Abstract
本发明公开了一种包扎压力大的绷带,包括长包裹部分,还包括一个压力棒,压力棒固定在靠近长包裹部分的其中一个端部位置,压力棒下面还设有一个绷带垫,压力棒包括相互连接的底座和月牙形压力架,月牙形压力架的较短弧形边上设有一个开口。长包裹部分外表面的边缘处涂覆有一层光触媒杀菌层,该光触媒杀菌层原料的重量比为:纳米二氧化钛5~9份、纳米二氧化硅7~10份、碳纤维颗粒5~11份、植物胶20~25份,将上述原料按比例混合均匀可制得光触媒杀菌层。本发明能够有效抑制绷带其边缘处厌氧细菌和好氧细菌的双重滋生,有效避免伤口内部的感染。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及了一种绷带,尤其是一种包扎压力大的绷带,属于急救技术领域。
背景技术
绷带是现代急救过程中必不可少的一件东西,绷带设计的是否合理直接影响到对伤口的包扎效果。现有的绷带通常只是利用绷带的长度及其弹性来产生对伤口包扎所必须的压力,而并没有配备专门的压力产生装置,这样不仅使实施包扎的医护人员在包扎时比较费力,而且包扎效果也不甚理想,由于对伤口处的压力不够大,容易使伤口在包扎完成后仍继续流血,对于伤口严重的伤者,包扎压力不大容易导致其休克。
同时,现有的医用绷带其边缘处是处于绷带和伤口的分界点,此处极易导致厌氧细菌和好氧细菌的双重滋生,从而引发伤口内部的感染,现有的医用绷带一直无法解决该问题。
发明内容
1.发明要解决的技术问题
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种包扎压力大的绷带,通过绷带上的压力棒直接对伤口处产生压力,带来稳固的作用,可以使伤口得到很好的止血效果,也可以防止伤者休克。
2.技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种包扎压力大的绷带,包括长包裹部分,还包括一个压力棒,所述压力棒固定在靠近长包裹部分的其中一个端部位置。
前述一种包扎压力大的绷带,其特征在于:所述压力棒下面还设有一个绷带垫。
前述一种包扎压力大的绷带,其特征在于:所述压力棒包括相互连接的底座和月牙形压力架,所述月牙形压力架的较短弧形边上设有一个开口。

所述长包裹部分外表面的边缘处涂覆有一层光触媒杀菌层,该光触媒杀菌层原料的重量比为:纳米二氧化钛5~9份、纳米二氧化硅7~10份、碳纤维颗粒5~11份、植物胶20~25份,将上述原料按比例混合均匀可制得光触媒杀菌层;所述植物胶为阿拉伯胶、松香、糊精中的一种或多种。
3.有益效果
本发明的有益效果是:通过绷带上的压力棒直接对伤口处产生压力,带来稳固的作用,可以使伤口得到很好的止血效果,也可以防止伤者休克;另外,绷带利用压力棒不易变形的性质,可以在包扎时变换方向,方便人们有效地把绷带固定好,保证使绷带垫保持在伤口的位置。

具体实施方式
下面将结合说明书附图,对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1和图2所示,一种包扎压力大的绷带,包括长包裹部分1,还包括一个压力棒2,所述压力棒2 固定在靠近长包裹部分1 的其中一个端部位置。当绷带的长包裹部分1 的靠近压力棒2 的端部固定好以后,将压力棒2 缠绕到伤口位置,将长包裹部分1 另一端穿过压力棒2,并反方向缠绕,使压力棒2 固定在伤口位置,并直接压住伤口止血,可以防止休克的发生,所述压力棒2 下面还设有一个绷带垫7,绷带利用压力棒2 不易变形的性质,可以在包扎时变换方向,方便人们有效地把绷带固定好,保证使绷带垫7 保持在伤口的位置。
压力棒2包括相互连接的底座3和月牙形压力架4,所述月牙形压力架4的较短弧形边5 上设有一个开口,可以使绷带的长包裹部分1 方便的穿过压力棒2。所述较短弧形边5的开口部设有卡钩6,使绷带不会在压力棒2 内滑动,影响包扎。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种包扎压力大的绷带,通过绷带上的压力棒直接对伤口处产生压力,使伤口得到很好的止血效果,防止伤者休克;另外,绷带利用压力棒不易变形的性质,可以在包扎时变换方向,方便人们有效地把绷带固定好。
长包裹部分1外表面的边缘处涂覆有一层光触媒杀菌层,该光触媒杀菌层原料的重量比为:纳米二氧化钛5~9份、纳米二氧化硅7~10份、碳纤维颗粒5~11份、植物胶20~25份,将上述原料按比例混合均匀可制得光触媒杀菌层;所述植物胶为阿拉伯胶、松香、糊精中的一种或多种。其中,光触媒杀菌层中含有纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化硅,能够发挥光触媒杀菌的作用,具体光触媒是一种以纳米级二氧化钛(二氧化硅)为代表的具有光催化功能的光半导体材料的总称,它在紫外光线的作用下,产生强烈催化降解功能:能有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体;能有效杀灭多种细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理。同时,光触媒杀菌层中碳纤维具有极高的比表面积(可达1000~3000m2/g),有利于纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化硅的吸附,有效扩大光触媒的采光面积,最终提升杀灭多种细菌的功能,采用本发明的医用胶带,能够有效抑制医用胶带其边缘处厌氧细菌和好氧细菌的双重滋生,有效避免伤口内部的感染。(本发明是针对申请号为:CN 201110298638.4的专利进一步改进)

3.根据权利要求1 或2 所述一种包扎压力大的绷带,其特征在于:所述压力棒(2)包括相互连接的底座(3)和月牙形压力架(4),所述月牙形压力架(4)的较短弧形边(5)上设有一个开口。
4.根据权利要求3 所述的一种包扎压力大的绷带,其特征在于:所述较短弧形边(5)的开口部设有卡钩(6)。
5.根据权利要求1 所述的包扎压力大的绷带,其特征在于,所述长包裹部分(1)外表面的边缘处涂覆有一层光触媒杀菌层,该光触媒杀菌层原料的重量比为:纳米二氧化钛5~9份、纳米二氧化硅7~10份、碳纤维颗粒5~11份、植物胶20~25份,将上述原料按比例混合均匀可制得光触媒杀菌层。
6.根据权利要求5所述的包扎压力大的绷带,其特征在于,所述植物胶为阿拉伯胶、松香、糊精中的一种或多种。
