目前在印刷品覆膜工艺中,预涂膜取代即涂膜已经是一种大的趋势,目前市场的预涂膜普遍出现生产一段时间后,预涂膜会出现发黄现象,本发明提供了一种增白预涂膜,覆膜后大大提高了印刷品表面的光泽,且透光感更好,满足印刷品更高的要求。本发明公开了一种增白预涂膜,其特征在于:预涂膜由上往下依次设置透明基材(1)、中间层(2)、和热溶胶层(3),基材层为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜或双向拉伸聚酯薄膜;热溶胶层是经偶联处理的乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯与石油树脂的混合物,两者占热熔胶层比例为:经偶联处理的乙烯‑醋酸乙烯酯为80~90%,石油树脂为5~20%,同时在热熔胶层添加重量3~5%的荧光剂。

一种增白预涂膜
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种纸塑热裱复合胶膜的技术领域,具体涉及一种增白预涂膜。
背景技术:
预涂膜是指预先将塑料薄膜上胶、复卷后,再与纸张印品复合的工艺。它先由预涂膜加工厂根据使用规格、幅面,将胶液涂布在薄膜上复卷后供使用厂家选择,而后再与印刷品进行复合。覆膜,即贴膜,就是将塑料薄膜涂上黏合剂,与纸印刷品经加热、加压后使之黏合在一起,形成纸塑合一产品的加工技术。经覆膜的印刷品,由于表面多了一层薄而透明的塑料薄膜,表面更平滑光亮,从而提高印刷品的光泽度和牢度,图文颜色更鲜艳,富有立体感,同时更起到防水、防污、耐磨、耐摺、耐化学腐蚀等作用。目前在印刷品覆膜工艺中,预涂膜取代即涂膜已经是一种大的趋势,目前市场的预涂膜普遍出现生产一段时间后,预涂膜会出现发黄现象,影响到覆膜效果。
发明内容:
为了解决以上预涂膜发黄现象,本发明提供了一种增白预涂膜,采取的技术方案是:
一种增白预涂膜,由上往下依次设置透明基材(1)、中间层(2)、和热溶胶层(3),基材层为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜或双向拉伸聚酯薄膜。基材层为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜或双向拉伸聚酯薄膜;热溶胶层是经偶联处理的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯与石油树脂的混合物,两者占热熔胶层比例为:经偶联处理的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯为80~90%,石油树脂为5~20%,同时在热熔胶层添加重量3~5%的荧光剂。
优选地,所用的石油树脂的软化点在95~120℃之间。
优选地,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯的熔融指数在10~16g/min之间。
优选地,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯的VA含量在14~18%之间。
优选地,所用的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂或钛酸酯偶联剂的一种。
优选地,中间层为AC胶。
有益效果:
本发明所提供的一种增白预涂膜,透明度达到99%以上,使用在印刷品表面后,印刷品表面显得更加平滑亮丽,延迟印刷品的使用寿命,同时起到防水、防污、耐磨、耐折、耐化学腐蚀的效果。
实施方式:
下面结合具体实例,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的具体说明,但是本发明并不限于这些实例。
实施例1:
增白预涂膜由基材层1、中间层2和热熔胶层3所构成,基材层为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜或双向拉伸聚酯薄膜;热溶胶层是经偶联处理的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯与石油树脂的混合物,在偶联处理后荧光增白剂在混料机中进行混合而成。
所采用的石油树脂软化点是95℃,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯的熔融指数是11g/min,VA含量为14%。
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯的预处理方法是用3%偶联剂和甲醇混合物浸泡乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯,使之充分混合后再进行烘干。
热熔胶层的预处理方法是将80%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯与15%的石油树脂优先进行混合,混合均匀后,边混合边缓慢加入5%的荧光剂。
生产时,使用淋覆机将中间层AC胶均匀地涂布在基材上,烘干后再经过淋覆机的挤出机头,将热溶胶层均匀地涂布在中间层上。
应用时,将热熔胶层与纸面进行复合,使预涂膜紧贴在纸的表面上。
该实施例所制成的产品透明度达到99%以上,剥离强度达7.5N/15CM。
实施例2:
增白预涂膜由基材层1、中间层2和热熔胶层3所构成,基材层为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜或双向拉伸聚酯薄膜;热溶胶层是经偶联处理的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯与石油树脂的混合物,在偶联处理后荧光增白剂在混料机中进行混合而成。
所采用的石油树脂软化点是110℃,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯的熔融指数是14g/min,VA含量为16%。
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯的预处理方法是用3%偶联剂和甲醇混合物浸泡乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯,使之充分混合后再进行烘干。
热熔胶层的预处理方法是将90%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯与7%的石油树脂优先进行混合,混合均匀后,边混合边缓慢加入3%的荧光剂。
生产时,使用淋覆机将中间层AC胶均匀地涂布在基材上,烘干后再经过淋覆机的挤出机头,将热溶胶层均匀地涂布在中间层上。
应用时,将热熔胶层与纸面进行复合,使预涂膜紧贴在纸的表面上。
该实施例所制成的产品透明度达到99.3%以上,剥离强度达7.0N/15CM。
实施例3:
增白预涂膜由基材层1、中间层2和热熔胶层3所构成,基材层为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜或双向拉伸聚酯薄膜;热溶胶层是经偶联处理的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯与石油树脂的混合物,在偶联处理后荧光增白剂在混料机中进行混合而成。
所采用的石油树脂软化点是120℃,乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯的熔融指数是16g/min,VA含量为18%。
乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯的预处理方法是用3%偶联剂和甲醇混合物浸泡乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯,使之充分混合后再进行烘干。
热熔胶层的预处理方法是将85%的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯与10%的石油树脂优先进行混合,混合均匀后,边混合边缓慢加入5%的荧光剂。
生产时,使用淋覆机将中间层AC胶均匀地涂布在基材上,烘干后再经过淋覆机的挤出机头,将热溶胶层均匀地涂布在中间层上。
应用时,将热熔胶层与纸面进行复合,使预涂膜紧贴在纸的表面上。
该实施例所制成的产品透明度达到99.5%以上,剥离强度达8.5N/15CM。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (6)

1.一种增白预涂膜,其特征在于,所述预涂膜由上往下依次设置透明基材(1)、中间层(2)、和热溶胶层(3),基材层为双向拉伸聚丙烯薄膜或双向拉伸聚酯薄膜;热溶胶层是经偶联处理的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯与石油树脂的混合物,两者占热熔胶层比例为:经偶联处理的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯为80~90%,石油树脂为5~20%,同时在热熔胶层添加重量3~5%的荧光剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种增白预涂膜,其特征在于,所用的石油树脂的软化点在95~120℃之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种增白预涂膜,其特征在于,所述经偶联处理的乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯是用3%偶联剂和甲醇混合物浸泡乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯,使之充分混合后烘干形成,所述的偶联剂为硅烷偶联剂或钛酸酯偶联剂的一种。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种增白预涂膜,其特征在于,乙酸-醋酸乙烯酯的VA含量14~18%之间。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种增白预涂膜,其特征在于,乙酸-醋酸乙烯酯的熔融指数为10~16g/10min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种增白预涂膜,其特征在于,中间层为AC胶。
