本发明公开了一种涂布复合机用可变间隙涂布机头,包括涂布机架和涂布筒体,所述涂布筒体固定在靠近涂布辊一侧的底座上,所述底座滑动设置在涂布机架上方,所述涂布机架左侧端部安装有调整电机,所述调整电机通过丝杠传动机构与底座驱动连接,所述涂布筒体右侧下方通过管体支架设置有沿涂布辊长度方向延伸的涂布管体,管体支架上安装有正对涂布辊上基材的距离传感器;涂布管体与涂布辊对应的外壁上沿长度方向分布设置有多个出液孔,涂布管体通过软管与涂布筒体底部连通,所述底座上固定有支架平台,本发明结构布置合理,采用管状涂布头结构,能够有效防止溶液体系温度快速降低,涂层涂布均匀,成品质量好。

一种涂布复合机用可变间隙涂布机头
技术领域
本发明涉及涂布技术领域,具体为一种涂布复合机用可变间隙涂布机头。
背景技术
近年来,发展了大量利用聚合物/(溶剂一一非溶剂)的相分离过程制备不同微观结构的超疏水性能聚丙烯(PP)薄膜技术。由于聚丙烯的非等温结晶特性,要求溶液是在热溶状态下涂布,目前基本采用流延法,浸涂法,或涂布装置固定,被涂布基体预热(柔性基材、板式基材),经过剪切、降温、分相和/结晶固化的过程最后干燥成膜的方法。采用气流输送喷涂方式时,由于压缩空气在喷涂过程中溶剂的快速挥发,容易引起溶液体系温度的降低,不利于溶液体系均匀成膜,容易造成对环境的污染;采用辊涂方式进行涂布时,辊涂过程中溶液体系与环境接触面积大散热快,也会因溶液体系的温度降低,不利于均匀成膜;另外,在涂布过程中遇到接料头时,涂布头跳开后再复归时,“涂布间隙”发生变化很大,精度难以保证,使得基材上涂层厚度不均,严重影响成品质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种结构布置合理,采用管状涂布头结构,能够有效防止溶液体系温度快速降低,涂层涂布均匀,成品质量好的涂布复合机用可变间隙涂布机头,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种涂布复合机用可变间隙涂布机头,包括涂布机架和涂布筒体,所述涂布筒体固定在靠近涂布辊一侧的底座上,所述底座滑动设置在涂布机架上方,所述涂布机架左侧端部安装有调整电机,所述调整电机通过丝杠传动机构与底座驱动连接,所述涂布筒体右侧下方通过管体支架设置有沿涂布辊长度方向延伸的涂布管体,管体支架上安装有正对涂布辊上基材的距离传感器;涂布管体与涂布辊对应的外壁上沿长度方向分布设置有多个出液孔,涂布管体通过软管与涂布筒体底部连通,所述底座上固定有支架平台,支架平台上设置有用于储存涂布溶液的加热储罐,加热储罐底端通过输送管道与涂布筒体上端连通,输送管道上设置有计量泵。
优选的,所述涂布管体内部对应各个出液孔覆盖设置有布料层。
优选的,所述加热储罐内壁上设置有电加热线圈,加热储罐内部设置有搅拌桨,搅拌桨顶部与加热储罐上方固定的搅拌电机输出端驱动连接。
优选的,所述加热储罐内壁上位于电加热线圈上方设置有温度检测传感器。
优选的,所述涂布机架上端面设置有滑轨,所述底座下端面固定有与滑轨滑动配合的滑动座。
优选的,所述丝杠传动机构包括丝杠导槽、丝杠和固定在底座上的丝杠螺母,所述丝杠转动安装在丝杠导槽内,丝杠螺母滑动设置在丝杠导槽内并与丝杠驱动连接,丝杠端部通过减速器与涂布机架的调整电机输出轴端驱动连接。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:涂布筒体右侧下方通过管体支架设置有沿涂布辊长度方向延伸的涂布管体,涂布管体与涂布辊对应的外壁上沿长度方向分布设置有多个出液孔,采用管状涂布头,结构设计简单,涂布出的薄膜均匀,且涂布管体内部对应各个出液孔覆盖设置有布料层,确保涂布过程无气泡产生;改变了以往气流喷涂和辊涂的方式,有利于保持涂布溶液温度,能够大大提升薄膜表面成膜质量;管体支架上安装有正对涂布辊上基材的距离传感器,距离传感器配合调整电机使用,在涂布管体跳开后,能够快速调整底座位置,有效避免涂布间隙发生变化,调整速度快,精度高,有效保证成品质量。本发明结构布置合理,采用管状涂布头结构,能够有效防止溶液体系温度快速降低,涂层涂布均匀,成品质量好。

