Abstract
本发明公开了一种再生纤维固化板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:首先,将废料送入消毒室进行消毒,消毒后取出晒干;然后将晒干的废料送入破碎机破碎,制成碎料;将碎料送入到搅拌机内,其中搅拌机内设置有注胶口,通过注胶口添加胶粘剂,通过搅拌机转动将料和胶粘剂充分混合制得共混料;最后将共混料通过热模压制定型制得固化板板。本发明公开的再生纤维固化板的制备方法,清洁污染小,对废料进行再次循环利用,成本低,环保,固化板强度高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种废料回用技术,特别是一种再生纤维固化板的制备方法。
背景技术
现在废旧纺织品、废旧服装、工厂纤维基材切割边角余料、服装厂下脚料碎片、,来源较广或杂,由废旧服装、服装厂边角余料、汽车内饰件边角料、工业用布废料、木屑等组成,目前市场上还没有利用这些废料开发一款污染少,原材料可利用范围广并循环利用废料制备固化板的技术。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有市场的空白,本发明公开了一种再生纤维固化板的制备方法。
技术方案:本发明公开了一种再生纤维固化板的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)将废料送入消毒室进行消毒,消毒后取出晒干;
2)将晒干的废料送入破碎机破碎,制成碎料;
3)将碎料送入到搅拌机内,其中搅拌机内设置有注胶口,通过注胶口添加胶粘剂,通过搅拌机转动将料和胶粘剂充分混合制得共混料;
4)将共混料通过热压机模压制得定型托盘。
其中,步骤1所述的废料包括工业内饰生产切割的边角余料、废旧纺织品、废旧服装、服装厂下脚料碎片,木屑,聚氨酯、聚乙烯、聚氯乙烯、乙烯-乙酸乙烯共聚物和玻璃纤维等废料。
其中,步骤2所述碎料为纤维长度5-300mm的长纤维。
其中,步骤3所述胶粘剂为液体胶或粉体胶。
其中,步骤4所述高温热压机的热压温度为50-350度,热压时间30秒-2000秒。
其中,步骤4所述的固化板承压≤5吨。
有益效果:本发明公开的再生纤维固化板的制备方法,清洁污染小,对废料进行再次循环利用,成本低,环保,固化板强度高。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的解释。
实施例1
首先,将工业软内饰生产切割的边角余料、废旧纺织品、废旧服装、服装厂下脚料碎片送入消毒室消毒,消毒后取出晒干;将晒干的废料送入破碎机破碎,制成碎料;将碎料送入到搅拌机内,其中搅拌机内设置有注胶口,通过注胶口添加胶粘剂,通过搅拌机转动将料和胶粘剂充分混合制得共混料;将共混料通过机压机通过热模压制定型制得工业托盘,其中,热压温度为300度,热压时间2000秒,制得的固化板最高可达承重5吨。
实施例2
首先,将工业软内饰生产切割的边角余料、废旧纺织品、废旧服装、服装厂下脚料碎片送入消毒室消毒,消毒后取出晒干;将晒干的废料送入破碎机破碎,制成碎料;将碎料送入到搅拌机内,其中搅拌机内设置有注胶口,通过注胶口添加胶粘剂,通过搅拌机转动将料和胶粘剂充分混合制得共混料;将共混料通过机压机通过热模压制定型制得物流托盘,其中,热压温度为200度,热压时间600秒,制得的固化板承重3吨。
实施例3
首先,将工业软内饰生产切割的边角余料、废旧纺织品、废旧服装、服装厂下脚料碎片送入消毒室消毒,消毒后取出晒干;将晒干的废料送入破碎机破碎,制成碎料;将碎料送入到搅拌机内,其中搅拌机内设置有注胶口,通过注胶口添加胶粘剂,通过搅拌机转动将料和胶粘剂充分混合制得共混料;将共混料通过机压机通过热模压制定型制得安装板,其中,热压温度为350度,热压时间100秒,制得的固化板承重1吨。
本发明提供了一种再生纤维固化板的制备方法和思路,具体实现该技术方案的方法和途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出如加入其它少量成份作为原料或其它若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围,本实施例中未明确的各组成部分均可用现有技术加以实现。
Claims (6)
1.一种再生纤维固化板的制备方法,其特征是,包括以下步骤:
1)将废料送入消毒室进行消毒,消毒后取出晒干;
2)将晒干的废料送入破碎机破碎,制成碎料;
3)将碎料送入到搅拌机内,其中搅拌机内设置有注胶口,通过注胶口添加胶粘剂,通过搅拌机转动将料和胶粘剂充分混合制得共混料;
4)将共混料通过热模压制定型制得固化板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生纤维固化板的制备方法,其特征是,步骤1所述的废料包括工业软内饰生产切割的边角余料、废旧纺织品、废旧服装、服装厂下脚料碎片。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生纤维固化板的制备方法,其特征是,步骤2所述碎料为纤维长度5-300mm的长纤维。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生纤维固化板的制备方法,其特征是,步骤3所述胶粘剂为液体胶或粉体胶。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生纤维固化板的制备方法,其特征是,步骤4所述高温热压机的热压温度为50-350度,热压时间30秒-2000秒。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种再生纤维固化板的制备方法,其特征是,步骤4所述的固化板承压≤5吨。
