Abstract
本发明提供一种功能性自粘绷带,自粘绷带开口前端复合有一块海绵,其宽度与自粘绷带的宽度相同,自粘绷带开口头部复合有一条粘合条,粘合条与海绵之间保持距离。由于自粘绷带具有一定弹性和粘性,海绵具有良好的柔软度和吸水性,所以包扎以后极具透气性和舒适感,而且不易脱落,对保护伤口有良好的作用。自粘绷带外表面的边缘处涂覆有一层光触媒杀菌层,该光触媒杀菌层原料的重量比为:纳米二氧化钛5~9份、纳米二氧化硅7~10份、碳纤维颗粒5~11份、植物胶20~25份,将上述原料按比例混合均匀可制得光触媒杀菌层。本发明能够有效抑制绷带其边缘处厌氧细菌和好氧细菌的双重滋生,有效避免伤口内部的感染。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用绷带,尤其涉及一种功能性自粘绷带。
背景技术
人类的许多疾病,通常都需要作手术治疗。其中不少手术治疗相当有效,但创面大,且常高低不平,用绷带缠绕包扎手术部位,操作非常麻烦,常因包扎不紧而产生皮下积液和血肿,严重影响创面愈合,或因包扎过紧而妨碍血液循环,也影响创面愈合,甚至影响患者呼吸。这就给医疗护理工作造成了许多困难,给患者带来了很大痛苦和经济损失。
同时,现有的医用绷带其边缘处是处于绷带和伤口的分界点,此处极易导致厌氧细菌和好氧细菌的双重滋生,从而引发伤口内部的感染,现有的医用绷带一直无法解决该问题。
发明内容
1.发明要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是克服现有技术存在的不足,提供一种功能性自粘绷带。
2.技术方案
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
功能性自粘绷带,特点是:自粘绷带开口前端复合有一块海绵,其宽度与自粘绷带的宽度相同,自粘绷带开口头部复合有一条粘合条,粘合条与海绵之间的距离为10 ~20mm。
进一步地,上述的功能性自粘绷带,其中,所述海绵的长度为130mm,厚度为4mm。
更进一步地,上述的功能性自粘绷带,其中,所述粘合条的长度为13mm。
所述自粘绷带外表面的边缘处涂覆有一层光触媒杀菌层,该光触媒杀菌层原料的重量比为:纳米二氧化钛5~9份、纳米二氧化硅7~10份、碳纤维颗粒5~11份、植物胶20~25份,将上述原料按比例混合均匀可制得光触媒杀菌层;所述植物胶为阿拉伯胶、松香、糊精中的一种或多种。
3.有益效果
本发明技术方案的实质性特点和进步主要体现在:
由于自粘绷带具有一定弹性和粘性,海绵具有良好的柔软度和吸水性,所以包扎以后极具透气性和舒适感,而且不易脱落,对保护伤口有良好的作用。

具体实施方式
如图1 所示,功能性自粘绷带,自粘绷带1 开口前端复合有一块海绵2,海绵2 的宽度与自粘绷带1 的宽度相同,海绵2 的长度为130mm,厚度为4mm,自粘绷带1 开口头部复合有一条粘合条3,粘合条3 的长度为13mm,粘合条3 与海绵2 之间的距离为10 ~ 20mm。粘合条使自粘绷带打卷以后开口不易脱开,该产品在不直接接触伤口时使用。
使用时,在粘合条3 处打开自粘绷带1,将海绵2 覆盖于伤口包扎物上面后,绷带任意缠绕几圈即可。由于海绵具有良好的柔软度和吸水性,绷带具有一定弹性和粘性,所以包扎以后极具透气性和舒适感,而且不易脱落,对保护伤口有良好的作用。
以舒适性自粘绷带为基础,在海绵2 上复合吸水性极强的水凝胶涂层,经严格消毒以后可接触伤口使用,使用方法同上。由于水凝胶的吸水性是自身重量的100 ~ 250倍,而且不粘连皮肤,所以可使伤口保持干燥,在水凝胶里加入药物还有愈合伤口作用。功能性绷带作用良好,使用方便,使海绵与自粘绷带的功能性完美结合。
自粘绷带1外表面的边缘处涂覆有一层光触媒杀菌层,该光触媒杀菌层原料的重量比为:纳米二氧化钛5~9份、纳米二氧化硅7~10份、碳纤维颗粒5~11份、植物胶20~25份,将上述原料按比例混合均匀可制得光触媒杀菌层;所述植物胶为阿拉伯胶、松香、糊精中的一种或多种。其中,光触媒杀菌层中含有纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化硅,能够发挥光触媒杀菌的作用,具体光触媒是一种以纳米级二氧化钛(二氧化硅)为代表的具有光催化功能的光半导体材料的总称,它在紫外光线的作用下,产生强烈催化降解功能:能有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体;能有效杀灭多种细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理。同时,光触媒杀菌层中碳纤维具有极高的比表面积(可达1000~3000m2/g),有利于纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化硅的吸附,有效扩大光触媒的采光面积,最终提升杀灭多种细菌的功能,采用本发明的医用胶带,能够有效抑制医用胶带其边缘处厌氧细菌和好氧细菌的双重滋生,有效避免伤口内部的感染。(本发明是针对申请号为:CN 201110026072.X的专利进一步改进)

1.功能性自粘绷带,其特征在于:自粘绷带开口前端复合有一块海绵,其宽度与自粘绷带的宽度相同,自粘绷带开口头部复合有一条粘合条,粘合条与海绵之间的距离为10~20mm。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的功能性自粘绷带,其特征在于:所述海绵的长度为130mm,厚度为4mm。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的功能性自粘绷带,其特征在于:所述粘合条的长度为13mm。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的功能性自粘绷带,其特征在于,所述自粘绷带外表面的边缘处涂覆有一层光触媒杀菌层,该光触媒杀菌层原料的重量比为:纳米二氧化钛5~9份、纳米二氧化硅7~10份、碳纤维颗粒5~11份、植物胶20~25份,将上述原料按比例混合均匀可制得光触媒杀菌层。
5.根据权利要求4所述的功能性自粘绷带,其特征在于,所述植物胶为阿拉伯胶、松香、糊精中的一种或多种。
