Abstract

本发明公开一种功能性茶液及其制备方法,属于茶叶的功能性应用领域,所述功能性茶液由茶叶3份、酵素0.5份、冰糖1份、常温水10份组成,并公开了所述功能性茶液的制备方法,其中包括酵素的制备方法。并将所述制备方法制得的功能性茶液应用于液体喷剂和清洗剂中,具有快速分解甲醛及各类有害气体的作用;能够清除异味,并且有效预防各种细菌的滋生;能用于园林的除虫增肥中,改善植被的生长环境,抑制幼虫生长,增加土壤的肥沃;能够用于蔬菜瓜果等的清洗液中,具有清除、分解残留农药、化肥、重金属等作用。

技术领域
本发明属于茶叶的功能性应用领域,特别涉及一种功能性茶液及其制备方法。
背景技术
茶叶是我国重要的经济作物,茶的种类较多,如绿茶、红茶、乌龙、普洱等,茶中含有的茶多酚,具有很强的抗氧化性和生理活性,是人体自由基的清除剂,可以阻断亚硝酸胺等多种致癌物质在体内合成。它还能吸收放射性物质达到防辐射的效果。在现代装修空间里,如甲醛等有害气体的超标、细菌滋生等情况比比皆是,所以茶叶的功能性在此处有着重要的作用,现在市场上由茶叶制得相关液体液很多,如茶香的空清新剂、含有茶液的除臭剂等,每年各香精公司均会推出各式各样的茶类茶液新品来进行市场份额的竞争,但推出的茶液大都以添加各种添加剂调配为主,纯天然的茶液喷剂在市场上较为少见,或者更有些人直接利用茶叶、茶梗作为去甲醛和除味的材料,不仅影响美观,效果更是不持久。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,针对上述不足,提供一种具有功能性的茶液及其制备方法,能够应用于空气清新剂、除臭剂、动物毛发的清洗剂等中,具有分解甲醛、祛除异味、防霉除菌等有益效果。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种功能性茶液,由茶叶、酵素、冰糖和常温水组成,所述以上成分的质量配比为:茶叶3份、酵素0.5份、冰糖1份、常温水10份。
进一步的,所述茶叶可以是红茶、绿茶、乌龙茶中的一种。
所述一种功能性茶液的制备方法,其特征在于:还包括酵素的制备方法,所述酵素的制备方法步骤如下:
(1)取绿茶浸泡于80℃水中,浸泡10min后,提取茶水;
(2)在步骤(1)中得到的茶水中加入果皮,控制所述果皮含量在所述茶水的10-15%之间;
(3)将步骤(2)的茶水移入发酵罐中,在常温下发酵1-2年,制得酵素;
所述功能性茶液的制备方法在制备完所述酵素后还包括以下步骤:
(4)称取3份茶叶进行清洗,并放置入发酵容器中;
(5)称取步骤(3)中制得的酵素0.5份、冰糖1份、常温水10份加入步骤(4)中的发酵容器中,制得初茶液;
(6)对步骤(5)中制得的初茶液在每隔1-2天进行一次搅拌,直至所述初茶液无明显气泡后,抽真空并封闭发酵容器,储存90-100天后既得所述茶液。
进一步的,所述步骤(2)中的果皮是柠檬皮、橙皮中的一种或两种的组合。
进一步的,所述步骤(4)中的发酵容器是食品级塑料桶或不锈钢桶中的一种。
另外,可以由所述功能性茶液来制备液体喷剂,取所述的功能性茶液和水溶液按1:10-100的配比制得。
进一步的,还可以由所述功能性茶液来制备清洗剂,由所述的功能性茶液和水溶液按1:100-1000的配比制得。
通过本发明得到的一种功能性茶液,具有如下有益效果:
1、针对新装修的空间具有快速分解甲醛及各类有害气体的作用;
2、能够清除异味,不管是室内、车内或特殊场合均可使用;
3、有效预防各种细菌的滋生,防止交叉感染;
4、能用于园林的除虫增肥中,改善植被的生长环境,抑制幼虫生长,增加土壤的肥沃;
5、能够用于蔬菜瓜果等的清洗液中,有效清除、分解残留农药、化肥、重金属等,并且不破坏蔬菜瓜果的鲜美。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种功能性茶液,由红茶3份、酵素0.5份、冰糖1份和常温水10份组成。
一种功能性茶液的制备方法,包括酵素的制备方法,所述酵素的制备方法包括:
(1)取绿茶浸泡于80℃水中,浸泡10min后,提取茶水;
(2)在步骤(1)中得到的茶水中加入柠檬皮,控制所述柠檬皮含量在所述茶水的10%;
(3)将步骤(2)的茶水移入发酵罐中,在常温下发酵1年,制得酵素;
所述功能性茶液的制备方法在制备完所述酵素后还包括以下步骤:
(4)称取3份上述红茶进行清洗,并放置入食品级塑料桶中;
(5)称取步骤(3)中制得的酵素0.5份、冰糖1份、常温水10份加入步骤(4)中的食品级塑料桶中,制得初茶液;
(6)对步骤(5)中制得的初茶液在每隔1-2天进行一次搅拌,直至所述初茶液无明显气泡后,抽真空并封闭食品级塑料桶,储存90天后既得所述功能性茶液。
取步骤(6)中制得的功能性茶液1份,加入10份水溶液混合制得液体喷剂,可喷洒于新装修空间中,有效地分解甲醛及各类有害气体,去除异味。
再取步骤(6)中制得的功能性茶液1份,加入100份水溶液混合制得清洗液,可用于宠物的保养,如清洗毛发、驱蚊止痒、外伤护理、去异味等。
实施例2
一种功能性茶液,由乌龙茶3份、酵素0.5份、冰糖1份和常温水10份组成。
一种功能性茶液的制备方法,包括酵素的制备方法,所述酵素的制备方法包括:
(1)取绿茶浸泡于80℃水中,浸泡10min后,提取茶水;
(2)在步骤(1)中得到的茶水中加入柠檬皮和橙皮,控制所述柠檬皮和橙皮的含量在所述茶水的15%;
(3)将步骤(2)的茶水移入发酵罐中,在常温下发酵2年,制得酵素;
所述功能性茶液的制备方法在制备完所述酵素后还包括以下步骤:
(4)称取3份上述乌龙茶进行清洗,并放置入不锈钢桶中;
(5)称取步骤(3)中制得的酵素0.5份、冰糖1份、常温水10份加入步骤(4)中的不锈钢桶中,制得初茶液;
(6)对步骤(5)中制得的初茶液在每隔1-2天进行一次搅拌,直至所述初茶液无明显气泡后,抽真空并封闭不锈钢桶,储存100天后既得所述功能性茶液。
取步骤(6)中制得的功能性茶液1份,加入100份水溶液混合制得液体喷剂,可喷洒于园林植被种植区中,有效地驱虫及增加土壤的肥沃。
再取步骤(6)中制得的功能性茶液1份,加入1000份水溶液混合制得清洗液,用于蔬菜瓜果的清洗,有效去除残留的农药、化肥及重金属等,并保留了蔬菜瓜果的鲜美。

