本发明公开了脱复位式滚珠丝杠副,包括滚珠丝杠和滚珠螺母,滚珠丝杠的螺纹段与连接段之间设有滑动段,螺纹段的起口为1/2圈整牙螺纹,滚珠螺母呈四方体状,其侧壁上对称设有两个端轴,滚珠螺母与螺纹段之间设有互相匹配的螺纹滚珠槽,螺纹滚珠槽内设有若干钢球,滚珠螺母的两端嵌设有专用防尘密封圈,专用防尘密封圈通过螺钉与滚珠螺母固定连接,专用防尘密封圈设有与1/2圈整牙螺纹相契合的螺纹起口,且该专用防尘密封圈内侧的螺纹与螺纹段相契合,专用防尘密封圈的外侧设有卡簧。本发明的滚珠丝杠副在实现滚珠螺母正转时脱位停留、反转时复入螺纹段滚道作轴向移动的运动过程的同时,也实现了较好的防尘和密封功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种滚珠丝杠副,尤其是涉及一种脱复位式滚珠丝杠副。
背景技术
目前,大多机电装备的电力开关、延时进给运动器等需要滚珠螺母做正转脱位停留、反转复位移动的运动。但现有的滚珠丝杠副,其滚珠螺母只能在螺纹段的螺纹滚道上运动,脱离螺纹滚道后就变成机械故障,无法再工作,这就需要设计特殊的滚珠丝杠副。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种能实现正转时脱位停留,反转时复位移动的脱复位式滚珠丝杠副。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
脱复位式滚珠丝杠副,包括滚珠丝杠和滚珠螺母,滚珠丝杠包括螺纹段和连接段,滚珠丝杠的螺纹段与连接段之间设有滑动段,螺纹段的起口为1/2圈整牙螺纹,滚珠螺母呈四方体状,滚珠螺母的侧壁上对称设有两个端轴,滚珠螺母与螺纹段之间设有互相匹配的螺纹滚珠槽,螺纹滚珠槽内设有若干钢球,滚珠螺母的两端嵌设有专用防尘密封圈,专用防尘密封圈通过螺钉与滚珠螺母固定连接,专用防尘密封圈设有与1/2圈整牙螺纹相契合的螺纹起口,且该专用防尘密封圈内侧的螺纹与螺纹段相契合,专用防尘密封圈的外侧设有卡簧。
所述滑动段的直径与螺纹段的螺纹底径相同、长度大于滚珠螺母的长度。
所述所述1/2圈整牙螺纹的切入角为25°-35°。
所述1/2圈整牙螺纹的端部呈倒圆角状。
与现有技术相比,本发明的优点是:本发明的滚珠丝杠副通过设置滑动段以及切入角为25°-35°的1/2圈整牙螺纹与专用防尘密封圈内螺纹起口的配合,实现滚珠螺母正转时脱位停留、反转时复入螺纹段滚道作轴向移动的运动过程,同时也实现了较好的防尘和密封功能。

具体实施方式:
如图1至图3所示,脱复位式滚珠丝杠副,包括滚珠丝杠和滚珠螺母2,滚珠丝杠包括螺纹段1和连接段7,滚珠丝杠的螺纹段1与连接段7之间设有滑动段6,螺纹段1的起口为1/2圈整牙螺纹8,滚珠螺母2呈四方体状,确保螺纹段1的导向精度,滚珠螺母2的侧壁上对称设有两个端轴9,既带动连接的部件轴向运动,又能在脱位时防止滚珠螺母2旋转,滚珠螺母2与螺纹段1之间设有互相匹配的螺纹滚珠槽11,螺纹滚珠槽11内设有若干钢球3,滚珠螺母2的两端嵌设有专用防尘密封圈4,专用防尘密封圈4通过螺钉10与滚珠螺母2固定连接,防止专用防尘密封圈4随螺纹段1发生旋转,专用防尘密封圈4设有与1/2圈整牙螺纹8相契合的螺纹起口12,且该专用防尘密封圈4内侧的螺纹与螺纹段1相契合,既有防尘、密封功能,更具反向复位功能,专用防尘密封圈4的外侧设有卡簧5,卡簧5能使专用防尘密封圈4受到足够的轴向压力,确保轴向抗拉强度。
在本发明中,滑动段6的直径与螺纹段1的螺纹底径相同、长度大于滚珠螺母2的长度,当滚珠螺母离开螺纹段1时,即使丝杠继续旋转,滚珠螺母连同运动的滚珠3仍平稳停留在滑动段6上。
1/2圈整牙螺纹8的切入角为25°-35°,端部呈倒圆角状,确保滚珠螺母2有足够的拉力并能顺畅返入螺纹段1做轴向运动。

1.脱复位式滚珠丝杠副,包括滚珠丝杠和滚珠螺母,所述滚珠丝杠包括螺纹段和连接段,其特征在于:所述滚珠丝杠的螺纹段与连接段之间设有滑动段,所述螺纹段的起口为1/2圈整牙螺纹,所述1/2圈整牙螺纹的切入角为25°-35°,且端部呈倒圆角状,所述滚珠螺母呈四方体状,所述滚珠螺母确保螺纹段的导向精度,所述滚珠螺母的侧壁上对称设有两个端轴,所述端轴带动连接的部件轴向运动,并在脱位时防止滚珠螺母旋转,所述滚珠螺母与螺纹段之间设有互相匹配的螺纹滚珠槽,所述螺纹滚珠槽内设有若干钢球,所述滚珠螺母的两端嵌设有专用防尘密封圈,所述专用防尘密封圈通过螺钉与滚珠螺母固定连接,所述专用防尘密封圈设有与1/2圈整牙螺纹相契合的螺纹起口,且该专用防尘密封圈内侧的螺纹与螺纹段相契合,所述防尘密封圈具有反向复位功能,所述专用防尘密封圈的外侧设有卡簧。
