本发明提供一种加成型有机硅压敏胶用增粘剂,由以下质量百分比含量的物质经反应后制成:γ‑缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷35%~70%,乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷29~65%,催化剂0.1~2%,合成步骤如下:通氮气下将上述比例的γ‑缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷按配比加入反应釜中;开动搅拌,并加热升温至80℃并保持;将上述比例的催化剂加入到反应釜中,并控制温度在80℃反应6h,反应过程中全程氮气保护;保持温度在80℃下抽真空约1h;通氮气,停止加热,冷却至室温。本发明的有益效果在于,气味较轻、挥发性小、环保、对PET薄膜的附着力牢固并且能很好地与有机硅压敏胶体系相容。

Description

一种加成型有机硅压敏胶用增粘剂
技术领域
本发明涉及一种增粘剂,特别是一种加成型有机硅压敏胶用增粘剂。
背景技术
现有的加成型有机硅压敏胶用的增粘剂,挥发性较强,而且气味难闻,环保性差;部分产品的附着力效果较差,特别是电晕PET膜的表面能有所降低时,容易出现粘接不牢固;多数产品只能在某一特定配方使用,如果用于其它配方会存在相容性差,粘接欠佳等缺点。
发明内容
为解决上述问题本发明提供了一种加成型有机硅压敏胶用增粘剂,气味小、附着力强且在有机硅压敏胶体系通用性广。
本发明提供的技术方案为:一种加成型有机硅压敏胶用增粘剂,由以下质量百分比含量的物质经反应后制成:
γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷 35%~70%
乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷 29~65%
催化剂 0.1~2%
合成步骤如下:
a.通氮气下将上述比例的γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷按配比加入反应釜中;
b.开动搅拌,并加热升温至80℃并保持;
c.将上述比例的催化剂加入到反应釜中,并控制温度在80℃反应6h,反应过程中全程氮气保护;
d.保持温度在80℃下抽真空约1h;
e.通氮气,停止加热,冷却至室温。
作为优化,催化剂为无水三氯化铝。
本发明的有益效果在于,气味较轻、挥发性小、环保、对PET薄膜的附着力牢固并且能很好地与有机硅压敏胶体系相容。
具体实施方式
实施例1:
γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷 36%
乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷 63.8%
无水三氯化铝 0.2%
合成步骤如下:
a.通氮气下将上述比例的γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷按配比加入反应釜中;
b.开动搅拌,并加热升温至80℃并保持;
c.将上述比例的无水三氯化铝加入到反应釜中,并控制温度在80℃反应6h,反应过程中全程氮气保护;
d.保持温度在80℃下抽真空约1h;
e.通氮气,停止加热,冷却至室温。
实施例2:
γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷 68%
乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷 30%
无水三氯化铝 2%
合成步骤如下:
a.通氮气下将上述比例的γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷按配比加入反应釜中;
b.开动搅拌,并加热升温至80℃并保持;
c.将上述比例的无水三氯化铝加入到反应釜中,并控制温度在80℃反应6h,反应过程中全程氮气保护;
d.保持温度在80℃下抽真空约1h;
e.通氮气,停止加热,冷却至室温。
实施例3:
γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷 50%
乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷 49%
无水三氯化铝 1%
合成步骤如下:
a.通氮气下将上述比例的γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷按配比加入反应釜中;
b.开动搅拌,并加热升温至80℃并保持;
c.将上述比例的无水三氯化铝加入到反应釜中,并控制温度在80℃反应6h,反应过程中全程氮气保护;
d.保持温度在80℃下抽真空约1h;
e.通氮气,停止加热,冷却至室温。
将上述方法制成的加成型有机硅压敏胶用增粘剂按质量百分比2%添加到型号为5080有机硅压敏胶中,混合搅拌均匀后将其涂布在经电晕处理过的100μmPET薄膜上,经加热145℃固化约90s得干胶厚度约为10μm的有机硅压敏胶,将该压敏胶划百格并测试附着力,经测试该压敏胶在100℃下水煮4h都没有掉脱;在双八五(温度为85℃、湿度为85%)条件下经过72小时测试后也没有掉脱;而如果没有加入合成的增粘剂的有机硅压敏胶在固化后在水煮及测试双八五前都已经很明显掉胶脱落,这明显体现出的增粘剂的增粘作用。
上面结合实施例对本发明作了详细说明,但本发明并不限于上述实施例。在本领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,在充分了解到各成分作用基理的基础上,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下作出各种变化,皆属于本发明的保护范围。

Claims (2)

1.一种加成型有机硅压敏胶用增粘剂,由以下质量百分比含量的物质经反应制成:
γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷 35%~70%
乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷 29~65%
催化剂 0.1~2%
合成步骤如下:
通氮气下将上述比例的γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙酰氧基硅烷按配比加入反应釜中;
开动搅拌,并加热升温至80℃并保持;
将上述比例的催化剂加入到反应釜中,并控制温度在80℃反应6h,反应过程中全程氮气保护;
保持温度在80℃下抽真空约1h;
e. 通氮气,停止加热,冷却至室温。
2.根据权利要求1所述的加成型有机硅压敏胶用增粘剂,其特征在于:催化剂为无水三氯化铝。
