二镜面辊、底纹辊、压纹辊和五辊从下至上依次安装在机架上,其中第二镜面辊、底纹辊、压纹辊位于同一直线上,第一镜面辊位于第二镜面辊斜下方,四个辊构成一个L形结构;所述压纹辊的左侧和上侧分别设有第一导向辊和第三导向辊,且第一导向辊和第三导向辊分别安装在机架上;所述五辊通过法兰活动安装于机架上,由气缸带动上下升降;所述印刷膜放卷机构和耐磨膜放卷机构分别安装在机架的顶端两侧,且印刷膜放卷机构和耐磨膜放卷机构分别位于压纹辊的上方两侧,所述机架上还安装有位于压纹辊左侧上方的第二导向辊,且第二导向辊位于耐磨膜放卷机构的正下方,所述耐磨膜放卷机构、印刷膜放卷机构和导出机构从上至下依次设置在底纹辊的右侧,所述耐磨膜放卷机构倾斜设置在底纹辊的右侧,所述印刷膜放卷机构和导出机构平行设置在底纹辊的右侧,所述耐磨膜放卷机构上设置有与底纹辊接触的压贴辊,印刷膜放卷机构上设置有与底纹辊不接触的第一导出辊,所述导出机构上设置有与底纹辊不接触的第二导出辊。
