Abstract

Un método y un aparato para fabricar un producto de celulosa y materiales fibrosos integrados. El método comprende los pasos de mezclar partículas de celulosa y fibras poliméricas a una mezcla de celulosa y fibras polimérica. Se calienta la mezcla a una temperatura a la que la fibras poliméricas comiencen a fundir y a unirse con las partículas de celulosa, de manera que formen un producto de celulosa y materiales fibrosos integrados. Un aparato 10 para el método comprende un primer medio transportador 12, un segundo medio transportador 34, un medio mezclador 40 y un medio calefactor 56. El aparato comprende además un desmenuzador primario 14 y un desmenuzador secundario 20, para desmenuzar el material de celulosa, típicamente papel periódico reciclado, antes de mezclarlo con el material polimérico fibroso. Se describe también un desmenuzador.
