本发明公布了一种透气胶带,由现有创可贴、纱布、带有透气孔的透明胶布三层组成。将透明胶布表面扎开小孔,其小孔与创可贴上的透气孔相对应,这种创可贴的使用范围是在水外使用,其表层开有透气孔,使伤口处保持空气流通,不会因长时间使用而造成伤口溃烂。透明胶布外表面的边缘处涂覆有一层光触媒杀菌层,该光触媒杀菌层原料的重量比为:纳米二氧化钛5~9份、纳米二氧化硅7~10份、碳纤维颗粒5~11份、植物胶20~25份,将上述原料按比例混合均匀可制得光触媒杀菌层。本发明能够有效抑制胶带其边缘处厌氧细菌和好氧细菌的双重滋生,有效避免伤口内部的感染。

本发明属于一种透气胶带。
背景技术
在夏天,伤口大,因长时间使用创可贴往往造成皮肤溃烂。由于现有的创可贴上没有透气孔,保护了伤口,使粘贴处的皮肤溃烂,一不小心,甚至还会加重伤口的感染。
同时,现有的医用胶带其边缘处是处于胶带和伤口的分界点,此处极易导致厌氧细菌和好氧细菌的双重滋生,从而引发伤口内部的感染,现有的医用胶带一直无法解决该问题。
发明内容
发明要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种透气胶带,使伤口长时间使用, 也不会造成皮肤溃烂。
技术方案
本发明的一种透气胶带,在现有创可贴的上表面扎开小孔,作为地基,位于最下层,第二层在创可贴的中间垫一小块纱布,纱布的最上面为带有透气孔的透明胶布。

在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述透明胶布外表面的边缘处涂覆有一层光触媒杀菌层,该光触媒杀菌层原料的重量比为:纳米二氧化钛5~9份、纳米二氧化硅7~10份、碳纤维颗粒5~11份、植物胶20~25份,将上述原料按比例混合均匀可制得光触媒杀菌层;所述植物胶为阿拉伯胶、松香、糊精中的一种或多种。

透明胶布外表面的边缘处涂覆有一层光触媒杀菌层,该光触媒杀菌层原料的重量比为:纳米二氧化钛5~9份、纳米二氧化硅7~10份、碳纤维颗粒5~11份、植物胶20~25份,将上述原料按比例混合均匀可制得光触媒杀菌层;所述植物胶为阿拉伯胶、松香、糊精中的一种或多种。其中,光触媒杀菌层中含有纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化硅,能够发挥光触媒杀菌的作用,具体光触媒是一种以纳米级二氧化钛(二氧化硅)为代表的具有光催化功能的光半导体材料的总称,它在紫外光线的作用下,产生强烈催化降解功能:能有效地降解空气中有毒有害气体;能有效杀灭多种细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理。同时,光触媒杀菌层中碳纤维具有极高的比表面积(可达1000~3000m2/g),有利于纳米二氧化钛和纳米二氧化硅的吸附,有效扩大光触媒的采光面积,最终提升杀灭多种细菌的功能,采用本发明的医用胶带,能够有效抑制医用胶带其边缘处厌氧细菌和好氧细菌的双重滋生,有效避免伤口内部的感染。(本发明是针对申请号为:CN 201410302556.6的专利进一步改进)

1.一种透气胶带,其主要特征在于:由现有创可贴、纱布、带有透气孔的透明胶布三层组成。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的一种透气胶带,其特征在于:在现有创可贴的上表面扎开小孔,作为地基, 位于最下层,第二层在创可贴的中间垫一小块纱布,纱布的最上面为带有透气孔的透明胶布。
3.根据权利要求1 所述的医用防水透气胶带,其特征在于,所述透明胶布外表面的边缘处涂覆有一层光触媒杀菌层,该光触媒杀菌层原料的重量比为:纳米二氧化钛5~9份、纳米二氧化硅7~10份、碳纤维颗粒5~11份、植物胶20~25份,将上述原料按比例混合均匀可制得光触媒杀菌层。
4.根据权利要求3所述的医用防水透气胶带,其特征在于,所述植物胶为阿拉伯胶、松香、糊精中的一种或多种。
