Abstract

本发明属于金刚石表面处理技术领域,具体涉及一种镀镍金刚石表面耐电腐蚀的处理方法。包括如下步骤:步骤一、配置处理溶液:配置硫酸钴为10~15g/L、氟硅酸钠为5~8g/L的溶液,并调节pH至2~4;步骤二、将镀镍金刚石颗粒加入到步骤一所述的处理溶液中,水浴加热至60~75℃,并保持温度;步骤三、向处理溶液中加入强氧化剂并搅拌,持续8~15min,使镀镍金刚石颗粒表面形成含钴的耐电腐蚀层;步骤四、经沉淀、过滤、烘干,得到处理后的镀镍金刚石颗粒。通过上述方法处理后的镀镍金刚石颗粒,具有较高的耐电腐蚀性,同时又具有一定的电镀活性,应用在电镀金刚线生产过程中,具有优良的上砂性和使用寿命。

镀镍金刚石表面耐电腐蚀的处理方法
技术领域
本发明属于金刚石表面处理技术领域,具体涉及一种镀镍金刚石表面耐电腐蚀的处理方法。
背景技术
在电镀金刚线行业,金刚线的上砂属于关键工序。在上砂工序中,金刚砂颗粒的耐电腐蚀性能,决定着金刚石颗粒的使用寿命,而电镀活性又对上砂情况有着决定性的作用。未处理的普通镀镍金刚石颗粒,耐电腐蚀性差,在电镀液中,很容易被腐蚀掉镀层,变为裸砂,失去作用。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种能够使镀镍金刚石颗粒具有较高的耐电腐蚀性、同时又具有一定的电镀活性的镀镍金刚石表面耐电腐蚀的处理方法。
为实现上述技术目的,本发明采用以下的技术方案:
镀镍金刚石表面耐电腐蚀的处理方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、配置处理溶液:配置硫酸钴为10~15g/L、氟硅酸钠为5~8g/L的溶液,并调节pH至2~4;
步骤二、将镀镍金刚石颗粒加入到步骤一所述的处理溶液中,水浴加热至60~75℃,并保持温度;
步骤三、向处理溶液中加入强氧化剂并搅拌,持续8~15min,使镀镍金刚石颗粒表面形成含钴的耐电腐蚀层;
步骤四、经沉淀、过滤、烘干,得到处理后的镀镍金刚石颗粒。
作为优选,步骤一中,用硝酸调节溶液pH至2~4。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有至少以下有益效果:
镀镍金刚石颗粒通过处理以后,使表面一定厚度内变为含钴层,并且晶粒结构变的更为密实,这层特殊的结构使镀镍金刚石颗粒的耐电腐蚀性能提高,同时并不影响后续使用过程中的电镀上砂。
通过对镀镍金刚石的耐电腐蚀处理,使镀镍金刚石颗粒具有较好的耐电腐蚀性,同时又不失去电镀活性。在电镀金刚线生产过程中,同样镀覆金刚石添加量的情况下,处理后镀镍金刚石具有更长的使用寿命,从而节约成本。

下面结合实施例,进一步阐述本发明。在下面的详细描述中,只通过说明的方式描述了本发明的某些示范性实施例。毋庸置疑,本领域的普通技术人员可以认识到,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以用各种不同的方式对所描述的实施例进行修正。因此,描述在本质上是说明性的,而不是用于限制权利要求的保护范围。
实施例1
镀镍金刚石表面耐电腐蚀的处理方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、配置处理溶液:配置硫酸钴为10g/L、氟硅酸钠为5g/L的溶液,并用硝酸调节pH至2~4;
步骤二、将镀镍金刚石颗粒加入到步骤一所述的处理溶液中,水浴加热至60~75℃,并保持温度;
步骤三、向处理溶液中加入高氯酸钾1~2g/L并搅拌,持续8~15min,使镀镍金刚石颗粒表面形成含钴的耐电腐蚀层;
步骤四、经沉淀、过滤、烘干,得到处理后的镀镍金刚石颗粒。
实施例2
镀镍金刚石表面耐电腐蚀的处理方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、配置处理溶液:配置硫酸钴为15g/L、氟硅酸钠为8g/L的溶液,并用硝酸调节pH至2~4;
步骤二、将镀镍金刚石颗粒加入到步骤一所述的处理溶液中,水浴加热至60~75℃,并保持温度;
步骤三、向处理溶液中加入高锰酸钾10~20g/L并搅拌,持续8~15min,使镀镍金刚石颗粒表面形成含钴的耐电腐蚀层;
步骤四、经沉淀、过滤、烘干,得到处理后的镀镍金刚石颗粒。
实验证明,通过上述方法处理后的镀镍金刚石颗粒,具有较高的耐电腐蚀性,同时又具有一定的电镀活性,应用在电镀金刚线生产过程中,具有优良的上砂性和使用寿命。

1.镀镍金刚石表面耐电腐蚀的处理方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、配置处理溶液:配置硫酸钴为10~15g/L、氟硅酸钠为5~8g/L的溶液,并调节pH至2~4;
步骤二、将镀镍金刚石颗粒加入到步骤一所述的处理溶液中,水浴加热至60~75℃,并保持温度;
步骤三、向处理溶液中加入强氧化剂并搅拌,持续8~15min,使镀镍金刚石颗粒表面形成含钴的耐电腐蚀层;
步骤四、经沉淀、过滤、烘干,得到处理后的镀镍金刚石颗粒。
2.如权利要求1所述的镀镍金刚石表面耐电腐蚀的处理方法,其特征在于:步骤一中,用硝酸调节溶液pH至2~4。
