Abstract

本发明为一种医用免缝杀菌胶带,用于固定伤口,免去医生对伤口的缝合处理,包括胶带基材、胶粘剂和离型纸,胶带基材为无纺布层与PET 膜层通过胶粘剂复合而成,胶带基材表面涂覆胶粘剂层,胶粘剂为医用压敏胶。本发明保证了免缝胶带的质量,增加了医用免缝杀菌胶带的抗拉强度。透明硅胶层外表面的边缘处涂覆有一层光触媒杀菌层,该光触媒杀菌层原料的重量比为:纳米二氧化钛5~9份、纳米二氧化硅7~10份、碳纤维颗粒5~11份、植物胶20~25份,将上述原料按比例混合均匀可制得光触媒杀菌层。本发明能够有效抑制胶带其边缘处厌氧细菌和好氧细菌的双重滋生,有效避免伤口内部的感染。

Description

一种医用免缝杀菌胶带
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医用胶带,特别是公开一种医用免缝杀菌胶带,用于固定伤口,免去医生对伤口的缝合处理过程。
背景技术
固定伤口用拉合胶带,也称之为免缝胶带,是一种人类防护伤口愈合的一次性医疗用品,适用于伤口/ 切口表面的拉合固定、伤口修复,可直接用于皮肤小型伤口/ 切口的闭合,可以避免或减少切口/ 伤口的疤痕形成,也避免了伤者缝合伤口的疼痛感。
免缝胶带是在无纺布上涂布医用压敏胶与离型纸复合后再经模切抽条,形成带粘性的胶带。因为胶带是用于伤口上起固定作用,所以胶带基材的强度要好,不能在使用过程中断裂,而且考虑到胶带是贴在人体皮肤上,因此需要足够的柔软舒适度,一般国外的同类产品都是采用无纺布作为胶带基材。为了增加无纺布的抗拉强度,国外的无纺布中夹有耐断纤维,所以所使用的无纺布强度较好。而目前我们国内很少有这种材料,国内的无纺布材质普遍较轻柔,强度较低,不适合用于作为胶带基材。
同时,现有的医用胶带其边缘处是处于胶带和伤口的分界点,此处极易导致厌氧细菌和好氧细菌的双重滋生,从而引发伤口内部的感染,现有的医用胶带一直无法解决该问题。
发明内容
发明要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的缺陷,公开一种医用免缝杀菌胶带,采用无纺布复合一层透明PET 层作为胶带基材,增加医用免缝杀菌胶带的抗拉强度。
技术方案
本发明是这样实现的:一种医用免缝杀菌胶带,用于固定伤口,免去医生对伤口的缝合处理,包括胶带基材、胶粘剂和离型纸,所述的胶带基材为无纺布层与PET 膜层复合而成,胶带基材表面涂覆胶粘剂层,所述的胶粘剂层为医用压敏胶。所述的无纺布层与PET 膜层通过胶粘剂复合,所述的胶粘剂为医用压敏胶。
由于医用免缝杀菌胶带是固定在伤口或切口上,可起到使伤口愈合而免缝针的作用,因此胶带除粘性好之外抗拉强度要强是至关重要的,否则在使用过程中如胶带断裂则会影响伤口愈合,所以胶带的选材很重要。
本发明医用免缝杀菌胶带的制造过程是将医用压敏胶粘剂涂布在胶带基材上后与离型纸复合,再经模切机抽条(每片上可有多条)成型。同时在离型纸的两端也各模切一刀,以使离型纸方便剥离。
为了增强无纺布的抗拉强度,本发明采用了在无纺布层上复合一层0.012mm厚度的透明PET 层,使胶带基材变成一种复合材料。因PET 的厚度较薄,但抗拉强度较高,这样既大大增加了医用免缝杀菌胶带的抗拉强度,也不影响医用免缝杀菌胶带的柔软度和外观。
更进一步的,所述胶带基材外表面的边缘处涂覆有一层光触媒杀菌层,该光触媒杀菌层原料的重量比为:纳米二氧化钛5~9份、纳米二氧化硅7~10份、碳纤维颗粒5~11份、植物胶20~25份,将上述原料按比例混合均匀可制得光触媒杀菌层;所述植物胶为阿拉伯胶、松香、糊精中的一种或多种。
有益效果
本发明的有益效果是:
1、技术效果:本发明保证了免缝胶带的质量,不管在质量上还是使用舒适度上都能得到保证,广受好评;
2、社会效果:本发明的开发成功,带来了很大的社会影响力,所制成的免缝胶带可与国外同类产品相媲美。

