本发明公开了一种具有降血糖作用的中药及制备方法,属于医药技术领域,本发明的降血糖中药组合物,由金钗石斛花1‑30g和绞股蓝1‑30g,加50%~70%浓度乙醇适量,回流提取3次,每次1~3小时,过滤,收集滤液,减压浓缩后制成。本发明的降血糖中药组合物,其由金钗石斛花1‑30g和绞股蓝1‑30g两味中药制成,经过试制和实验验证,参考卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》中的降低血糖功能检验方法,证明本发明的中药组合物具有良好的降血糖的作用。

一种具有降血糖作用的中药及制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及中成药物组合物,具体为一种具有降血糖作用的中药及制备方法。
背景技术
糖尿病(diabetes mellitus,DM)是以糖代谢紊乱为主要症状的内分泌疾病,是一种常见病和多发病,并发症较多,对人类的健康危害很大。世界卫生组织(WHO)将糖尿病分为:胰岛素依赖型糖尿病(1型糖尿病)、非胰岛素依赖性糖尿病(2型糖尿病)及其他类型糖尿病。现代医学的最新观点认为造成糖尿病的原因是多器官病理变化的结果,其中涉及到胰腺,脂肪组织,肝脏,胃肠激素,肌肉和神经系统。 根据我国传统的“药食同源”理论,开发具有中医药特色的抗糖尿病药物和食品是近年来的发展需要及方向。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有降血糖作用的中药及制备方法。
为达到上述目的,采用的技术方案为:
一种具有降血糖作用的中药,由金钗石斛花1-30g和绞股蓝1-30g制成。
制备方法:分别按剂量称取药材,加50%~70%浓度乙醇适量,回流提取3次,每次1~3小时,过滤,收集滤液,减压浓缩后即制成。
采用上述方案的有益效果为:本发明的降血糖中药组合物,其由金钗石斛花1-30g和绞股蓝1-30g两味中药制成,经过试制和实验验证,参考卫生部《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》中的降低血糖功能检验方法,证明本发明的中药组合物具有良好的降血糖的作用。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例进一步介绍本发明,但本发明不仅限于下述实施例,可以预见本领域技术人员在结合现有技术的情况下,实施情况可能产生种种变化。
本发明的降血糖中药组合物,其由金钗石斛花、绞股蓝两味中药组成。为研究其是否具有降低血糖的保健食品功能,本文参照卫生部发布的《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》中的降低血糖功能检验方法对其进行了实验研究。
1.材料与方法
1.1处方药材和基原
(1)金钗石斛花(Dendrobium nobileLindl):为兰科石斛属石斛组植物金钗石斛(Dendrobium nobile Lindl)的花。
(2)绞股蓝(Gynostemma pentaphyllum (Thunb.) Makino):为葫芦科绞股蓝属草质攀援植物。
1.2药物制备方法
(1)复方剂量①组:金钗石斛花30g、绞股蓝30g。
(2)复方剂量②组:金钗石斛花20g、绞股蓝20g。
(3)复方剂量③组:金钗石斛花10g、绞股蓝10g。
(4)复方剂量④组:金钗石斛花1g、绞股蓝1g。
1.3实验动物
(1)KM小鼠,雄性,体重24.0~28.0g。

1.4.1仪器
血糖仪、全自动生化仪、721-B型分光光度计等。
试剂
四氧嘧啶(或链脲霉素),用前新鲜配置。
血糖测定试纸或试剂盒。
2.药效研究
2.1实验方法
2.1.1降低空腹血糖实验
2.1.1.1高血糖模型动物造模
动物禁食24小时后,尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶生理盐水溶液造模,5-7天后禁食3-5小时,测血糖,血糖值10-25mmol/L为高血糖模型成功药物。
2.1.1.2操作步骤
选高血糖模型动物按禁食3-5小时的血糖水平分组,随机选1个模型组和4个剂量组(组间差不大于1.1mmol/L)。剂量组给予复方剂量①-④,另设正常对照组,每组10只。模型对照组给予溶剂,连续30天,测空腹血糖值(禁食同实验前),比较各组动物血糖值及血糖下降百分率。血糖下降百分率=(实验前血糖值-实验后血糖值)/实验前血糖值×100%。
2.2统计方法
采用SPSS 19.0统计软件进行统计分析。数据以Mean ± SD表示,多样本均数间比较采用One-Way ANOVA检验,方差齐则采用LSD检验,方差不齐则采用Tamhane’s T2检验。
3实验结果
3.1对空腹血糖的影响
结果见表1。
由表1可知,与对照组比较,复方各剂量组空腹血糖均有显著下降(P<0.05)。表明本发明复方各剂量组有降低小鼠空腹血糖的作用。
4.结论
本发明中药复方具有良好的降血糖的作用。

1.一种具有降血糖作用的中药,其特征是:由金钗石斛花1-30g和绞股蓝1-30g制成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有降血糖作用的中药的制备方法,其特征是:分别按剂量称取药材,加50%~70%浓度乙醇适量,回流提取3次,每次1~3小时,过滤,收集滤液,减压浓缩后即制成。
