本发明公开了一种带轴承座的轴承装置,包括轴承的内圈、外圈、保持架、油封和滚珠,座套的外侧壁成型有两个相对的支柱,支柱分别插套在两个连接支座的套筒上;连接支座的顶面固定有挡水座,挡水座的底面固定有插接块,插接块插套在连接支座的顶面具有的插接孔中,插接孔的内侧壁上螺接有连接球头柱塞,连接球头柱塞的钢球伸出插接孔的内侧壁并嵌套在插接块的外壁具有的插接凹孔中,挡水座的顶面开设有蓄水凹槽,挡水座的两个侧面分别铰接有挡水板,挡水板可绕着与挡水座铰接处旋转并在不同的位置固定,挡水板的上端面上开设有两个储水槽。本发明具有当轴承报废时无需更换整个轴承座,轴承旋转角度范围广,能防水并增加使用寿命的特点。

技术领域:
本发明涉及轴承技术领域,具体是涉及一种带轴承座的轴承装置。
背景技术:
轴承座一种用于支撑轴承的安装支座,其通过定约束轴承的外圈,但并不对轴承的内圈施加任何作用作用力,从而能与轴承内圈连接的轴实现转动。现有的轴承座一般将轴承固定在铸造的支座内,当轴承损坏时,其支座也随之报废;同时现有的轴承座内虽然安装的是外球面轴承,轴承能进行转动,但在一个平面内的转动范围还是受限的。
另外,现有的轴承座不具备防水功能,当在运行过程中带液体的机器上使用该轴承座时,液体很容易进入轴承中,导致轴承损坏,增加了设备的维修和更换成本。
发明内容:
本发明的目的旨在解决现有技术存在的问题,提供一种当轴承报废时无需更换整个轴承座、节约成本,轴承旋转角度范围广,能防水并增加使用寿命的带轴承座的轴承装置。
本发明涉及一种带轴承座的轴承装置,包括轴承的内圈、外圈、保持架、油封和滚珠,所述滚珠和保持架夹持在所述外圈和内圈之间,外圈和内圈之间设置有油封;外圈插接在圆形的座套上,所述座套的外侧壁成型有两个相对的支柱,所述支柱分别插套在两个连接支座的套筒上,所述连接支座包括L型的安装支架和成型在所述安装支架上的筋板,所述套筒成型在安装支架的下端,所述筋板的下端与套筒连接;
所述的座套内成型有台阶孔,外圈插接在座套台阶孔的大孔内,外圈的上下端面上均压靠有挡圈,外圈一端的挡圈压靠在座套台阶孔的台阶面上、另一端的挡圈上压靠有卡簧,所述卡簧卡置在座套台阶孔大孔的内侧壁上;
所述连接支座的顶面固定有挡水座,所述挡水座的底面两端分别固定有两个插接块,所述插接块分别插套在两个连接支座的顶面具有的两个插接孔中,所述插接孔的内侧壁上螺接有连接球头柱塞,连接球头柱塞的钢球伸出插接孔的内侧壁并嵌套在插接块的外壁具有的插接凹孔中,挡水座的顶面开设有蓄水凹槽,挡水座的两个侧面分别铰接有挡水板,所述挡水板可绕着与挡水座铰接处旋转并在不同的位置固定,挡水板的上端面上开设有两个储水槽。
作为上述方案的优选,所述储水槽呈长条形,储水槽包括第一储水槽和第二储水槽,所述第一储水槽设置在挡水板与挡水座铰接处的一侧,所述第二储水槽设置在第一储水槽相对的挡水板的边缘处。
作为上述方案的优选,所述轴承的内圈的宽度大于外圈的宽度,内圈的两端分别插接在外圈两端的挡圈内,所述内圈的宽度小于座套上台阶孔大孔的深度。
作为上述方案的优选,所述的油封采用双密封盖结构,两密封盖上均成型有3个密封唇,两密封盖的密封唇分别压靠在内圈的外侧壁和外圈的内侧壁上,所述密封盖的密封唇之间注有油脂。
作为上述方案的优选,所述安装支架的底面上成型有螺纹孔。
作为上述方案的优选,所述蓄水凹槽呈长条形。
借由上述方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:本发明通过将座套上的支柱插套在连接支座的套筒中,从而当轴承报废时,只需要更换带轴承的座套,无需更换连接支座,提高资源利用,节约成本,且这种支柱插套的结构使带轴承的座套能一个平面进行360度旋转,从而增大了轴承安装使用的范围;通过在连接支座顶面插接挡水座,挡水座上的蓄水凹槽和挡水板能阻挡外部的水进入座套及轴承内部,挡水板铰接在挡水座上可根据工作情况调整挡水板的挡水位置,从而保证轴承内不会进水,延长轴承的寿命,且只需拉拔挡水座即可从连接支座上拆卸下来,拆装方便,以使座套旋转无障碍。