具体实施方式
根据附图1,本发明一种医用免缝杀菌胶带,用于固定伤口,免去医生对伤口的缝合处理,包括胶带基材、胶粘剂和离型纸。
在生产医用免缝杀菌胶带的过程中,为了使本发明产品更加平整不起皱,先采用转移涂布方式将胶粘剂层4 涂布在离型纸5 上,然后与透明PET 膜层3 复合,使胶粘剂层4转移至PET 膜层上。接着将胶粘剂2 涂布在PET 膜层3 的另一面上后再与无纺布层1 复合,这样无纺布层1 与PET 膜层3 就合二为一了。而PET 膜层3 上复合的胶粘剂层4 与离型纸5 之间因离型纸表面有防粘剂而能方便地剥离。本发明所用的胶粘剂为医用压敏胶。
根据附图2,涂完胶的产品经分切机按需要尺寸分切后置于模切机上进行模切。模切采用胶带基材和离型纸同时各自模切的方式,也即模切无纺布时是布断纸不断,模切离型纸时是纸断布不断。并且在模切无纺布的同时进行抽条排废处理,以使医用免缝杀菌胶带7的条与条之间有间隙,方便使用。在模切离型纸时也为了方便使用,在离型纸的二端同时加工离型纸模切线6,随意使用那边都可以。
胶带基材外表面的边缘处涂覆有一层光触媒杀菌层,该光触媒杀菌层原料的重量比为:纳米二氧化钛5~9份、纳米二氧化硅7~10份、碳纤维颗粒5~11份、植物胶20~25份,将上述原料按比例混合均匀可制得光触媒杀菌层;所述植物胶为阿拉伯胶、松香、糊精中的一种或多种。其中,光触媒杀菌层中含有纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化硅,能够发挥光触媒杀菌的作用,具体光触媒是一种以纳米级二氧化钛(二氧化硅)为代表的具有光催化功能的光半导体材料的总称,它在紫外光线的作用下,产生强烈催化降解功能:能有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体;能有效杀灭多种细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理。同时,光触媒杀菌层中碳纤维具有极高的比表面积(可达1000~3000m2/g),有利于纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化硅的吸附,有效扩大光触媒的采光面积,最终提升杀灭多种细菌的功能,采用本发明的医用胶带,能够有效抑制医用胶带其边缘处厌氧细菌和好氧细菌的双重滋生,有效避免伤口内部的感染。(本发明是针对申请号为:CN 201220494281.7的专利进一步改进)。

1.一种医用免缝杀菌胶带,用于固定伤口,免去医生对伤口的缝合处理,包括胶带基材、胶粘剂和离型纸,其特征在于:所述的胶带基材为无纺布层与PET 膜层复合而成,胶带基材表面涂覆胶粘剂层,所述的胶粘剂层为医用压敏胶。
2.根据权利要求 1 所述的医用免缝杀菌胶带,其特征在于:所述的无纺布层与PET 膜层通过胶粘剂复合,所述的胶粘剂为医用压敏胶。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的医用免缝杀菌胶带,其特征在于,所述胶带基材外表面的边缘处涂覆有一层光触媒杀菌层,该光触媒杀菌层原料的重量比为:纳米二氧化钛5~9份、纳米二氧化硅7~10份、碳纤维颗粒5~11份、植物胶20~25份,将上述原料按比例混合均匀可制得光触媒杀菌层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的医用免缝杀菌胶带,其特征在于,所述植物胶为阿拉伯胶、松香、糊精中的一种或多种。
