背景技术
霉菌性阴道炎是由白色念珠菌引发的一种常见妇科病，该病导致白带多，由白色凝乳样或豆腐渣样物，外阴瘙痒难忍，尿频、尿痛及性交痛，阴道粘膜高度红肿，可见白色鹅口疮样斑块附着，易剥离，妊娠期的瘙痒症状尤为严重，甚至坐卧不宁，痛苦异常。引起霉菌性阴道炎有很多原因，主要是个人卫生，夫妻生活，身体的免疫机能或吃的食物都能造成霉菌性阴道炎，10％的非孕妇女及30％的孕妇阴道中有白色念珠菌寄生，但菌量少，不引起症状，只有当全身及阴道局部免疫能力下降，尤其是局部细胞免疫力下降，白色念珠菌大量繁殖，才会引发阴道炎。
孕妇比非孕期妇女更容易患病，发病率大约是非妊娠妇女的3倍，由于妊娠期高雌激素水平导致阴道上皮细胞糖原分泌增多，在阴道杆菌作用下生成乳酸，使阴道的pH值降低，为霉菌的生长，提供丰富的物质条件，同时，大量雌激素还能够直接刺激霉菌生长，妊娠期妇女霉菌性阴道炎的治愈率要低于非妊娠期妇女，且难治疗，治疗后易复发。如不及时治疗，胎儿被感染后，皮肤上会出现红斑疹，脐带上出现黄色针尖样斑，若胎儿从阴道分娩，则有2/3的新生儿发病即出现鹅口疮和臀红。
目前，霉菌性阴道炎传统的治疗方法大多以西药治疗为主，能达到治疗霉菌性阴道炎的功效，但复发率高，药物依赖性强，治疗费用高，长期服用副作用大。也有一些中医师随病症作汤剂口服，以及一些中药洗剂，但治疗效果均不甚理想，且在治疗孕妇患者时，必须要考虑对胎儿的影响。中国专利文件CN105770682A公开了一种孕妇使用的治疗霉菌性阴道炎的栓剂，采用木通、血竭、桂枝、羌活、良姜、冰片、乳香制成栓剂，放入阴道内，该发明使用的冰片具有一定的生育毒性，且药性穿透性强，极易导致流产，且该栓剂直接放入阴道内，容易对胎儿造成影响。因此，目前急需研制出一种疗效好且迅速根治，对胎儿无任何影响的中药外用洗液。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对孕妇的霉菌性阴道炎发病率高，难治疗，治疗后易复发，且对药物依赖性强，副作用大的特征，提供一种治疗孕妇霉菌性阴道炎的中药洗液。
为了达到上述目的，本发明采用以下技术方案。
本发明的药物是由以下重量份数的中药制备而成，混合物A：艾草10-15、丁香2-3、藿香4-5、甘草3-4、龙胆草4-5、萹蓄2-3、椿白皮3-4、肉苁蓉2-3、双花3-4、白鱼膘0.5-0.8、紫云英5-7、石楠叶5-6；混合物B：菟丝子2-3、蒲公英6-8、麦冬5-6、五倍子4-5、蜂房2-3、鱼腥草5-6、板蓝根6-8、黄芪2-3。
上述所述的艾草无毒，具有消毒止痒、通经活络、祛除阴寒、消肿散结、回阳救逆、调经止血﹑安胎止崩﹑散寒除湿之功效；丁香无毒，对致病性真菌及葡萄球菌、痢疾和大肠杆菌等有抑制作用；藿香无毒，对多种致病性真菌都有一定的抑制和杀菌作用，也可芳香化浊，和中止呕，发表解暑；甘草具有清热解毒、祛痰止咳、抗炎抗过敏作用；龙胆草主治清热燥湿，泻肝定惊，湿热黄疸，小便淋痛，阴肿阴痒，湿热带下，肝胆实火之头胀头痛，目赤肿痛，耳聋耳肿，胁痛口苦，热病惊风抽搐；萹蓄对葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、皮肤真菌均有抑制作用，具有加速血液凝固和子宫张力增高的作用；椿白皮无毒，具有除热，燥湿，涩肠，止血，杀虫，治久泻，久痢，肠风便血，崩漏带下，遣精，白浊，疳积，蛔虫，疮痹的功效；麦冬无毒，具有生津解渴、润肺止咳、抗疲劳、清除自由基、提高细胞免疫力、降血糖、镇静、催眠、抗心肌缺血、抗心律失常、抗肿瘤等作用了；肉苁蓉无毒，具有补肾阳、益精血、