Technical Field
The application belongs to the field of specimen dyeing equipment, and particularly relates to a piece dyeing box.
Background
In the diagnosis of a disease in a patient, a doctor often needs to judge according to a stained blood smear, and thus, good specimen staining plays an important role in the correct diagnosis of the disease. In the aspect of blood coating (specimen) staining, various staining methods are available, such as Rayleigh staining, peroxidase staining, alkaline phosphatase staining, bone marrow iron staining and glycogen staining, and the staining time is varied from 15 minutes to 60 minutes.
At present, when a specimen is dyed, a traditional glass dye vat is generally used for operation, and 10 blood sheets can be dyed in one time by the glass dye vat; in the dyeing process, as different types of specimens need different dyeing temperatures and dyeing times, the traditional glass dyeing vat is adopted, the different types of specimens cannot be dyed at the same time, the dyeing time and the temperature of the specimens cannot be accurately controlled, and the problems of insufficient dyeing temperature, overlong dyeing time or too short dyeing time are easy to occur; thereby affecting the staining quality of the specimen and causing deviation in diagnosis of the disease.
Disclosure of Invention
The application aims to provide a piece dyeing box to solve the problem that dyeing equipment in the prior art can only dye a single type of specimen and is difficult to adjust the temperature of the dye.
A piece dyeing box in the scheme comprises a slide clamp and a water tank; a plurality of dye vats are connected in the water tank, and a baffle plate for separating liquid in the water tank is arranged between every two adjacent dye vats; the outer wall of the water tank is provided with a placement hole penetrating through the water tank, the placement hole is positioned between two adjacent partition boards, and a heater is connected in the placement hole.
The working principle of the scheme is as follows: when the device is used, the water tank is divided into a plurality of small water tanks through the partition plates, each small water tank is provided with a dye vat, water which exceeds the lower outer surface of the dye vat and is lower than the upper end surface of the dye vat is injected into the small water tank, a specimen is clamped in the slide clamp, and the slide clamp is arranged on the dye vat. Because a heater is arranged in each small water tank, the water in the small water tanks is heated by the heater, so that the dyeing of different types of specimens is realized.

The outer wall of the water tank is provided with a setting hole which penetrates through the water tank corresponding to the dye vat, and the setting hole is internally connected with a heater.
Further, a plc controller is arranged on the outer wall of the water tank, and the heater is in bidirectional communication with the plc controller through electric signals. The plc controller controls the heaters in the same way, so that the unified adjustment of the temperature of each dye vat is realized.
Further, a timer is arranged on the outer wall of the water pool outside each dye vat. The time of specimen staining can be visually checked through the timer, so that the specimen staining quality is improved.
Further, the upper end face of the water tank is connected with a cover plate. The top end of the pool is covered by the cover plate, so that the pollution of the outside to the pool is reduced; and simultaneously helps to prevent heat in the water tank from being dissipated.
Further, the cover plate is hinged with the pool. The cover plate is hinged with the water tank, so that the cover plate and the water tank can be quickly closed, and the use is more convenient.

The embodiment is basically as shown in the accompanying figures 1-3: the dyeing box comprises a slide clamp 5 and a rectangular water tank 1, wherein a plurality of placement grooves 15 are formed in the bottom of the water tank 1, a timer 13, a placement table 11, a water inlet hole 14, a water outlet hole 10 and a plurality of placement holes 17 communicated with the placement grooves 15 are formed in the outer wall of the water tank 1, the placement holes 17 are lower than the bottom surface of the water tank, a heater is connected in the placement holes 17, and the output end of the heater is positioned in the placement grooves 15; the positioning table 11 is provided with a plc controller 12, the plc controller 12 is in bidirectional communication with the heater through an electric signal, and the plc controller 12 is used for controlling the on-off state and the heating time of the heater; the water inlet 14 is positioned at the upper part of the outer wall of the water tank 1, and the water outlet 10 is positioned at the lower part of the outer wall of the water tank 1; the upper end surface of the water tank 1 is provided with a chute 2, the chute 2 is positioned at two sides of the water tank 1, and the wall body of one side of the chute 2, which is close to the water tank 1, is lower than the upper end surface of the water tank 1; the chute 2 is connected with a baffle plate 8 in a sliding way, the top end of the baffle plate 8 is positioned on the same plane with the upper end surface of the water tank 1, and the baffle plate 8 extends to the bottom of the water tank 1 to separate the liquid in the water tank 1; a plurality of groups of grooves 3 are arranged on the inner wall of the water tank 1, and the grooves 3 are positioned on two sides of the water tank 1; a dye vat 6 is connected in the groove 3, and a tenon matched with the groove 3 is arranged on the outer wall of the dye vat 6; the upper end surface of the dye vat 6 is provided with a plurality of groups of clamping grooves 7 for fixing the slide clamp 5; each dye vat 6 corresponds to a heater, a timer 13 with an alarm function and a scale mark 4 which are matched with the number of the dye vats 6 are also arranged on the outer wall of the water tank 1, and a hook 16 for hanging the timer 13 is arranged on the outer wall of the water tank 1; the cover plate 9 is hinged on the outer wall of one side of the pool 1, and when the cover plate 9 is buckled with the pool 1, the pool 1 can be completely closed.

After the specimen is placed, the water in the water tank 1 is heated by the control of the heater through the plc controller 12, each dye vat 6 is in an independent space due to the blocking effect of the partition plate 8, and an independent heating pipe is arranged in the independent space to heat the water in the interior, so that the dyeing temperature of each dye vat 6 can be controlled, the dyeing quality of the specimen is improved, and the diagnosis of diseases of patients is facilitated. After the dyeing is started, the dyeing time of the specimen in each dye vat 6 is calculated through a timer 13, and when the counting is achieved, the counter gives an alarm to avoid the occurrence of the condition that the dyeing time is too long or too short.
When the amount of the sample to be dyed is small, the redundant dye vat 6 in the water tank 1 can be taken out, the sliding partition plate 8 can adjust the water amount in the independent space in the water tank 1, and when the amount is excessive or the water tank 1 needs to be cleaned, water is discharged through the water outlet 10.
