本发明属于造纸领域，具体涉及一种制浆造纸机械设备。
背景技术
造纸行业是高消耗、高污染的行业，废水的处理是当今社会造纸行业中最需解决的问题，并且造纸需要大量的砍伐树木来进行纸张的生产，本身造纸行业已经成为高消耗的行业，纸张在生产造纸的过程中会产生的大量的纸屑浪费，造成成本的增加，在解决上述问题的同时，需要一个制浆造纸机械，制浆机来满足上述造纸回收利用的需求。
发明内容
本发明提供一种制浆造纸机械设备，来解决上述问题。
一种制浆造纸机械设备，包括：锥形桶、驱动旋转装置、转轴、叶切片、进料口、进水口、废纸屑回收口、污水回流口、出料口、底座、阀门，所述锥形桶侧面设有驱动旋转装置，驱动旋转装置上设有转轴，锥形桶下方设有底座，转轴与底座连接，转轴上设有叶切片，所述锥形桶上设有进料口和进水口，锥形桶的侧面设有废纸屑回收口、污水回流口，锥形桶的测下方设有出料口，污水回流口和出料口上设有阀门。
本发明为一种制浆造纸机械设备，此设备有益的效果是设有废纸屑回收口和污水回流口，是一种满足造纸过程中回收利用废纸屑和污水的制浆设备。

如图1所示：一种制浆造纸机械设备，包括：锥形桶1、驱动旋转装置2、转轴3、叶切片4、进料口5、进水口6、废纸屑回收口7、污水回流口8、出料口9、底座10、阀门11，所述锥形桶1侧面设有驱动旋转装置2，驱动旋转装置2上设有转轴3，驱动旋转装置2带动转轴转动，驱动旋转装置2为带有发动机旋转轴的装置，锥形桶1下方设有底座10，转轴3与底座10连接，转轴3上设有叶切片4，所述锥形桶1上设有进料口5和进水口6，锥形桶1的侧面设有废纸屑回收口7、污水回流口8，方便废纸屑回收利用和污水经过沉淀后再次回收利用，锥形桶1的测下方设有出料口9，污水回流口8和出料口9上设有阀门11。
