本发明公开了一种气动式布料样品分切机构，包括主支撑板，所述主支撑板的后侧壁中部固定有过渡板，过渡板的中部具有空槽，空槽与主支撑板的中部成型有的中间分隔槽的右端相通，主支撑板的左侧底面和过渡板的右侧底面均固定有竖直支撑板，底板的两端固定在两个竖直支撑板上，无杆气缸固定在底板的顶面上，无杆气缸的推动块上固定有切割移动块，切割移动块的顶面固定有伸缩气缸，伸缩气缸的推杆竖直向上并固定有移动支撑板，移动支撑板的顶面固定有两个竖直板，切割刀具的中部转轴铰接在两个竖直板上，其中一个竖直板上固定有切割电机。本发明切割快捷，使得布料的切割边整齐平整，提高外观效果，不容易毛边，方便携带。

本发明涉及纺织设备技术领域，更具体的说涉及一种气动式布料样品分切机构。
背景技术：
现有的布料进行送检或者是销售时作为样品给客户看的时候，需要进行切割样品，一般只需要切一小块即可，而现有的方式一般是通过人工剪切，其切割处不整齐也不平整，容易形成毛边，影响携带，而且外观不好，影响销售时给客户看的效果。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足，提供一种气动式布料样品分切机构，它切割快捷，使得布料的切割边整齐平整，提高外观效果，不容易毛边，方便携带。
本发明解决所述技术问题的方案是：
一种气动式布料样品分切机构，包括主支撑板，所述主支撑板的后侧壁中部固定有过渡板，过渡板的中部具有空槽，空槽与主支撑板的中部成型有的中间分隔槽的右端相通，主支撑板的左侧底面和过渡板的右侧底面均固定有竖直支撑板，底板的两端固定在两个竖直支撑板上，无杆气缸固定在底板的顶面上，无杆气缸的推动块上固定有切割移动块，切割移动块的顶面固定有伸缩气缸，伸缩气缸的推杆竖直向上并固定有移动支撑板，移动支撑板的顶面固定有两个竖直板，切割刀具的中部转轴铰接在两个竖直板上，其中一个竖直板上固定有切割电机，切割电机的输出轴为花键轴，花键轴插套在切割刀具的中部转轴的一端具有的花键孔中；
所述切割刀具处于空槽下方并与中间分隔槽相对应。
所述主支撑板的左右两侧上方设有水平板，水平板的底面两侧固定有侧支撑板，水平板的顶面两端固定有压紧气缸，压紧气缸的推杆穿过水平板并固定有下压板，两个下压板处于中间分隔槽的两侧。
所述下压板的两侧固定有自润滑导向块，自润滑导向块压靠在对应的侧支撑板上。
所述下压板的底面固定有多个与下压板相平行的永磁铁水平凸起部，下压板的正下方的主支撑板的顶面上固定有多个永磁铁下凸起部，永磁铁下凸起部与永磁铁水平凸起部上下交错。
所述无杆气缸的上方设有导向杆，导向杆的两端固定在两个竖直支撑板上，导向杆插套在切割移动块上。
所述底板的底面两端固定有吸盘。
所述下压板的顶面中部固定有多个压紧弹簧，压紧弹簧的顶端固定在水平板的底面上。
本发明的突出效果是：
与现有技术相比，它切割快捷，使得布料的切割边整齐平整，提高外观效果，不容易毛边，方便携带。