参见图1至图6,本发明所述的一种带轴承座的轴承装置,包括轴承的内圈1、外圈2、保持架3、油封4和滚珠5,所述滚珠5和保持架3夹持在所述外圈2和内圈1之间,外圈2和内圈1之间设置有油封4;外圈2插接在圆形的座套6上,所述座套6的外侧壁成型有两个相对的支柱61,所述支柱61分别插套在两个连接支座7的套筒71上,所述连接支座7包括L型的安装支架72和成型在所述安装支架72上的筋板73,所述套筒71成型在安装支架72的下端,所述筋板73的下端与套筒71连接,筋板73在安装支架72上起到支撑作用;
所述的座套6内成型有台阶孔(未图示),外圈2插接在座套6台阶孔的大孔内,外圈2的上下端面上均压靠有挡圈62,外圈2一端的挡圈62压靠在座套6台阶孔的台阶面上、另一端的挡圈62上压靠有卡簧63,所述卡簧63卡置在座套6台阶孔大孔的内侧壁上;

进一步的,所述储水槽91呈长条形,储水槽91包括第一储水槽92和第二储水槽93,所述第一储水槽92设置在挡水板9与挡水座8铰接处的一侧,所述第二储水槽93设置在第一储水槽92相对的挡水板9的边缘处,第一储水槽92在挡水板9向上旋转倾斜时可储存挡水板9上阻挡的水,第二储水槽93在挡水板向下旋转倾斜时可储存挡水板9上阻挡的水。
进一步的,所述轴承的内圈1的宽度大于外圈2的宽度,内圈1的两端分别插接在外圈2两端的挡圈62内,所述内圈1的宽度小于座套6上台阶孔大孔的深度。
进一步的,所述的油封4采用双密封盖结构,两密封盖上均成型有3个密封唇,两密封盖的密封唇分别压靠在内圈1的外侧壁和外圈2的内侧壁上,所述密封盖的密封唇之间注有油脂,这种正三唇加反三唇的密封盖密封设计,使产品免进行维护,应用过程中不用重新添加油脂,降低了维护成本。
进一步的,所述安装支架72的底面上成型有螺纹孔(未图示)。
进一步的,所述蓄水凹槽83呈长条形,蓄水凹槽83可储存滴落在挡水座8上的水,以避免水进入座套6和轴承。
本发明的工作原理为:本发明实际使用时将连接支座7与带轴承的座套6一起安装在待安装的设备或装置上,连接支座7与设备或装置连接,从而座套6就能在与连接支座7相垂直的平面实现360度旋转;而当轴承损坏时,将座套6从连接支座7抽出,更换带轴承的新的座套6连接支座7相配合,从而无需更换新的连接支座7;挡水座8上的蓄水凹槽83和挡水板9能阻挡外部的水进入座套6及轴承内部,挡水板9铰接在挡水座8上可根据工实际作情况调整挡水板9的挡水位置,从而保证轴承内不会进水,延长轴承的寿命,且只需拉拔挡水座8即可从连接支座7上拆卸下来,拆装方便,以使座套6和轴承旋转无障碍。
综上所述,本发明当轴承报废时无需更换整个轴承座、节约成本,轴承旋转角度范围广,能防水并增加使用寿命。
