本发明属于饲料技术领域,具体涉及一种猪饲料及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
随着人民生活水平的提高,人们对食品的要求越来越高,生产绿色、健康、安全的食品变得愈发重要。尤其是现代优良猪品种的大量引进和改良,只是提高了生长速度和增加了瘦肉率,但是猪肉的品质因为大量只为追求数量而出现劣质猪肉。本发明通过研究一款饲料,改饲料使用的不仅能使猪快速生长,同时也能改善猪的体质,增强猪的免疫力,防止猪类疾病的发生,增加经济效益。
【发明内容】
本发明的发明目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供的猪饲料的饲料复配合理,营养齐全,猪在生长期间能全面吸收营养,促进生长;饲料中还添加有中草药混合提取液,有利于猪的防病、提高免疫力,另外,制备方法要求低且易于实施;综上所述,使用本发明饲料养殖的猪生长周期短、肉质品质高。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种猪饲料,该饲料包括以下重量份原料制成:玉米粉30-50份、花生粕25-35份、木薯糟15-25份、木耳下脚料8-15份、骨粉5-15份、粉煤灰5-10份、明矾3-5份、胡萝卜5-15份、富硒酵母5-10份、螺旋藻3-5份、预混料5-25份、中草药混合提取液5-15份;
其中,所述预混料由以下重量份原料组成:复合维生素3-5份、泛酸钙1-3份、碘化钾2-5份、硫酸镁2-4份、硫酸亚铁1-2.5份、L-乳酸1-3.5份、生物素0.5-1.5份、食盐1-3份、柠檬酸0.8-2.2份、磷酸三钙0.3-0.8份、硒酸钠0.3-0.8份;
所述中草药混合提取液包括以下重量份的提取液混合而成:雷公藤提取液8-15份、蜘蛛香提取液7-12份、当归提取液9-17份、爵床提取液8-15份、千里光提取液5-9份、牡丹皮提取液5-8份、杜仲提取液5-9份、五加皮提取液2-4份、香茅提取液1-3份、威灵仙提取液1-3份、甘草提取液1-3份。
优选地,该饲料包括以下重量份原料制成:玉米粉38份、花生粕30份、木薯糟19份、木耳下脚料12份、骨粉11份、粉煤灰7份、明矾4份、胡萝卜10份、富硒酵母8份、螺旋藻4份、预混料5-25份、中草药混合提取液8份。
优选地,所述预混料由以下重量份原料组成:复合维生素4份、泛酸钙2份、碘化钾3份、硫酸镁3份、硫酸亚铁1.5份、L-乳酸2.5份、生物素1份、食盐2份、柠檬酸1.2份、磷酸三钙0.5份、硒酸钠0.5份。
优选地,所述中草药混合提取液包括以下重量份的提取液混合而成:雷公藤提取液10份、蜘蛛香提取液9份、当归提取液12份、爵床提取液12份、千里光提取液7份、牡丹皮提取液6份、杜仲提取液6份、五加皮提取液3份、香茅提取液2份、威灵仙提取液2份、甘草提取液2份。
进一步说明,所述复合维生素包括VA、VE、VK、VB1、VB2、VB6和叶酸。
进一步说明,所述中草药混合提取液中各个提取的制备方法如下:
其中,将甘草、千里光、香茅、爵床分别切碎后,分别加入1-2倍的水,进行煎煮,过滤取滤液,即分别得到甘草提取液、千里光提取液、香茅提取液和爵床提取液;
其中,将当归、威灵仙、蜘蛛香、雷公藤分别粉碎,过60目筛,分别加入乙醇进行浸渍,接着使用压榨机将药渣、药液分离,取药液,对药渣继续进行如上步骤的浸渍过程重复2-3次,合并所得的药液即可分别得到当归提取液、威灵仙提取液、蜘蛛香提取液和雷公藤提取液;
其中,将杜仲、五加皮、牡丹皮进行粉碎,过100目筛,分别分装于容器中,分别加入乙醇后,水浴加热蒸馏,回流提取10-15min,滤取药液,药渣再添加乙醇回流提取2-3次,合并所得的药液,得到的浓缩液即为杜仲提取液、五加皮提取液、牡丹皮提取液。