实施例，见如图1至图3所示，一种气动式布料样品分切机构，包括主支撑板10，所述主支撑板10的后侧壁中部固定有过渡板11，过渡板11的中部具有空槽12，空槽12与主支撑板10的中部成型有的中间分隔槽13的右端相通，主支撑板10的左侧底面和过渡板11的右侧底面均固定有竖直支撑板14，底板15的两端固定在两个竖直支撑板14上，无杆气缸16固定在底板15的顶面上，无杆气缸16的推动块上固定有切割移动块18，切割移动块18的顶面固定有伸缩气缸181，伸缩气缸181的推杆竖直向上并固定有移动支撑板100，移动支撑板100的顶面固定有两个竖直板182，切割刀具183的中部转轴铰接在两个竖直板182上，其中一个竖直板182上固定有切割电机184，切割电机184的输出轴为花键轴，花键轴插套在切割刀具183的中部转轴的一端具有的花键孔中；
所述切割刀具183处于空槽12下方并与中间分隔槽13相对应。
进一步的说，所述主支撑板10的左右两侧上方设有水平板191，水平板191的底面两侧固定有侧支撑板19，水平板191的顶面两端固定有压紧气缸192，压紧气缸192的推杆穿过水平板191并固定有下压板194，两个下压板194处于中间分隔槽13的两侧。
进一步的说，所述下压板194的两侧固定有自润滑导向块1941，自润滑导向块1941压靠在对应的侧支撑板19上。
进一步的说，所述下压板194的底面固定有多个与下压板194相平行的永磁铁水平凸起部196，下压板194的正下方的主支撑板10的顶面上固定有多个永磁铁下凸起部197，永磁铁下凸起部197与永磁铁水平凸起部196上下交错。
进一步的说，所述无杆气缸16的上方设有导向杆1，导向杆1的两端固定在两个竖直支撑板14上，导向杆1插套在切割移动块18上。
进一步的说，所述底板15的底面两端固定有吸盘151。
进一步的说，所述下压板194的顶面中部固定有多个压紧弹簧2，压紧弹簧2的顶端固定在水平板191的底面上，提高下压板194压紧强度。
工作原理：通过将布料放置在主支撑板10上，布料的左右两侧比较长时可以从两个侧支撑板19之间移出，然后，通过压紧气缸192运行，使得下压板194下压，从而使得布料夹持在下凸起部197与水平凸起部196之间，下凸起部197与水平凸起部196吸附在对应的主支撑板10或下压板194上，切割的布料的长度一般小于中间分隔槽13的长度，然后，无杆气缸16运行，切割电机184同时运行，并通过伸缩气缸181的推杆推动，使得切割刀具183提升并伸入中间分隔槽13中并对布料进行切割，切割完成后，下压板194回位，将分切好的布料取出，其他一切回位，其切割简单，方便，切割处整齐平整，效果好。
本实施例通过吸盘151可以固定在各种平面上，保证其固定牢固稳定。

1.一种气动式布料样品分切机构，包括主支撑板(10)，其特征在于：所述主支撑板(10)的后侧壁中部固定有过渡板(11)，过渡板(11)的中部具有空槽(12)，空槽(12)与主支撑板(10)的中部成型有的中间分隔槽(13)的右端相通，主支撑板(10)的左侧底面和过渡板(11)的右侧底面均固定有竖直支撑板(14)，底板(15)的两端固定在两个竖直支撑板(14)上，无杆气缸(16)固定在底板(15)的顶面上，无杆气缸(16)的推动块上固定有切割移动块(18)，切割移动块(18)的顶面固定有伸缩气缸(181)，伸缩气缸(181)的推杆竖直向上并固定有移动支撑板(100)，移动支撑板(100)的顶面固定有两个竖直板(182)，切割刀具(183)的中部转轴铰接在两个竖直板(182)上，其中一个竖直板(182)上固定有切割电机(184)，切割电机(184)的输出轴为花键轴，花键轴插套在切割刀具(183)的中部转轴的一端具有的花键孔中；
所述切割刀具(183)处于空槽(12)下方并与中间分隔槽(13)相对应。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气动式布料样品分切机构，其特征在于：所述主支撑板(10)的左右两侧上方设有水平板(191)，水平板(191)的底面两侧固定有侧支撑板(19)，水平板(191)的顶面两端固定有压紧气缸(192)，压紧气缸(192)的推杆穿过水平板(191)并固定有下压板(194)，两个下压板(194)处于中间分隔槽(13)的两侧。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种气动式布料样品分切机构，其特征在于：所述下压板(194)的两侧固定有自润滑导向块(1941)，自润滑导向块(1941)压靠在对应的侧支撑板(19)上。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种气动式布料样品分切机构，其特征在于：所述下压板(194)的底面固定有多个与下压板(194)相平行的永磁铁水平凸起部(196)，下压板(194)的正下方的主支撑板(10)的顶面上固定有多个永磁铁下凸起部(197)，永磁铁下凸起部(197)与永磁铁水平凸起部(196)上下交错。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种气动式布料样品分切机构，其特征在于：所述无杆气缸(16)的上方设有导向杆(1)，导向杆(1)的两端固定在两个竖直支撑板(14)上，导向杆(1)插套在切割移动块(18)上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种气动式布料样品分切机构，其特征在于：所述底板(15)的底面两端固定有吸盘(151)。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种气动式布料样品分切机构，其特征在于：所述下压板(194)的顶面中部固定有多个压紧弹簧(2)，压紧弹簧(2)的顶端固定在水平板(191)的底面上。