1.一种功能性茶液,其特征在于:由茶叶、酵素、冰糖和常温水组成,所述以上成分的质量配比为:茶叶3份、酵素0.5份、冰糖1份、常温水10份。
2.一种功能性茶液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法还包括酵素的制备方法,所述酵素的制备方法步骤如下:
(1)取绿茶浸泡于80℃水中,浸泡10min后,提取茶水;
(2)在步骤(1)中得到的茶水中加入果皮,控制所述果皮含量在所述茶水的10-15%之间;
(3)将步骤(2)的茶水移入发酵罐中,在常温下发酵1-2年,制得酵素;
所述功能性茶液的制备方法在制备完所述酵素后还包括以下步骤:
(4)称取3份茶叶进行清洗,并放置入发酵容器中;
(5)称取步骤(3)中制得的酵素0.5份、冰糖1份、常温水10份加入步骤(4)中的发酵容器中,制得初茶液;
(6)对步骤(5)中制得的初茶液在每隔1-2天进行一次搅拌,直至所述初茶液无明显气泡后,抽真空并封闭发酵容器,储存90-100天后既得所述茶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种功能性茶液,其特征在于:所述茶叶可以是红茶、绿茶、乌龙茶中的一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种功能茶液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中的果皮是柠檬皮、橙皮中的一种或两种的组合。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种功能茶液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中的发酵容器是食品级塑料桶或不锈钢桶中的一种。
6.一种加入权利要求1所述的功能性茶液而制得的液体喷剂,其特征在于:由权利要求(1)所述的功能性茶液和水溶液按1:10-100的配比制得。
7.一种加入权利要求1所述的功能性茶液而制得的清洗液,其特征在于:由权利要求(1)所述的功能性茶液和水溶液按1:100-1000的配比制得。