进一步说明,所述乙醇的质量浓度为85%;水浴加热蒸馏的温度为70-80℃。
如上所述一种猪饲料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份数计,称取各个原料;
(2)先将预混料中的各个组分进行混合处理,再将粉煤灰、明矾、木耳下脚料、木薯糟粉碎过200目筛;接着将胡萝卜切碎,然后与玉米粉、骨粉、花生粕、富硒酵母、螺旋藻混合得到混合物料A;
(3)将混合物料A与中草药混合提取液混合搅匀即可。
各个中草药的药理和药性如下:
雷公藤,根圆柱形,扭曲,常具茎残基。直径0.5~3cm,商品常切成长短不一的段块。表面土黄色至黄棕色,粗糙,具细密纵向沟纹及环状或半环状裂隙;栓皮层常脱落,脱落处显橙黄色。皮部易剥离,露出黄白色的木部。质坚硬,折断时有粉尘飞扬,断面纤维性;横切面木栓层橙黄色,显层状;韧皮部红棕色;木部黄白色,密布针眼状孔洞,射线较明显。根茎性状与根相似,多平直,有白色或浅红色髓部。气微、特异,味苦微辛。有大毒。具祛风除湿,活血通络,消肿止痛,杀虫解毒。用于类风湿性关节炎,风湿性关节炎,肾小球肾炎,肾病综合症,红斑狼疮,口眼干燥综合症,白塞病,湿疹,银屑病,麻风病,疥疮,顽癣。
蜘蛛香本品根茎呈圆柱形,略扁,稍弯曲,少分枝,长1.5~8cm,直径0.5~2cm;表面暗棕色或灰褐色。有紧密隆起的环节和突起的点状根痕,有的顶端略膨大,具茎、叶残基;质坚实,不易折断,折断面略平坦,黄棕色或灰棕色,可见筋脉点(维管束)断续排列成环。根细长,稍弯曲,长3~15cm,直径约0.2cm;有浅纵皱纹,质脆。气特异,味微苦、辛。归心、脾、胃经。理气止痛,消食止泻,祛风除湿,镇惊安神。用于脘腹胀痛,食积不化,腹泻痢疾,风湿痹痛,腰膝酸软,失眠。
当归,(学名:Angelica sinensis)别名干归、秦哪、西当归、岷当归、金当归、当归身、涵归尾、当归曲、土当归,多年生草本,高0.4-1米。花期6-7月,果期7-9月。中国1957年从欧洲引种欧当归。主产甘肃东南部,以岷县产量多,质量好,其次为云南、四川、陕西、湖北等省,均为栽培。国内有些省区也已引种栽培。其根可入药,是最常用的中药之一。味甘、辛、性温。归肝、心、脾经。具有补血和血,调经止痛,润燥滑肠、抗癌、抗老防老、免疫之功效。
爵床(拉丁学名:Rostellularia procumbens(L.)Nees)一年生匍匐草本,叶对生;卵形、长椭圆形或广披针形,穗状花序顶生或腋生,花冠淡红色或带紫红色,花丝基部及着生处四周有细绒毛,花柱丝状,柱头头状,蒴果线形,先端短尖,基部惭狭,全体呈压扁状,淡棕色,表面上部具有白色短柔毛。种子卵圆形而微扁,黑褐色,表面具有网状纹凸起。花期8~11月。爵床,味苦咸辛、性寒,归肺、肝、膀胱经;阴寒清利;活血止痛的功效;主治感冒发热,咳嗽,咽喉肿痛,目赤翳障,牙痛舌疮,瘰疬,疳积,泻痢,疟疾,黄疸,水肿,淋浊,筋骨疼痛,跌打损伤,痈疽疔疮,湿疹疥癣,毒蛇咬伤。
千里光(Senecio scandens Buch.-Ham.ex D.Don),又名九里明、九里光、千里及,眼明划,黄花草黄花母、九龙光、九岭光。为菊科草本植物,生于山坡、疏林下、林边、路旁、沟边草丛中。产于河南、陕西、江苏、浙江、广西、四川。其性寒,味苦,具有清热解毒,明目,止痒等功效。多用于风热感冒、目赤肿痛、泄泻痢疾、皮肤湿疹疮疖。值得注意的是,与现在报道的菊三七类似,千里光属植物多含肝毒吡咯双烷生物碱,其急、慢性中毒可引起肝脏的肝窦阻塞综合症、肝巨红细胞症或肝纤维化。千里光归经归肺、肝经。清热解毒;明目退翳;利湿、杀虫止痒。主流感;上呼吸道感染;肺炎;急性扁桃体炎;肋腺炎;急性肠炎;菌痢;黄疸型肝炎;胆湿癣炎;急性尿路感染;目赤肿痛翳障;痈肿疖毒;丹毒;湿疹;干湿癣疮;滴虫性阴道炎;烧烫伤。
