本发明涉及医用材料生产领域,尤其是定制式义齿及二类口腔科材料生产领域。
背景技术
定制式义齿及二类口腔科材料是重要的医用材料,广泛的应用于口腔医学领域,特别是义齿的制造领域。
发明内容
本发明提供一种定制式义齿及二类口腔科材料生产工艺,详细流程如下:
(1)审模、代型:对医疗机构送来的模型使用磨模机和种钉机进行磨底、加底和种钉,产生噪声和少量粉尘;根据每个病人不同需求将模型进行人工分类,人工对模型进行修整使之符合人体口腔结构,对修整好的模型上咬合,确保牙模可以互相咬合;之后使用熔蜡器对牙模进行蜡型处理。
(2)包埋:使用包埋材(主要是蜡)对蜡型过后的牙模进行填充包埋,其中氧化锆类义齿的通过高温(箱式电阻炉,电加热)将其烧结,使用合金的义齿进行铸造。
(3)铸造:包埋过后的牙模使用离心铸造机进行铸造,根据铸型的大小确定旋转发条的圈数,使之具有足够的旋转力,将坩锅与旋转臂埋成直角状后开始熔金( 利用火枪熔化需要铸造的合金, 火枪以液化石油为燃料, 温度约950~1000℃),当合金熔化到达要求后立即开始让离心机旋转,将液态合金铸入
铸型腔内,铸好后将铸口朝下放置待冷却。此工序会产生噪声。
(4)车金、上瓷、烤瓷:铸模冷却到室温后即可进行清理,先将铸件从包埋材料中分离去除大部分的包埋材,再用打砂机清除铸件表面包埋材,检查铸件有无缺陷,判断是否返工,清理金属内冠,调试咬合后打磨。用蒸馏水与瓷粉调配后,在内冠堆砌出牙齿的外形后用烤瓷炉(电加热)进行焙烤,温度约1000℃,时间约0.5 小时,使瓷粉固定在金属表面,烤瓷完成后进行下一步工序。
(5)戴牙:将烤瓷完毕的单个牙齿排列到牙模上。
(6)车瓷:人工切削修整牙体外形,使修复体牙体外形及弧度与正常牙体外形及弧度相似,最后成品包装。
2、定制式活动义齿
(1)审模、代型:对医生送来的模型进行检查,对表面有凹凸的部分用蜡进行填充,之后用琼脂复制出完整的新模型用于制作活动义齿。复制出新的模型后使用熔蜡器进行蜡型处理。
(2)包埋:使用包埋材(主要是蜡)对蜡型过后的牙模进行填充包埋。
(3)铸造:包埋过后的牙模使用离心铸造机进行铸造,根据铸型的大小确定旋转发条的圈数,使之具有足够的旋转力,将坩锅与旋转臂埋成直角状后开始熔金(利用火枪熔化需要铸造的合金,火枪以液化石油为燃料,温度约950~1000℃),当合金熔化到达要求后立即开始让离心机旋转,将液态合金铸入铸型腔内,铸好后将铸口朝下放置待冷却。此工序会产生噪声。
(4)就位抛光:将铸造好的义齿放置于支架上,对支架使用高速切割打磨机进行抛光处理,使得义齿更契合于支架。此工序产生噪声和少量粉尘。
(5)排牙、充胶:将做好的蜡型义齿模型放入牙盒中,待石膏硬后去蜡,然后将义齿基托树脂调拌均匀后等待,待凝固到面团期进行填充。
(6)打磨、抛光:用打磨机去铸道切痕和表面的小瘤等达到表面基本平整,然后选用各种适当的研磨磨头细心修整卡环,颌支托外部表面。在工作模形上用色纸等标示修复体就位的障碍点并予以磨除直至修复体在模型上完全就位边缘密合。然后进一步修整修复体边缘外形,使之圆钝并具有协调、流畅和美观的轮廓,打磨抛光完毕后,用蒸气喷洗干净,完成整个部件。