润肠道，治白浊、尿频余沥、腰痛脚弱、耳鸣目花、月经衍期、宫寒不孕的功效；白鱼膘具有补肾益精，滋养筋脉、止血、散瘀、消肿之功效；紫云英具有祛风明目，健脾益气，解毒止痛之功效；石楠叶具有治疗祛风，通络，益肾，风温痹痛，腰背酸痛，足膝无力，偏头痛等功效；菟丝子具有治疗肾虚腰痛、阳痿遗精、尿频、宫冷不孕、目暗便溏之肾阴阳虚证的功效；蒲公英具有治热毒、痈肿、疮疡、内痈、目赤肿痛、湿热、黄疸、小便淋沥涩痛、疔疮肿毒、尿路感染等功效；双花具有抑菌、抗病毒、抗炎、解热、调节免疫等功效；五倍子具有敛肺降火、涩肠止泻、敛汗止血、收湿敛疮等功效，主治肺虚久咳、久泻久痢、便血痔血、痈肿疮毒、皮肤湿烂等症状；蜂房具有攻毒杀虫，祛风止痛之功效，常用于疮疡肿毒，乳痈，瘰疬，皮肤顽癣，鹅掌风，牙痛，风湿痹痛；鱼腥草无毒，具有抗菌、抗病毒、提高机体免疫力、利尿等作用；板蓝根具有抗菌抗病毒，解毒，提高免疫力的作用；黄芪具有补气固表，利尿托毒，排脓，敛疮生肌的功效。

当霉菌性阴道炎症状轻，即只是白带异常，外阴无红红肿瘙痒症状，只用药液A晚上熏洗一次，7d一个疗程，1疗程即可痊愈；当霉菌性阴道炎症状重，即白带异常且外阴红肿瘙痒，用A、B药液早晚交替熏洗两次，7d一个疗程，1-2疗程即可痊愈。
本发明的有益技术效果：本发明配制中药液无副作用，对胎儿无任何影响，具有清热除湿、抑霉止带、止痒的功效，尤其对霉菌性阴道炎具有很好的效果，而且见效快，治疗时间短，使用方便，治愈彻底，无复发。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例进一步对本发明的技术方案作详细的阐述，但不都成对本发明的范围性限制。
实施例1
称取艾草15g、丁香3g、藿香5g、甘草4g、龙胆草5g、萹蓄3g、椿白皮4g、肉苁蓉3g、白鱼膘0.8g、紫云英7g、石楠叶6g，将以上药物混合后，加水2500ml,浸泡30min，然后文火煎制50min后，加入4g双花煎制10min，过滤除去药渣，得药液A，早上将沸腾的洗液A倒在盛器中，直接坐在盛器上对阴部进行熏蒸30min后，用药液A敷洗外阴；然后称取菟丝子3g、蒲公英8g、麦冬6g、五倍子5g、蜂房3g、鱼腥草6g、板蓝根8g、黄芪3g，将以上药物混合后，加水2000ml,浸泡20min，然后文火煎制120min，过滤除去药渣，得药液B，晚上将沸腾的洗液B倒在盛器中，直接坐在盛器上对阴部进行熏蒸20min后，用药液B敷洗外阴，A、B药液早晚交替熏洗两次，7d一个疗程，1-2疗程即可痊愈。
实施例2
称取艾草10g、丁香2g、藿香4g、甘草3g、龙胆草4g、萹蓄2g、椿白皮3g、肉苁蓉2g、白鱼膘0.5g、紫云英5g、石楠叶5g，将以上药物混合后，加水2000ml,浸泡20min，然后文火煎制40in后，加入3g双花煎制5min，过滤除去药渣，得药液A，早上将沸腾的洗液A倒在盛器中，直接坐在盛器上对阴部进行熏蒸20min后，用药液A敷洗外阴；然后称取菟丝子2g、蒲公英6g、麦冬5g、五倍子4g、蜂房2g、鱼腥草5g、板蓝根6g、黄芪2g，将以上药物混合后，加水1800ml,浸泡15min，然后文火煎制90min，过滤除去药渣，得药液B，晚上将沸腾的洗液B倒在盛器中，直接坐在盛器上对阴部进行熏蒸15min后，用药液B敷洗外阴，A、B药液早晚交替熏洗两次，7d一个疗程，1-2疗程即可痊愈。
实施例3
