Abstract

本发明公开一种易更换防水密封带桥梁伸缩装置,包括两个相互对称、且分别通过锚固筋安装固定于相邻桥梁体端部的锚固型材,所述锚固型材设有大型腔与小型腔;两个所述锚固型材之间连接有一防水密封带;所述防水密封带包括两个连接耳带和连接两个连接耳带的伸缩体;两个连接耳带分别安装在两侧锚固型材的小型腔内。本发明可方便快捷的将损坏的防水密封带取出,并方便更换安装新防水密封带,延长了桥梁伸缩装置的使用寿命,锚固型材采用铝合金、金属、工程塑料、树脂或聚氨酯材料,降低了现有伸缩装置成本,进一步提高了伸缩装置耐腐蚀能力。

技术领域
本发明属于伸缩装置技术领域,尤其涉及一种易更换防水密封带桥梁伸缩装置。
背景技术
铁路、轻轨桥梁伸缩装置由于轨道路基的保护,并不需要承担太大的载荷,采用传统异型钢材料不易于节约成本,维修更换困难。传统异型钢橡胶止水带一般采用截面呈V型的止水带,在雨雪天气会存在积水现象,寒冷天气导致结冰,影响橡胶止水带的伸缩和伸缩装置的使用寿命。橡胶止水带在整个伸缩装置中属于易损构件,其寿命远小于钢制件,需要更换频率高。对于铁路、轻轨桥梁,伸缩缝安装位置空间狭小,橡胶止水带更换维修困难。
现有技术的桥梁伸缩装置存在异型钢与密封带夹持力低,密封效果差,更换防水密封带比较困难等缺陷。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种易更换防水密封带桥梁伸缩装置,用来克服现有技术中桥梁用伸缩装置成本高、安装更换难度大以及由于积水问题所引起的使用寿命缩短的缺陷。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
易更换防水密封带桥梁伸缩装置,包括两个相互对称、且分别通过锚固筋安装固定于相邻桥梁体端部的锚固型材,所述锚固型材设有大型腔与小型腔;两个所述锚固型材之间连接有一防水密封带;所述防水密封带包括两个连接耳带和连接两个连接耳带的伸缩体;两个连接耳带分别安装在两侧锚固型材的小型腔内。
所述锚固型材的大型腔、小型腔截面不限于圆形、方形、椭圆形、马蹄形等形式,也不限于其多种截面形式的组合形式,大、小型腔相通,小型腔与外部相通,相通部分可圆角过度。
所述锚固型材为铝合金、金属、工程塑料、树脂或聚氨酯材料制成。
所述防水密封带的伸缩体截面为U型、W型、圆孔或多孔型等形式。
所述防水密封带为橡胶、工程塑料、树脂或聚氨酯材料制成。
所述防水密封带的连接耳带通过挤压工装将其从大型腔挤压至小型腔内。
所述挤压工装不限于带拉索的圆球、椎体、扁球等形式,截面尺寸比锚固型材的大型腔尺寸小。
所述防水密封带两边的连接耳带截面尺寸与锚固型材的小型腔形状和尺寸相匹配。
两个所述连接耳带内可设置软钢丝、帘子线或孔构造。
所述防水密封带为橡胶、工程塑料、树脂或聚氨酯材料制成。
本发明的有益效果:本发明将连接耳带串入大型腔内,再通过挤压工装将连接耳带从大型腔安装至小型腔,避免了外部安装空间受限的影响;可通过在连接耳带内设置软钢丝、帘子线等构造,增加连接耳带的强度,便于防水密封带损坏后,连接耳带从小型腔的拆除。
本发明可方便快捷的将损坏的防水密封带取出,并方便更换安装新防水密封带,延长了桥梁伸缩装置的使用寿命,用时锚固型材采用铝合金、金属、工程塑料、树脂或聚氨酯材料,降低了现有伸缩装置成本,进一步提高了伸缩装置耐腐蚀能力;
本发明的桥梁伸缩装置具有整体性能好,便于安装维护,易于更换安装防水密封带,延长了桥梁用伸缩装置的使用寿命。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的说明。
易更换防水密封带桥梁伸缩装置,参见图1,包括两个相互对称、且分别通过锚固筋3安装固定于相邻桥梁体4端部的锚固型材1,两个锚固型材1之间连接有一防水密封带2;
如图4所示,锚固型材1设有两个型腔,分别为大型腔11、小型腔12,其中,大型腔界面呈圆形,小型腔界面由两个半圆形组成,并且大、小型腔相通,小型腔与外部相通,相通部分都有圆角过度,防止防水密封带2的连接耳带21从大型腔向小型腔挤压过程产生破坏;锚固型材1为铝合金、金属、工程塑料、树脂或聚氨酯材料制成;
如图5所示,防水密封带2包括两个连接耳带21和连接两个连接耳带的伸缩体,两个连接耳带21内均设有软钢丝22,伸缩体的截面U形或W型;两个连接耳带21分别安装在两侧锚固型材1的小型腔12内;
安装时,参见图2、图3,首先将防水密封带2两边分别安装在两侧锚固型材1的大型腔内,然后采用带拉索圆球5在大型腔内移动,将防水密封带2挤压至小型腔内;
参见图6,带拉索圆球5截面成圆形,截面尺寸比锚固型材1的大型腔11尺寸小,带拉索圆球5两端带有拉索,可以实现圆球在锚固型材1的大型腔孔内移动,从而将防水密封带2的连接耳带21挤压入小型腔12内;防水密封带的伸缩体截面为U型、W型、圆孔或多孔型等形式,参见图7。
防水密封带2两边的连接耳带21截面尺寸与锚固型材1的小型腔12形状和尺寸相匹配,确保防水密封带2与锚固型材1连接的牢固性和密封性;两个连接耳带21内有软钢丝22,防水密封带2破损需要更换时,将连接耳带21从小型腔安装槽内挤出或拉出即可;
另外,本发明的桥梁用伸缩装置能够适用于无碴轨道和有碴轨道,当用于有碴轨道时,只需要在桥梁伸缩缝处加盖一层钢板即可。
本发明的易更换防水密封带桥梁伸缩装置,通过设置防水密封带2与两个安装型腔,首先将连接耳带21串入大型腔内,再通过带拉索圆球5将连接耳带21从大型腔安装至小型腔,避免了外部安装空间受限的影响;通过在连接耳带21内设置软钢丝22,增加连接耳带21的强度,便于防水密封带2损坏后,连接耳带21从小型腔的拆除,采用此技术方案可方便快捷的将损坏的防水密封带2取出,并方便更换安装新防水密封带2,延长了桥梁伸缩装置的使用寿命,使用时锚固型材1采用铝合金、金属、工程塑料、树脂或聚氨酯材料,降低了现有伸缩装置成本,进一步提高了伸缩装置耐腐蚀能力。

