本发明涉及不致敏无规则透气胶带及制备方法,在基材表面涂覆有胶黏剂层,胶黏剂层上设有形状无规则的透气孔。在保证胶带应有粘度的情况下,增加产品的透气性,提高产品的舒适性。使用过程中无致敏源,可直接接触皮肤,透气性较好。基材外表面的边缘处涂覆有一层光触媒杀菌层,该光触媒杀菌层原料的重量比为:纳米二氧化钛5~9份、纳米二氧化硅7~10份、碳纤维颗粒5~11份、植物胶20~25份,将上述原料按比例混合均匀可制得光触媒杀菌层。本发明能够有效抑制医用胶带其边缘处厌氧细菌和好氧细菌的双重滋生,有效避免伤口内部的感染。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种不致敏无规则透气胶带及其制备方法,属于医疗运动护理用品技术领域。
背景技术
目前,国内生产的胶带,如橡皮膏等都采取天然橡胶为原料制作胶黏剂,从而制作
胶带,这类胶带不透气,人们在使用时感觉舒适性差;且因为天然橡胶中含有蛋白质成分,
有些人群在使用时会出现皮肤过敏。
同时,现有的医用胶带其边缘处是处于胶带和伤口的分界点,此处极易导致厌氧细菌和好氧细菌的双重滋生,从而引发伤口内部的感染,现有的医用胶带一直无法解决该问题。
发明内容
1.发明要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种不致敏无规则透气胶带及其制备方法,旨在解决不透气、使用舒适性差和皮肤过敏等问题。
2.技术方案
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
不致敏无规则透气胶带,包含基材,在基材表面涂覆有胶黏剂层,胶黏剂层上设有形状
无规则的透气孔。
进一步地,上述的不致敏无规则透气胶带,所述基材为平纹针织布或者无纺布。
进一步地,所述基材外表面的边缘处涂覆有一层光触媒杀菌层,该光触媒杀菌层原料的重量比为:纳米二氧化钛5~9份、纳米二氧化硅7~10份、碳纤维颗粒5~11份、植物胶20~25份,将上述原料按比例混合均匀可制得光触媒杀菌层;所述植物胶为阿拉伯胶、松香、糊精中的一种或多种。
更进一步地,上述的不致敏无规则透气胶带,所述胶黏剂层为合成胶胶黏剂层,所述合成胶胶黏剂的成分质量百分比为:合成胶为10 ~ 20%,增粘树脂为8 ~ 20%,氧化锌为5 ~ 15%,软化剂为0.1 ~ 1.5%,防老剂为0.1 ~ 0.5%,溶剂油为50 ~ 65% 。
不致敏无规则透气胶带的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
①制备合成胶胶黏剂:先将合成胶溶于溶剂油,然后依次加入增粘树脂、氧化锌、软化剂、防老剂等,搅拌混匀后,过滤除去气泡;
②在基材表面涂覆上述合成胶胶黏剂;
③将涂覆有胶黏剂层的基材通过涂胶辊与复合辊之间,以不同转速,控制涂胶辊与复合辊的速度差,在基材的胶黏剂层上产生摩擦透气孔。

本发明技术方案突出的实质性特点和显著的进步主要体现在:

具体实施方式
本发明设计一种不致敏无规则透气胶带,胶带不仅有形状无规则的透气孔,且使用的胶黏剂采用合成胶为主要原料制作而成,不含蛋白质,在使用过程中无致敏源,可直接接触皮肤。
如图1 所示,不致敏无规则透气胶带,包含基材1,在基材1 表面涂覆有胶黏剂层2,胶黏剂层2 上设有形状无规则的透气孔3。
其中,基材1 为平纹针织布或者无纺布。
所述基材外表面的边缘处涂覆有一层光触媒杀菌层,该光触媒杀菌层原料的重量比为:纳米二氧化钛5~9份、纳米二氧化硅7~10份、碳纤维颗粒5~11份、植物胶20~25份,将上述原料按比例混合均匀可制得光触媒杀菌层;所述植物胶为阿拉伯胶、松香、糊精中的一种或多种。其中,光触媒杀菌层中含有纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化硅,能够发挥光触媒杀菌的作用,具体光触媒是一种以纳米级二氧化钛(二氧化硅)为代表的具有光催化功能的光半导体材料的总称,它在紫外光线的作用下,产生强烈催化降解功能:能有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体;能有效杀灭多种细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理。同时,光触媒杀菌层中碳纤维具有极高的比表面积(可达1000~3000m2/g),有利于纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化硅的吸附,有效扩大光触媒的采光面积,最终提升杀灭多种细菌的功能,采用本发明的医用胶带,能够有效抑制医用胶带其边缘处厌氧细菌和好氧细菌的双重滋生,有效避免伤口内部的感染。
胶黏剂层2 为合成胶胶黏剂层,所述合成胶胶黏剂的成分质量百分比为:合成胶为10 ~ 20%,增粘树脂为8 ~ 20%,氧化锌为5 ~ 15%,软化剂为0.1 ~ 1.5%,防老剂为0.1 ~ 0.5%,溶剂油为50 ~ 65% 。
不致敏无规则透气胶带的制备工艺为:
①制备合成胶胶黏剂:先将合成胶溶于溶剂油,然后依次加入增粘树脂、氧化锌、软化剂、防老剂等,搅拌混匀后,过滤除去气泡;
②在基材表面涂覆上述合成胶胶黏剂;
③将涂覆有胶黏剂层的基材通过涂胶辊与复合辊之间,以不同转速,控制涂胶辊与复
合辊的速度差,在基材的胶黏剂层上产生摩擦透气孔。
综上所述,本发明在保证胶带应有粘度的情况下,增加产品的透气性,提高产品的舒适性。使用过程中无致敏源,可直接接触皮肤,透气性较好。