称取艾草12g、丁香2.5g、藿香4.5g、甘草3.5g、龙胆草4.5g、萹蓄2.5g、椿白皮3.5g、肉苁蓉2.5g、白鱼膘0.6g、紫云英6g、石楠叶5.5g，将以上药物混合后，加水2200ml,浸泡25min，然后文火煎制45in后，加入3.5g双花煎制8min，过滤除去药渣，得药液A，早上将沸腾的洗液A倒在盛器中，直接坐在盛器上对阴部进行熏蒸25min后，用药液A敷洗外阴；然后称取菟丝子2.5g、蒲公英7g、麦冬5.5g、五倍子4.5g、蜂房2.5g、鱼腥草5.5g、板蓝根7g、黄芪2.5g，将以上药物混合后，加水2000ml,浸泡18min，然后文火煎制100min，过滤除去药渣，得药液B，晚上将沸腾的洗液B倒在盛器中，直接坐在盛器上对阴部进行熏蒸18min后，用药液B敷洗外阴，A、B药液早晚交替熏洗两次，7d一个疗程，1-2疗程即可痊愈。
本发明药物的临床疗效和安全性验证
选取2015年5月至2016年5月霉菌性阴道炎的孕妇患者58例随机，患者症状严重，年龄在21-35岁，平均年龄26.6岁，对患者采用本发明实施例3的方法进行治疗。
疗效判定标准，痊愈：患者临床症状与体征消失，阴道分泌物检查结果显示正常，对胎儿无任何影响；有效：患者临床症状与体征基本消失，阴道分泌物检查结果显示偶见霉菌菌株，对胎儿无任何影响；无效：患者临床症状与体征无改善，阴道分泌物检查结果显示均见霉菌菌株，对胎儿无任何影响。
由表1可以看出，利用本发明的中药液熏洗孕妇阴部，治疗一个疗程后，霉菌性阴道炎的痊愈率为58.6％，有效率为36.2％，无效率为5.2％；治疗两个疗程后，霉菌性阴道炎的痊愈率为84.5％，有效率为13.8％，无效率为1.7％，且对胎儿无任何影响。

Claims (4)

1.一种治疗孕妇霉菌性阴道炎的中药洗液，其特征在于，包括以下重量份数原料制得，混合物A：艾草10-15、丁香2-3、藿香4-5、甘草3-4、龙胆草4-5、萹蓄2-3、椿白皮3-4、肉苁蓉2-3、双花3-4、白鱼膘0.5-0.8、紫云英5-7、石楠叶5-6；混合物B：菟丝子2-3、蒲公英6-8、麦冬5-6、五倍子4-5、蜂房2-3、鱼腥草5-6、板蓝根6-8、黄芪2-3。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗孕妇霉菌性阴道炎的中药洗液的制备方法，其特征在于，将上述混合物A除双花外按重量份数混合后，加水浸泡20-30min，然后文火煎制40-50min后，加入3-4份双花煎制5-10min，过滤除去药渣，煎出的药液即为治疗孕妇霉菌性阴道炎的药液A；将混合物B按重量份数混合后，加水浸泡15-20min，然后文火煎制90-120min，过滤除去药渣，煎出的药液即为治疗孕妇霉菌性阴道炎的药液B；加水的量按重量份数为药材35-40倍。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗孕妇霉菌性阴道炎的中药洗液的使用方法，其特征在于，早上将煎好的沸腾药液A倒在盛器中，直接坐在盛器上对阴部进行熏蒸20-30min后，用药液A敷洗外阴，晚上将煎好的沸腾药液B倒在盛器中，直接坐在盛器上对阴部进行熏蒸15-20min后，用药液B敷洗外阴，A、B药液早晚交替熏洗两次，7d一个疗程，1-2疗程即可痊愈。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗孕妇霉菌性阴道炎的中药洗液的使用方法，其特征在于，霉菌性阴道炎症状轻，即只是白带异常，外阴无红红肿瘙痒症状，只用药液A晚上熏洗一次，7d一个疗程，1疗程即可痊愈；当霉菌性阴道炎症状重，即白带异常且外阴红肿瘙痒，用A、B药液早晚交替熏洗两次，7d一个疗程，1-2疗程即可痊愈。