1.易更换防水密封带桥梁伸缩装置,其特征在于,包括两个相互对称、且分别通过锚固筋安装固定于相邻桥梁体端部的锚固型材,所述锚固型材设有大型腔与小型腔;两个所述锚固型材之间连接有一防水密封带;所述防水密封带包括两个连接耳带和连接两个连接耳带的伸缩体;两个连接耳带分别安装在两侧锚固型材的小型腔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的易更换防水密封带桥梁伸缩装置,其特征在于,所述锚固型材的大型腔、小型腔截面不限于圆形、方形、椭圆形或马蹄形形式,也不限于其多种截面形式的组合形式,大、小型腔相通,小型腔与外部相通,相通部分圆角过度。
3.根据权利要求1所述的易更换防水密封带桥梁伸缩装置,其特征在于,所述锚固型材为铝合金、金属、工程塑料、树脂或聚氨酯材料制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的易更换防水密封带桥梁伸缩装置,其特征在于,所述防水密封带的伸缩体截面为U型、W型、圆孔型或多孔型形式。
5.根据权利要求1所述的易更换防水密封带桥梁伸缩装置,其特征在于,所述防水密封带的连接耳带通过挤压工装将其从大型腔挤压至小型腔内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的易更换防水密封带桥梁伸缩装置,其特征在于,所述挤压工装不限于带拉索的圆球、椎体、扁球形式,截面尺寸比锚固型材的大型腔尺寸小。
7.根据权利要求1所述的易更换防水密封带桥梁伸缩装置,其特征在于,所述防水密封带两边的连接耳带截面尺寸与锚固型材的小型腔形状和尺寸相匹配。
8.根据权利要求1所述的易更换防水密封带桥梁伸缩装置,其特征在于,两个所述连接耳带内可设置软钢丝、帘子线或孔构造。
9.根据权利要求1所述的易更换防水密封带桥梁伸缩装置,其特征在于,上述防水密封带为橡胶、工程塑料、树脂或聚氨酯材料制成。