请参阅图1~2,本发明提供一种技术方案:一种涂布复合机用可变间隙涂布机头,包括涂布机架1和涂布筒体10,所述涂布筒体10固定在靠近涂布辊15一侧的底座4上,所述底座4滑动设置在涂布机架1上方,所述涂布机架1左侧端部安装有调整电机9,所述调整电机9通过丝杠传动机构与底座4驱动连接,所述涂布筒体10右侧下方通过管体支架23设置有沿涂布辊15长度方向延伸的涂布管体12,管体支架23上安装有正对涂布辊15上基材14的距离传感器13;涂布管体12与涂布辊15对应的外壁上沿长度方向分布设置有多个出液孔24,涂布管体12通过软管11与涂布筒体10底部连通,所述底座4上固定有支架平台16,支架平台16上设置有用于储存涂布溶液的加热储罐19,加热储罐19底端通过输送管道与涂布筒体10上端连通,输送管道上设置有计量泵17。
其中,所述涂布管体12内部对应各个出液孔24覆盖设置有布料层;所述加热储罐19内壁上设置有电加热线圈22,加热储罐19内部设置有搅拌桨21,搅拌桨21顶部与加热储罐19上方固定的搅拌电机20输出端驱动连接;所述加热储罐19内壁上位于电加热线圈22上方设置有温度检测传感器18;所述涂布机架1上端面设置有滑轨3,所述底座4下端面固定有与滑轨3滑动配合的滑动座2;所述丝杠传动机构包括丝杠导槽7、丝杠6和固定在底座4上的丝杠螺母5,所述丝杠6转动安装在丝杠导槽7内,丝杠螺母5滑动设置在丝杠导槽7内并与丝杠6驱动连接,丝杠6端部通过减速器8与涂布机架1的调整电机9输出轴端驱动连接。
本发明的工作原理是:涂布筒体10右侧下方通过管体支架23设置有沿涂布辊15长度方向延伸的涂布管体12,涂布管体12与涂布辊15对应的外壁上沿长度方向分布设置有多个出液孔24,采用管状涂布头,结构设计简单,涂布出的薄膜均匀,且涂布管体12内部对应各个出液孔24覆盖设置有布料层,确保涂布过程无气泡产生;改变了以往气流喷涂和辊涂的方式,有利于保持涂布溶液温度,能够大大提升薄膜表面成膜质量;管体支架23上安装有正对涂布辊15上基材14的距离传感器13,距离传感器13配合调整电机9使用,在涂布管体12跳开后,能够快速调整底座4位置,有效避免涂布间隙发生变化,调整速度快,精度高,有效保证成品质量。

1.一种涂布复合机用可变间隙涂布机头,包括涂布机架和涂布筒体,其特征在于:所述涂布筒体固定在靠近涂布辊一侧的底座上,所述底座滑动设置在涂布机架上方,所述涂布机架左侧端部安装有调整电机,所述调整电机通过丝杠传动机构与底座驱动连接,所述涂布筒体右侧下方通过管体支架设置有沿涂布辊长度方向延伸的涂布管体,管体支架上安装有正对涂布辊上基材的距离传感器;涂布管体与涂布辊对应的外壁上沿长度方向分布设置有多个出液孔,涂布管体通过软管与涂布筒体底部连通,所述底座上固定有支架平台,支架平台上设置有用于储存涂布溶液的加热储罐,加热储罐底端通过输送管道与涂布筒体上端连通,输送管道上设置有计量泵。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂布复合机用可变间隙涂布机头,其特征在于:所述涂布管体内部对应各个出液孔覆盖设置有布料层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂布复合机用可变间隙涂布机头,其特征在于:所述加热储罐内壁上设置有电加热线圈,加热储罐内部设置有搅拌桨,搅拌桨顶部与加热储罐上方固定的搅拌电机输出端驱动连接。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种涂布复合机用可变间隙涂布机头,其特征在于:所述加热储罐内壁上位于电加热线圈上方设置有温度检测传感器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂布复合机用可变间隙涂布机头,其特征在于:所述涂布机架上端面设置有滑轨,所述底座下端面固定有与滑轨滑动配合的滑动座。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种涂布复合机用可变间隙涂布机头,其特征在于:所述丝杠传动机构包括丝杠导槽、丝杠和固定在底座上的丝杠螺母,所述丝杠转动安装在丝杠导槽内,丝杠螺母滑动设置在丝杠导槽内并与丝杠驱动连接,丝杠端部通过减速器与涂布机架的调整电机输出轴端驱动连接。
