本发明公开了一种低脂低糖奶糖。包括以下重量份数的组分:脱脂奶粉20~40份、脱脂炼乳10~20份、海带3~5份、木耳4~6份、地骨皮2~4份、仙灵脾2~4份、低聚壳聚糖3~5份、麦芽糖3~5份、木糖醇3~5份、优糖米6~10份、无水奶油4~6份、氢化植物油8~12份、卵磷脂2~4份、卡拉胶3~5份、水10~20份。本发明提供的低脂低糖奶糖,所用奶制品原料均选用脱脂原料,脂肪含量低;优糖米的添加,能有效改善和稳定人体内血糖的稳定,防止高血糖的产生;与中药相搭配,稳定血脂血糖的效果更佳完善,即使高血脂高血糖患者也可放心食用。

技术领域
本发明属于食品领域,尤其涉及一种低脂低糖奶糖。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,富贵病患者在逐渐增加,高血糖患者也是越来越多,对于高血脂高血糖患者来说,糖果是他们的禁忌食品,市场上专供高血糖患者食用的奶糖很少。
优糖米即降糖大米,是国内首个籽粒内抗性淀粉高于普通大米数十倍以上的功能性粳稻新品种(原名“降糖稻1号”),实验证实优糖米具有改善餐后血糖的稳定的作用。
发明内容
为弥补当前技术的不足,本发明提供一种低脂低糖奶糖。
本发明所采用的技术方案:
一种低脂低糖奶糖,包括以下重量份数的组分:脱脂奶粉20~40份、脱脂炼乳10~20份、海带3~5份、木耳4~6份、地骨皮2~4份、仙灵脾2~4份、低聚壳聚糖3~5份、麦芽糖3~5份、木糖醇3~5份、优糖米6~10份、无水奶油4~6份、氢化植物油8~12份、卵磷脂2~4份、卡拉胶3~5份、水10~20份。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供一种低脂低糖奶糖,所用奶制品原料均选用脱脂原料,脂肪含量低;优糖米的添加,能有效改善和稳定人体内血糖的稳定,防止高血糖的产生;与中药相搭配,稳定血脂血糖的效果更佳完善,即使高血脂高血糖患者也可放心食用。

一种低脂低糖奶糖,包括以下重量份数的组分:脱脂奶粉20份、脱脂炼乳20份、海带3份、木耳6份、地骨皮2份、仙灵脾4份、低聚壳聚糖3份、麦芽糖5份、木糖醇3份、优糖米10份、无水奶油4份、氢化植物油12份、卵磷脂2份、卡拉胶5份、水10份。

一种低脂低糖奶糖,包括以下重量份数的组分:脱脂奶粉40份、脱脂炼乳10份、海带5份、木耳4份、地骨皮4份、仙灵脾2份、低聚壳聚糖5份、麦芽糖3份、木糖醇5份、优糖米6份、无水奶油6份、氢化植物油8份、卵磷脂4份、卡拉胶3份、水20份。
实施例3
一种低脂低糖奶糖,包括以下重量份数的组分:脱脂奶粉30份、脱脂炼乳15份、海带4份、木耳5份、地骨皮3份、仙灵脾3份、低聚壳聚糖4份、麦芽糖4份、木糖醇4份、优糖米8份、无水奶油5份、氢化植物油10份、卵磷脂3份、卡拉胶4份、水15份。

2.根据权利要求1所述一种低脂低糖奶糖,其特征在于,优选地,包括以下重量份数的组分:脱脂奶粉30份、脱脂炼乳15份、海带4份、木耳5份、地骨皮3份、仙灵脾3份、低聚壳聚糖4份、麦芽糖4份、木糖醇4份、优糖米8份、无水奶油5份、氢化植物油10份、卵磷脂3份、卡拉胶4份、水15份。
