本发明公开了一种钼铁冶炼烟气处理方法,该处理方法包括以下步骤:A、先将高温烟气冷却到200摄氏度以下再进行除尘;B、再通过淋洗塔对烟气进行淋洗以去除氟化物和二氧化硫;C、最后通过电除雾器去除烟气中的水雾和固体小颗粒。本发明一种钼铁冶炼烟气处理方法,通过对急冷后的烟气进行除尘和淋洗,可以快速去除烟气中的固体颗粒和有害气体,再通过电除雾器进一步去除烟气中的水雾和固体小颗粒即可达到较高的排放标准,该方法所需设备简单,工艺时间较短,处理效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种钼铁冶炼工艺,特别是涉及一种钼铁冶炼烟气处理方法。
背景技术
目前的钼铁冶炼大多采用硅铝热法工艺,其产生的高温烟气往往含有较多粉尘和有害气体,因此需要对其进行处理。但是目前的钼铁冶炼烟气处理工艺存在设备较为复杂,有害成分处理不够彻底,工艺时间长等诸多不足。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种工艺简单且处理效果好的钼铁冶炼烟气处理方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种钼铁冶炼烟气处理方法,包括以下步骤:A、先将高温烟气冷却到200摄氏度以下再进行除尘;B、再通过淋洗塔对烟气进行淋洗以去除氟化物和二氧化硫;C、最后通过电除雾器去除烟气中的水雾和固体小颗粒。
作为优选,所述步骤A中采用强风冷却器对高温烟气进行冷却。
作为优选,所述步骤B中采用硅酸钠和硫酸混合溶液作为淋洗液。
与现有技术相比,本发明一种钼铁冶炼烟气处理方法,通过对急冷后的烟气进行除尘和淋洗,可以快速去除烟气中的固体颗粒和有害气体,再通过电除雾器进一步去除烟气中的水雾和固体小颗粒即可达到较高的排放标准,该方法所需设备简单,工艺时间较短,处理效果好。

A、先将高温烟气冷却到200摄氏度以下再进行除尘;
B、再通过淋洗塔对烟气进行淋洗以去除氟化物和二氧化硫;
C、最后通过电除雾器去除烟气中的水雾和固体小颗粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种钼铁冶炼烟气处理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤A中采用强风冷却器对高温烟气进行冷却。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种钼铁冶炼烟气处理方法,其特征在于:所述步骤B中采用硅酸钠和硫酸混合溶液作为淋洗液。
