Abstract
本发明公开了一种插头连接器,其包括:金属外壳,收容于金属外壳内的电路板,组装在电路板上的若干电子元件以及夹在电子元件和金属外壳之间的导热板,所述金属外壳设有暴露在金属外壳外表面的散热件,所述导热板将热量从电子元件中发散到金属外壳外,最终通过散热件散热到空气中,所述散热件的中心与所述电子元件或导热板的中心对齐以进行有效的散热。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种插头连接器,尤其涉及一种设有散热件的插头连接器。
【背景技术】
2016年5月26日,美国专利申请第US20160149324公开了一种与插座连接器对接的插头连接器。插头连接器包括金属外壳和收容于金属外壳内的电路板。金属外壳包括一体成型于与插座连接器配合的插头连接器的散热件。但是,壳体的整体结构可能不利于制造,也可能占用金属外壳表面太多面积。
【发明内容】
本发明主要目的是提供一种具有良好散热性能的插头连接器。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:一种插头连接器,其包括:金属外壳,收容于金属外壳内的电路板,组装在电路板上的若干电子元件以及夹在电子元件和金属外壳之间的导热板,所述金属外壳设有暴露在金属外壳外表面的散热件,所述导热板将热量从电子元件中发散到金属外壳外,最终通过散热件散热到空气中,所述散热件的中心与所述电子元件或导热板的中心对齐以进行有效的散热。
本发明的导热板夹在电子元件与金属外壳之间,将热量从电子元件中发散到金属外壳外,最终通过散热件将热量散发到空气中。因此,本发明中的插头连接器具有良好散热性能。

【具体实施方式】
如图1-13、19及20所示,为符合本发明插头连接器200的第一实施例。所述插头连接器200用于与设置于电路板600的插座连接器500对接。所述插头连接器200包括金属外壳210,收容于金属外壳210内的电路板280,组装在电路板280上的若干电子元件282以及夹在电子元件282和金属外壳210之间的导热板284,所述金属外壳210设有暴露在金属外壳210外表面的散热件250,所述导热板284将热量从电子元件282中发散到金属外壳210外,最终通过散热件250散热到空气中。如图13所示,若干板286形成于电路板280的前部区域。
所述连接部220包括若干分别焊接在相应的板286和第一绝缘本体224上的端子222,所述端子222收容于第一绝缘本体224内,所述电路板280的前部区域通过插入工艺成型。所述连接部220设置于金属外壳210的前开口,从而暴露在外部从而暴露在外部与相应的插座连接器500对接。
如图14-19所示,所述插座连接器500包括设有对接腔504的第二绝缘本体502,所述对接腔504用于收容连接部220。所述上端子模组510与下端子模组530在竖直方向上相互堆叠并收容于第二绝缘本体502内。所述上端子模组510包括固持于上绝缘部514的若干上端子512,下端子模组530包括固持于下绝缘部534的若干下端子532。
尤其是,所述上绝缘部514包括收容于下凹槽536的下突部516,下凹槽536在设置于下绝缘部534,所述下突部516用与接合上绝缘部514和下绝缘部534。此外,所述上绝缘部514形成一个上突起518和下绝缘部534形成一个下突起以此紧贴第二绝缘本体502。所述绝缘隔板540在前后方向将上端子512的尾部和下端子532的尾部分开。所述上端子模组510、下端子模组530和绝缘隔板540从第二绝缘本体502的后端依次按照下端子模组530、绝缘隔板540和上端子模组510的顺序安装到第二绝缘本体502内。
在本实施例中,所述线缆组290与电路板280的后端相连。所述散热件250包括设置于导热板284上的第一散热件251和第二散热件252。所述第一散热件251和第二散热件252均为径向型并一体成型于金属外壳210上。所述第一散热件251和第二散热件252均设有若干沿径向方向围成一圈的散热片2511。所述金属外壳210由压铸加工或其它合适的工艺加工而成。
如图21-25所示,为符合本发明插头连接器100的第二实施例。所述插头连接器100包括金属外壳110,收容于金属外壳110内的电路板180,组装在电路板180上的若干电子元件以及夹在电子元件和金属外壳110之间的导热板184,所述金属外壳110设有暴露在金属外壳110外表面的散热件150,所述导热板184将热量从电子元件中发散到金属外壳110外,最终通过散热件150散热到空气中。所述连接部120包括若干分别焊接在相应的板186和收容端子122的第一绝缘本体124上的端子122,所述电路板180的前部区域通过插入成型。插头连接器100,200第一实施例和第二实施例主要的区别在于插头连接器200第二实施例中的散热件150为旋转型。所述散热件150包括设置于导热板184上的第一散热件151和第二散热件152。
与具有平行散热片的传统散热件相比,径向型或旋转型的散热件150,250均可以从热源处有效散热。在上述实施例中,散热件150,250的中心与对应的电子元件282或导热板184,284的中心垂直对准。
Claims (10)
1.一种插头连接器,其包括:金属外壳,收容于金属外壳内的电路板,组装在电路板上的若干电子元件以及夹在电子元件和金属外壳之间的导热板,所述金属外壳设有暴露在金属外壳外表面的散热件,所述导热板将热量从电子元件中发散到金属外壳外,最终通过散热件散热到空气中,其特征在于,所述散热件的中心与所述电子元件或导热板的中心对齐以进行有效的散热。
2.根据权利要求1的插头连接器,其特征在于,所述散热件为径向型或旋转型。
3.根据权利要求2的插头连接器,其特征在于,所述散热件包括设置于导热板上的第一散热件和第二散热件。
4.根据权利要求3的插头连接器,其特征在于,所述第一、二散热件均设有若干沿径向方向围成一圈的散热片。
5.根据权利要求1的插头连接器,其特征在于,所述散热件在金属外壳上一体成型。
6.根据权利要求1的插头连接器,其特征在于,所述电路板包括若干设置于电路板前部区域的板和连接部,所述电路板的前部区域插入成型。
7.根据权利要求6的插头连接器,其特征在于,所述连接部设置于金属外壳的前开口,从而暴露在外部与相应的插座连接器对接。
8.根据权利要求7的插头连接器,其特征在于,所述连接部包括绝缘本体和分别焊接在相应的板和绝缘本体上的端子,所述端子收容于绝缘本体内。
9.根据权利要求1的插头连接器,其特征在于,所述金属外壳通过压铸加工成型。
10.根据权利要求1的插头连接器,其特征在于,所述插头连接器还包括与电路板后端相连的线缆组。
