Abstract
本发明公开了一种透明弹性鞋材的制作工艺,是以热塑性弹性体为原材料,先向利拿机中投入TPE、环烷油及硬脂酸锌,于较低温度下塑练一定时间后再继续投入TPE和环烷油于较高温度下塑练,再通过造粒、振动及搅拌等步骤形成粒料原材,通过射出成型生产透明弹性鞋配件。制得的产品外观上透明度高,综合机械性能好,尤其耐划性能强,不易产生划痕,适于生产应用。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及鞋材,特别是涉及一种透明弹性鞋材的制作工艺。
背景技术
鞋材多为高分子材料制成,尤其是鞋底,采用橡胶材料制成,柔软度高,弹性佳,适用于各种运动。随着人们对美观及产品多样性的追求,透明鞋底逐渐流行,许多国际品牌鞋多采用透明鞋底,给人一种高端、大气、时尚的感觉。
现有技术的透明鞋底多采用PVC、EPDM等材料制成,此类材料透明度虽好,但耐划性极差,在使用乃至出货过程中极易出现划痕而降低透明度,美观性变差,难以达到物性及生产标准,市场竞争力差。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种透明弹性鞋材的制作工艺,其克服了现有技术所存在的不足之处。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种透明弹性鞋材的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
1)向密炼机中投入15~25重量份的热塑性弹性体、8~15重量份的环烷油及0.1~0.2重量份的硬脂酸锌进行塑练,温度保持在80℃~120℃,时间为30~60min,翻料1~2次;
2)向密炼机中投入30~50重量份的热塑性弹性体、20~30重量份的环烷油继续塑练,温度保持在120℃~160℃,时间为70~110min,翻料1~3次;
3)塑练得到的混合料通过切粒机切割形成粒径为2~6mm的料粒,于0~5℃水中冷却后风干2~30分钟,其中切割机头温度为80℃~120℃,主机速度20~40转/分钟,压料辊速度为17~37转/分钟,切刀片15~35转/分钟;
4)风干后的料粒经振动筛过滤以使料粒大小均匀;
5)通过鼓风机将料粒吹入搅拌机筒内搅拌3~5小时;
6)料粒经25℃~40℃烘干后至射出机台通过射出成型工艺注入模具内成型,其中射出机台的压力为20~40MPa,速度为5~10cm3/s,冷却时间为20~60s。
优选的,步骤1)中,所述各组份的重量份为:20重量份热塑性弹性体、12重量份环烷油及0.15重量份硬脂酸锌。
优选的,步骤2)中,所述各组份的重量份为:40重量份热塑性弹性体及26重量份环烷油。
优选的,步骤1)中,温度保持在100℃,时间为40min。
优选的,步骤2)中,温度保持在140℃,时间为90min。
优选的,步骤3)中,料粒的粒径为4mm。
优选的,步骤3)中,切割机头温度为100℃,主机速度30转/分钟,压料辊速度为27转/分钟,切刀片25转/分钟。
优选的,步骤6)中,射出机台的压力为30MPa,速度为7cm3/s,冷却时间为30s。
相较于现有技术,本发明具有以下有益效果:
以热塑性弹性体(TPE)、环烷油和硬脂酸锌为原材料,通过分段塑练使混合料具有较好的流动性和加工性能,通过切粒、振动、搅拌等步骤后得到粒料原材,再通过射出成型形成透明弹性鞋材,获得的透明弹性鞋材外观上透明度高,脚感舒适,且硬度好、抗拉强度大、断裂延伸率高、抗撕裂能力强、耐老化及耐光性能优良,不易产生划痕,综合性能强,可满足国际性品牌鞋业公司对鞋材的高要求,适于生产应用。
以下实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明;但本发明的一种透明弹性鞋材的制作工艺不局限于实施例。
具体实施方式
一种透明弹性鞋材的制作工艺,是以TPE为原材料,先向利拿机中投入TPE、环烷油及硬脂酸锌,于较低温度下塑练一定时间后再继续投入TPE和环烷油于较高温度下塑练,再通过造粒、振动及搅拌等步骤形成粒料原材,通过射出成型生产透明弹性鞋配件。
