固色：固色蒸箱温度为135℃，蒸箱压力为3公斤，浅色品种保温20分钟，深色品种保温45分钟；
其中利用轧车添加助剂，助剂包括抗菌防臭剂、防水剂、拒油拒污剂和环保阻燃剂混合在一起;
水洗：水洗水温为30-35℃，12槽水洗机进行多槽水洗；水温在10℃开始加入抗静电剂，加入在第十二槽完成；烫光整理要求：温度190℃，速度19米/分钟；
烘干：10级烘箱烘干机，第1级洪箱温度80℃，2-4级烘箱温度95℃，5-7级烘箱温度105℃，8-9级烘箱温度135℃，第10级烘箱130℃；
再烘干：10级烘箱供干机，第1级洪箱温度80度，2-4级烘箱温度95度，5-7级烘箱温度105度，8-9级烘箱温度135度，第10级烘箱130度;
（3）复合；与无纺布、海绵复合而成；
（4）缝制及检验；
（5）成品包装。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种雪尼呢地毯加工方法，其特征在于：其中步骤（1）地毯织造中经纬密度22*28.5,面料克重365克/平方米，并与无纺布复合组成；其中面纱用量百分之百，挂绒丝线为4.8支线，底丝用量百分之百 ，250D涤纶重网丝。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种雪尼呢地毯加工方法，其特征在于：其中抗菌防臭剂：酒精30%，氢氢氧化铵35%，硝酸银35%，抗静电剂：高分子聚醚10%及90%的水中和，防水剂：氟碳化合物100%，拒油拒污剂：氟碳化合物100%；环保阻燃剂：磷氨类液剂100%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种雪尼呢地毯加工方法，其特征在于：其中步骤（4）中的缝制包边采用强力呢绒包边带。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种雪尼呢地毯加工方法，其特征在于： 其中轧车车速为每分钟8-10米；水浸式加工，车速小于等于每分钟10米。