牡丹皮,中药名。为毛茛科植物牡丹干燥根皮。产于安徽、四川、河南、山东等地。苦、辛,微寒,归心、肝、肾经,具有清热凉血、活血化淤、退虚热等功效。牡丹皮和牡丹酚的毒性小。
杜仲(学名Eucommia ulmoides Oliver),又名胶木,为杜仲科植物。杜仲游离氨基酸极少,含有的少量蛋白质,是和绝大多数食品类似的完全蛋白,即能够水解检出对人体必需的8种氨基酸。测定了杜仲所含的15种矿物元素,其中有锌、铜、铁等微量元素,及钙、磷、钾、镁等宏量元素。药用杜仲,即为杜仲科植物杜仲的干燥树皮,是中国名贵滋补药材。其味甘,性温。归肝、肾经。有补益肝肾、强筋壮骨、调理冲任、固经安胎的功效。可治疗肾阳虚引起的腰腿痛或酸软无力,肝气虚引起的胞胎不固,阴囊湿痒等症。在《神农本草经》中被列为上品。现代研究杜仲具有清除体内垃圾,加强人体细胞物质代谢,防止肌肉骨骼老化,平衡人体血压,分解体内胆固醇,降低体内脂肪,恢复血管弹性,利尿清热,广谱抗菌,兴奋中枢神经,提高白血球药理作用。
五加皮,中药名Cortex Acan thopanacis Gracilistyli。为五加科植物细柱五加Acanthopanar gracilistμlusW.W.Smith的干燥根皮。夏、秋二季采挖根部,洗净,剥取根皮,晒干。味辛、苦,性温。肝、肾经。有祛风湿,补益肝肾,强筋壮骨,利水消肿的作用。
香茅(Mosla chinensis Maxim)是禾本科香茅属约55种芳香性植物的统称,亦称为香茅草,为常见的香草之一。因有柠檬香气,故又被称为柠檬草。味辛,性温。归肺、膀胱、胃经。治疗风湿效果颇佳,治疗偏头痛,抗感染,改善消化功能,除臭、驱虫。抗感染,收敛肌肤,调理油腻不洁皮肤。
威灵仙(学名:Clematis chinensis Osbeck)是毛茛科,铁线莲属多年生木质藤本。茎、小枝近无毛或疏生短柔毛。一回羽状复叶;小叶片纸质,卵形至卵状披针形,或为线状披针形、卵圆形,顶端锐尖至渐尖,基部圆形、宽楔形至浅心形,圆锥状聚伞花序,多花,萼片白色,长圆形或长圆状倒卵形,瘦果扁,卵形至宽椭圆形,6月至9月开花,8月至11月结果。分布于中国云南南部、贵州、四川、陕西南部、广西、广东、湖南、湖北、河南、福建、台湾、江西、浙江、江苏南部、安徽淮河以南。越南也有分布。生山坡、山谷灌丛中或沟边、路旁草丛中。该种根及茎入药具有祛风湿、通经络、消骨梗之功效。辛、咸,温。归膀胱经。祛风除湿;通络止痛。在现代临床实践中其新的用途不断的被发现,如治疗胆结石,跟骨骨刺、足跟痛、食管癌等。但用药中须注意的是,气血亏虚及孕妇慎服。
甘草,(学名:Glycyrrhiza uralensis Fisch)别名:国老、甜草、乌拉尔甘草、甜根子。豆科、甘草属多年生草本,根与根状茎粗壮,是一种补益中草药。对人体很好的一种药,药用部位是根及根茎,药材性状根呈圆柱形,长25~100厘米,直径0.6~3.5厘米。外皮松紧不一,表面红棕色或灰棕色。根茎呈圆柱形,表面有芽痕,断面中部有髓。气微,味甜而特殊。功能主治清热解毒、祛痰止咳、脘腹等。喜阴暗潮湿,日照长气温低的干燥气候。甘草多生长在干旱、半干旱的荒漠草原、沙漠边缘和黄土丘陵地带。根和根状茎供药用。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:

千里光清热解毒、明目退翳、利湿、杀虫止痒,
牡丹皮清热凉血、活血化淤、退虚热等功效,
爵床阴寒清利、活血止痛的功效,共为臣药,将君药大寒和毒性削减,起到清热解毒、利湿的作用,还额外具有抗菌作用;
五加皮祛风湿、补益肝肾、强筋壮骨、利水消肿的作用,
香茅抗感染,改善消化功能,除臭、驱虫,
