本发明公开了一种阿胶胶原蛋白饮及其制备方法,阿胶胶原蛋白饮原料为:阿胶10‑20份、黄精10‑20份、玉竹10‑20份、山楂10‑30份、红枣20‑50份、水解胶原蛋白5‑10份、冰糖10‑20份、水500份。本发明不仅营养丰富,且口感好、易于吸收,食用方便,携带方便,并且可以进行工业生产。

本发明属于食品领域,具体涉及一种阿胶胶原蛋白饮及其制备方法。
背景技术
阿胶是一种采用驴皮为原料制作的中药,经过近代中医药的开发,使它已经成为妇女补气补血的一味不可缺少的药材。它不仅可以入药,而且也可以作为日常使用的补品。当它作为保健补品时,传统的食用方法是将阿胶磨粉,加入牛奶并搅拌均匀后饮用,药性温和,是女士作为首选的最佳补品。但是,阿胶于驴皮中提炼而出,采用中药的制作方法,因此,在作为日常补品食用时,口感不佳,带有浓烈的腥膻气味,限制了它的使用范围,而且按照传统的食用方法给阿胶的储存带来不便。所以,阿胶作为日常食用的补品时,只能家庭制作,而不能进行工业性生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阿胶胶原蛋白饮,不仅营养丰富,且口感好、易于吸收,食用方便,携带方便,并且可以进行工业生产。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种阿胶胶原蛋白饮的制备方法。
本发明实现目的的方案如下:一种阿胶胶原蛋白饮,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:阿胶10-20份、黄精10-20份、玉竹10-20份、山楂10-30份、红枣20-50份、水解胶原蛋白5-10份、冰糖10-20份、水500份。
一种阿胶胶原蛋白饮的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄精、玉竹、山楂、红枣放入锅中加入水,完全浸泡1-3h;
(2)浸泡后加入阿胶,80-100℃进行熬制30min;
(3)熬制结束后加入水解胶原蛋白,混匀后进行过滤,过滤后向滤液中加入上述熬制过程中蒸发掉的水,混匀后加入冰糖;
(4)灌装、灭菌。
优选的;步骤(2)中所述的阿胶为膨化的阿胶。
优选的;所述的膨化条件为:1000-1300W功率的微波炉中微波5min。
阿胶具有补气补血功效;胶原蛋白富含人体需要的甘氨酸、脯氨酸、羟脯氨酸等氨基酸,能够防止皮肤衰老、预防心血管疾病、补钙养脑提高人体免疫力;红枣有“天然维生素丸”的美誉,具有滋阴补阳,补血功效;黄精具有补气养阴,健脾,润肺,益肾,抗缺氧、抗疲劳、抗衰老作用,能增强免疫功能,增强新陈代谢,有降血糖和强心作用;玉竹里的多糖、维他命A与烟酸,能够增强人体抗病能力,推迟衰老;山楂能消除体内脂肪,具有减少脂肪吸收的功效。
本发明的有益效果:
(1)营养丰富,能够增强免疫力,改善睡眠,且口感好、易于吸收。
(2)食用后能够提高肌肤活性,增加肌肤水分,且能有效抑制和淡化黄褐斑。
(3)食用方便,携带方便,适于工业化生产。

本发明水解胶原蛋白购自郑州华峰食品科技有限公司。
实施例1
一种阿胶胶原蛋白饮,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:阿胶10份、黄精10份、玉竹20份、山楂10份、红枣50份、水解胶原蛋白5份、冰糖15份、水500份。
一种阿胶胶原蛋白饮的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄精、玉竹、山楂、红枣放入锅中加入水,完全浸泡2h;
(2)浸泡后加入阿胶,所述阿胶在加入前先进行膨化(膨化条件为:1000-1300W功率的微波炉中微波5min),100℃进行熬制30min;
(3)熬制结束后加入水解胶原蛋白,混匀后进行过滤,过滤后向滤液中加入上述熬制过程中蒸发掉的水,混匀后加入冰糖;
(4)灌装、灭菌。

一种阿胶胶原蛋白饮,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:阿胶20份、黄精20份、玉竹10份、山楂30份、红枣20份、水解胶原蛋白10份、冰糖10份、水500份。

(1)将黄精、玉竹、山楂、红枣放入锅中加入水,完全浸泡3h;
(2)浸泡后加入阿胶,所述阿胶在加入前先进行膨化(膨化条件为:1000-1300W功率的微波炉中微波5min),80℃进行熬制30min;
(3)熬制结束后加入水解胶原蛋白,混匀后进行过滤,过滤后向滤液中加入上述熬制过程中蒸发掉的水,混匀后加入冰糖;
(4)灌装、灭菌。
实施例3
一种阿胶胶原蛋白饮,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:阿胶15份、黄精15份、玉竹15份、山楂20份、红枣30份、水解胶原蛋白5份、冰糖20份、水500份。
一种阿胶胶原蛋白饮的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄精、玉竹、山楂、红枣放入锅中加入水,完全浸泡1h;
(2)浸泡后加入阿胶,所述阿胶在加入前先进行膨化(膨化条件为:1000-1300W功率的微波炉中微波5min),100℃进行熬制30min;
(3)熬制结束后加入水解胶原蛋白,混匀后进行过滤,过滤后向滤液中加入上述熬制过程中蒸发掉的水,混匀后加入冰糖;
(4)灌装、灭菌。
本发明实验效果:随机挑选100名年龄在18-45岁女性,服用本发明实施例1中的阿胶胶原蛋白饮每天50g,服用周期60天。采用皮肤测试仪测试服用本发明的阿胶胶原蛋白饮前后,脸部皮肤的黑色素沉积情况及皮肤含水量。实验结果:99%的受试对象皮肤含水量均比未服用之前明显提升,90%受试对象的脸部黄褐斑比未服用之前有明显减轻,且明显顺滑、通透、红润有光泽,95%的受试对象睡眠比未服用之前有明显改善。

1.一种阿胶胶原蛋白饮,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的原料:阿胶10-20份、黄精10-20份、玉竹10-20份、山楂10-30份、红枣20-50份、水解胶原蛋白5-10份、冰糖10-20份、水500份。
2.一种权利要求1所述的阿胶胶原蛋白饮的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄精、玉竹、山楂、红枣放入锅中加入水,完全浸泡1-3h;
(2)浸泡后加入阿胶,80-100℃进行熬制30min;
(3)熬制结束后加入水解胶原蛋白,混匀后进行过滤,过滤后向滤液中加入上述熬制过程中蒸发掉的水,混匀后加入冰糖;
(4)灌装、灭菌。
3.根据权利要求2所述的阿胶胶原蛋白饮的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)中所述的阿胶为膨化的阿胶。