具体的,首先向密炼机中投入15~25重量份的热塑性弹性体、8~15重量份的环烷油及0.1~0.2重量份的硬脂酸锌进行塑练,温度保持在80℃~120℃,时间为30~60min,翻料1~2次。在较低温度下,使环烷油、TPE及硬脂酸锌充分混合,通过环烷油调节TPE的流动性并以硬脂酸锌降低大分子熔融状态下的分子间摩擦力。接着,再向密炼机中投入30~50重量份的热塑性弹性体、20~30重量份的环烷油继续塑练,温度保持在120℃~160℃,时间为70~110min,翻料1~3次以使混合料具有合适的加工性能。塑练得到的混合料通过切粒机切割形成粒径为2~6mm的料粒,于0~5℃水中冷却后风干2~30分钟,其中切割机头温度为80℃~120℃,主机速度20~40转/分钟,压料辊速度为17~37转/分钟,切刀片15~35转/分钟。风干后的料粒经振动筛过滤以使料粒大小均匀,再通过鼓风机将料粒吹入搅拌机筒内搅拌3~5小时后包装。制作产品时,料粒经25℃~40℃烘干后至射出机台通过射出成型工艺注入模具内成型以形成预定的鞋配件,其中射出机台的压力为20~40MPa,速度为5~10cm3/s,冷却时间为20~60s。
以下以一较佳的实施例为例进行说明。在本实施例中,TPE的型号为TPE 3546。向密炼机中投入20kg的TPE3546、12kg的环烷油及0.15kg的硬脂酸锌进行塑练,温度保持在100℃,时间为40min,翻料1次。接着,再向密炼机中投入40kg的TPE 3546、26kg的环烷油继续塑练,温度保持在140℃,时间为90min,翻料2次。塑练得到的混合料通过切粒机切割形成粒径为4mm的料粒,于0~5℃水中冷却后至甩干筒风干2分钟以上,其中切割机头温度为100℃,主机速度30转/分钟,压料辊速度为27转/分钟,切刀片25转/分钟。风干后的料粒经振动筛过滤以使料粒大小均匀,再通过鼓风机将料粒吹入搅拌机筒内搅拌3~5小时后包装。制作产品时,料粒经30℃烘干后至射出机台通过射出成型工艺注入模具内成型以形成预定的鞋配件,其中射出机台的压力为30MPa,速度为7cm3/s,冷却时间为30s。制得的鞋配件可以是鞋底、侧边配件、鞋面等等。
对上述制得的鞋材进行机械性能的检测,其结果如下表:
制得的产品外观上透明度高,且硬度高、弹性大,抗拉伸、抗撕裂等性能好,不易产生划痕而破坏外观,与现有产品相比,其综合性能好,适于实际生产应用。
上述实施例仅用来进一步说明本发明的一种透明弹性鞋材的制作工艺,但本发明并不局限于实施例,凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何简单修改、等同变化与修饰,均落入本发明技术方案的保护范围内。
Claims (8)
1.一种透明弹性鞋材的制作工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)向密炼机中投入15~25重量份的热塑性弹性体、8~15重量份的环烷油及0.1~0.2重量份的硬脂酸锌进行塑练,温度保持在80℃~120℃,时间为30~60min,翻料1~2次;
2)向密炼机中投入30~50重量份的热塑性弹性体、20~30重量份的环烷油继续塑练,温度保持在120℃~160℃,时间为70~110min,翻料1~3次;
3)塑练得到的混合料通过切粒机切割形成粒径为2~6mm的料粒,于0~5℃水中冷却后风干2~30分钟,其中切割机头温度为80℃~120℃,主机速度20~40转/分钟,压料辊速度为17~37转/分钟,切刀片15~35转/分钟;
4)风干后的料粒经振动筛过滤以使料粒大小均匀;
5)通过鼓风机将料粒吹入搅拌机筒内搅拌3~5小时;
6)料粒经25℃~40℃烘干后至射出机台通过射出成型工艺注入模具内成型,其中射出机台的压力为20~40MPa,速度为5~10cm3/s,冷却时间为20~60s。
2.根据权利要求1所述的透明弹性鞋材的制作工艺,其特征在于:步骤1)中,所述各组份的重量份为:20重量份热塑性弹性体、12重量份环烷油及0.15重量份硬脂酸锌。
3.根据权利要求2所述的透明弹性鞋材的制作工艺,其特征在于:步骤2)中,所述各组份的重量份为:40重量份热塑性弹性体及26重量份环烷油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的透明弹性鞋材的制作工艺,其特征在于:步骤1)中,温度保持在100℃,时间为40min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的透明弹性鞋材的制作工艺,其特征在于:步骤2)中,温度保持在140℃,时间为90min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的透明弹性鞋材的制作工艺,其特征在于:步骤3)中,料粒的粒径为4mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的透明弹性鞋材的制作工艺,其特征在于:步骤3)中,切割机头温度为100℃,主机速度30转/分钟,压料辊速度为27转/分钟,切刀片25转/分钟。
8.根据权利要求1所述的透明弹性鞋材的制作工艺,其特征在于:步骤6)中,射出机台的压力为30MPa,速度为7cm3/s,冷却时间为30s。