威灵仙祛风除湿;通络止痛,共为佐药;
甘草气微,味甜,清热解毒,起到调和药性,为使药。
11味药共同作用,相辅相成,方中既有寒凉之品,也有温性之药,寒温并用,既可治疗寒热错杂之症,又相互佐制,该组方配伍得当,有疏肝理气、润肠消食、清热解毒、抗菌的效果,能明显的降低了猪的胃肠炎、感冒等疾病的发生,并能提高猪的抵抗能力,降低了死亡率。
经过研究证明,添加的玉米粉、骨粉含有蛋白质、粉煤灰中含有大量的微量元素、大量元素,明矾能起到保鲜、护色和消毒的作用,花生粕、木薯糟含有纤维素,木耳下脚料含有大量的蛋白质和硒元素,同时木耳中有有益生物菌群,能调节猪胃中的环境,快速排出内毒素,使得血液中的毒素降低,胡萝卜不仅含有维生素还能调节饲料的口感,更脆口;富硒酵母的添加能促进猪吸收微量元素硒,螺旋藻与木耳下脚料中的微生物菌群协同作用,一并排出猪血液中的内毒素,使得猪肉更健康,预混料中含有猪生长的各种动力素,外配中草药混合提取液能起到健胃消食,清凉解毒,抗菌的作用,促进猪的健康生长,缩短生长周期。
2.本发明的方法,是通过研究试验发现,使用本发明的饲料饲养得到的猪更健康、个体积大、并存活率高,抵抗力强,生长周期短,且制备改饲料的方法操作简便、成本低廉、易于实施,适用于各种规模的养殖场。

实施例1:
一、原料准备:
1.中草药混合提取液中各个提取的制备方法如下:
其中,将甘草、千里光、香茅、爵床分别切碎后,分别加入1倍的水,进行煎煮,过滤取滤液,即分别得到甘草提取液、千里光提取液、香茅提取液和爵床提取液;
其中,将当归、威灵仙、蜘蛛香、雷公藤分别粉碎,过60目筛,分别加入质量浓度为85%乙醇进行浸渍,接着使用压榨机将药渣、药液分离,取药液,对药渣继续进行如上步骤的浸渍过程重复2次,合并所得的药液即可分别得到当归提取液、威灵仙提取液、蜘蛛香提取液和雷公藤提取液;
其中,将杜仲、五加皮、牡丹皮进行粉碎,过100目筛,分别分装于容器中,分别加入质量浓度为85%乙醇后,在70℃条件下水浴加热蒸馏,回流提取10min,滤取药液,药渣再添加质量浓度为85%乙醇回流提取2次,合并所得的药液,得到的浓缩液即为杜仲提取液、五加皮提取液、牡丹皮提取液。
2.一种猪饲料,该饲料包括以下重量份原料制成:玉米粉30份、花生粕25份、木薯糟15份、木耳下脚料8份、骨粉5份、粉煤灰5份、明矾3份、胡萝卜5份、富硒酵母5份、螺旋藻3份、预混料5份、中草药混合提取液5份;
其中,预混料由以下重量份原料组成:复合维生素3份、泛酸钙1份、碘化钾2份、硫酸镁2份、硫酸亚铁1份、L-乳酸1份、生物素0.5份、食盐1份、柠檬酸0.8份、磷酸三钙0.3份、硒酸钠0.3份;
其中,复合维生素包括VA、VE、VK、VB1、VB2、VB6和叶酸等重量组合;
其中,中草药混合提取液包括以下重量份的提取液混合而成:雷公藤提取液8份、蜘蛛香提取液7份、当归提取液9份、爵床提取液8份、千里光提取液5份、牡丹皮提取液5份、杜仲提取液5份、五加皮提取液2份、香茅提取液1份、威灵仙提取液1份、甘草提取液1份。
二、将原料准备的物料进行制备一种猪饲料的方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份数计,称取各个原料;
(2)先将预混料中的各个组分进行混合处理,再将粉煤灰、明矾、木耳下脚料、木薯糟粉碎过200目筛;接着将胡萝卜切碎,然后与玉米粉、骨粉、花生粕、富硒酵母、螺旋藻混合得到混合物料A;
(3)将混合物料A与中草药混合提取液混合搅匀即可。
实施例2:
一、原料准备:

其中,将杜仲、五加皮、牡丹皮进行粉碎,过100目筛,分别分装于容器中,分别加入质量浓度为85%乙醇后,在80℃条件下水浴加热蒸馏,回流提取15min,滤取药液,药渣再添加质量浓度为85%乙醇回流提取3次,合并所得的药液,得到的浓缩液即为杜仲提取液、五加皮提取液、牡丹皮提取液。
2.一种猪饲料,该饲料包括以下重量份原料制成:玉米粉50份、花生粕35份、木薯糟25份、木耳下脚料15份、骨粉15份、粉煤灰10份、明矾5份、胡萝卜15份、富硒酵母10份、螺旋藻5份、预混料25份、中草药混合提取液15份;
其中,预混料由以下重量份原料组成:复合维生素5份、泛酸钙3份、碘化钾5份、硫酸镁4份、硫酸亚铁2.5份、L-乳酸3.5份、生物素1.5份、食盐3份、柠檬酸2.2份、磷酸三钙0.8份、硒酸钠0.8份;
其中,复合维生素包括VA、VE、VK、VB1、VB2、VB6和叶酸;
其中,中草药混合提取液包括以下重量份的提取液混合而成:雷公藤提取液15份、蜘蛛香提取液12份、当归提取液17份、爵床提取液15份、千里光提取液9份、牡丹皮提取液8份、杜仲提取液9份、五加皮提取液4份、香茅提取液3份、威灵仙提取液3份、甘草提取液3份。
二、将原料准备的物料进行制备一种猪饲料的方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份数计,称取各个原料;
(2)先将预混料中的各个组分进行混合处理,再将粉煤灰、明矾、木耳下脚料、木薯糟粉碎过200目筛;接着将胡萝卜切碎,然后与玉米粉、骨粉、花生粕、富硒酵母、螺旋藻混合得到混合物料A;
(3)将混合物料A与中草药混合提取液混合搅匀即可。
实施例3:
一、原料准备:
1.中草药混合提取液中各个提取的制备方法如下:

2.一种猪饲料,该饲料包括以下重量份原料制成:玉米粉38份、花生粕30份、木薯糟19份、木耳下脚料12份、骨粉11份、粉煤灰7份、明矾4份、胡萝卜10份、富硒酵母8份、螺旋藻4份、预混料5-25份、中草药混合提取液8份;
其中,预混料由以下重量份原料组成:复合维生素4份、泛酸钙2份、碘化钾3份、硫酸镁3份、硫酸亚铁1.5份、L-乳酸2.5份、生物素1份、食盐2份、柠檬酸1.2份、磷酸三钙0.5份、硒酸钠0.5份;
其中,复合维生素包括VA、VE、VK、VB1、VB2、VB6和叶酸等重量组成;
其中,中草药混合提取液包括以下重量份的提取液混合而成:雷公藤提取液10份、蜘蛛香提取液9份、当归提取液12份、爵床提取液12份、千里光提取液7份、牡丹皮提取液6份、杜仲提取液6份、五加皮提取液3份、香茅提取液2份、威灵仙提取液2份、甘草提取液2份。
二、将原料准备的物料进行制备一种猪饲料的方法,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份数计,称取各个原料;
(2)先将预混料中的各个组分进行混合处理,再将粉煤灰、明矾、木耳下脚料、木薯糟粉碎过200目筛;接着将胡萝卜切碎,然后与玉米粉、骨粉、花生粕、富硒酵母、螺旋藻混合得到混合物料A;
(3)将混合物料A与中草药混合提取液混合搅匀即可。
实施例4:
原料、步骤与实施例3基本相同,不同点是没有添加中草药混合提取液。
实施例5:
原料、步骤与实施例3基本相同,不同点是没有添加木耳下脚料和螺旋藻。
实施例6:
原料、步骤与实施例3基本相同,不同点是饲料未添加预混料。
将实施例1-6制备得到的饲料喂养同一批猪,饲养在陆川某饲养厂,将60头猪均分饲养于6个猪栏内,每个猪栏使用10头猪,分别饲养实施例1-6制备得到的饲料,每天喂食三餐,在日龄30-80天的,每餐给食每只2斤;80-120天每餐给食每只2.5斤;120-150天每餐给食每只3斤;150-160天每餐给食每只2.5斤,160天出栏,在喂养过程和出栏期间进行如下的统计:

由上表可知,使用本发明的饲料养殖的猪在同样的养殖时间上,增重更快,体积更大,具有更好的经济价值;并且发病率的几率为0,猪拥有更好的免疫抗病的能力,且饲料均是无毒无抗生素的安全组分,无毒无副作用;猪体内的蛋白质合成代谢相比更强,氮的排出量降低,对环境污染少。

Claims (8)
1.一种猪饲料,其特征在于:该饲料包括以下重量份原料制成:玉米粉30-50份、花生粕25-35份、木薯糟15-25份、木耳下脚料8-15份、骨粉5-15份、粉煤灰5-10份、明矾3-5份、胡萝卜5-15份、富硒酵母5-10份、螺旋藻3-5份、预混料5-25份、中草药混合提取液5-15份;
其中,所述预混料由以下重量份原料组成:复合维生素3-5份、泛酸钙1-3份、碘化钾2-5份、硫酸镁2-4份、硫酸亚铁1-2.5份、L-乳酸1-3.5份、生物素0.5-1.5份、食盐1-3份、柠檬酸0.8-2.2份、磷酸三钙0.3-0.8份、硒酸钠0.3-0.8份;
所述中草药混合提取液包括以下重量份的提取液混合而成:雷公藤提取液8-15份、蜘蛛香提取液7-12份、当归提取液9-17份、爵床提取液8-15份、千里光提取液5-9份、牡丹皮提取液5-8份、杜仲提取液5-9份、五加皮提取液2-4份、香茅提取液1-3份、威灵仙提取液1-3份、甘草提取液1-3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种猪饲料,其特征在于,该饲料包括以下重量份原料制成:玉米粉38份、花生粕30份、木薯糟19份、木耳下脚料12份、骨粉11份、粉煤灰7份、明矾4份、胡萝卜10份、富硒酵母8份、螺旋藻4份、预混料5-25份、中草药混合提取液8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种猪饲料,其特征在于,所述预混料由以下重量份原料组成:复合维生素4份、泛酸钙2份、碘化钾3份、硫酸镁3份、硫酸亚铁1.5份、L-乳酸2.5份、生物素1份、食盐2份、柠檬酸1.2份、磷酸三钙0.5份、硒酸钠0.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种猪饲料,其特征在于,所述中草药混合提取液包括以下重量份的提取液混合而成:雷公藤提取液10份、蜘蛛香提取液9份、当归提取液12份、爵床提取液12份、千里光提取液7份、牡丹皮提取液6份、杜仲提取液6份、五加皮提取液3份、香茅提取液2份、威灵仙提取液2份、甘草提取液2份。
5.根据权利要求1所述一种猪饲料,其特征在于,所述复合维生素包括VA、VE、VK、VB1、VB2、VB6和叶酸。
6.根据权利要求1-5任意一项所述一种猪饲料,其特征在于,所述中草药混合提取液中各个提取的制备方法如下:

其中,将当归、威灵仙、蜘蛛香、雷公藤分别粉碎,过60目筛,分别加入乙醇进行浸渍,接着使用压榨机将药渣、药液分离,取药液,对药渣继续进行如上步骤的浸渍过程重复2-3次,合并所得的药液即可分别得到当归提取液、威灵仙提取液、蜘蛛香提取液和雷公藤提取液;
其中,将杜仲、五加皮、牡丹皮进行粉碎,过100目筛,分别分装于容器中,分别加入乙醇后,水浴加热蒸馏,回流提取10-15min,滤取药液,药渣再添加乙醇回流提取2-3次,合并所得的药液,得到的浓缩液即为杜仲提取液、五加皮提取液、牡丹皮提取液。
7.根据权利要求6所述一种猪饲料,其特征在于,所述乙醇的质量浓度为85%;水浴加热蒸馏的温度为70-80℃。
8.根据权利要求1-7任意一项所述一种猪饲料的制备方法,其特征在于,具体步骤如下:
(1)按照重量份数计,称取各个原料;
(2)先将预混料中的各个组分进行混合处理,再将粉煤灰、明矾、木耳下脚料、木薯糟粉碎过200目筛;接着将胡萝卜切碎,然后与玉米粉、骨粉、花生粕、富硒酵母、螺旋藻混合得到混合物料A;
(3)将混合物料A与中草药混合提取液混合搅匀即可。
