Abstract

本发明公开一种适用于多增压器的船用柴油机NOx排放后处理SCR系统,该系统可以有效降低多增压器的大功率船用柴油机的NOx排放,以满足Tier III要求。该SCR系统由多套SCR装置组成,每套SCR装置主要包括催化反应装置、吹灰装置、尿素计量喷射装置、蒸发混合管四个主要部分。本发明的优势在于:能为满足多增压器的柴油机NOx排放后处理,且每个增压器对应一套独立的SCR系统,因此相对多增单SCR系统方案,每个SCR装置体积更小,布置更灵活,且可共享尿素泵站及计量装置、尿素溶液存储装置。同时还可根据柴油机的工况需要,随时停用其中任何一个SCR装置,这就可以满足更多的工况范围,且大大降低柴油、SCR催化剂和尿素溶液的消耗,同时降低成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种适用于多增压器船用柴油机NOx减排装置SCR系统,属于船舶柴油机废气处理技术领域。
背景技术
随着国际航运业及远洋船舶运输的发展,以柴油为燃料的船舶发动机所产生的废气排放已成为沿海地区尤其是港口的主要污染源。船舶柴油机排放废气中的NOx对大气环境造成的污染已引起国际社会广泛的关注。
国际海事组织(IMO)规定的第三阶段(Tier III)NOx排放法规将于2016年1月1日起在NOx排放控制区实施,排放控制区之外仍然实行Tier II排放法规。
现有的柴油机技术水平,仅依靠柴油机机内措施很难大幅度同时降低NOx排放,而且许多净化措施又是以牺牲柴油机动力性及经济性为代价的。采用机外净化措施,主要是选择性催化还原技术(SCR),能够有效降低NOx排放。船用SCR技术被认为是减少NOx排放的最有效途径之一,其减排效率可达90%以上!
发明内容
本发明公开一种适用于多增压器的船用柴油机NOx排放后处理SCR系统,该系统可以有效降低多增压器的大功率船用柴油机的NOx排放,以满足Tier III要求。
本发明公开一种适用于多增压器船用柴油机NOx减排装置SCR系统,该SCR系统包括多个SCR装置,SCR装置的数量由增压器数量决定,每套SCR装置放置在柴油机排气管上,所述SCR装置进气端与增压器的出进口端连接,其出气端通过排气管与增压器进口段连接,包括催化反应装置、吹灰装置、尿素计量喷射装置和蒸发混合管:
所述催化反应装置包括反应器罐体、导流装置和SCR催化剂,反应器罐体内部放置有一定排列顺序的SCR催化剂层;
所述吹灰装置包括快速响应阀和空气瓶;
所述尿素计量喷射装置包括尿素溶液喷枪喷嘴、分配单元、计量单元、泵站和尿素溶液存储装置;
所述蒸发混合装置包括混合单元和蒸发混合管。
所述适用于多增压器船用柴油机NOx减排装置SCR系统,还设置有SCR控制单元,控制单元控制SCR装置的运行,同时该控制单元中设有增压器是否运行的信号检测装置,以便控制SCR系统是否需要运行。
所述适用于多增压器船用柴油机NOx减排装置SCR系统,设置有压差传感器对催化反应装置前后压差进行检测,该压差传感器包括两个探头,一个探头位于催化反应装置前,另一个探头位于催化反应装置后,对催化反应装置前后的压差进行测量。
所述适用于多增压器船用柴油机NOx减排装置SCR系统,SCR装置设置有温度传感器,温度传感器设置在SCR装置的催化反应装置前,并与SCR控制单元通过电缆相连接。
本发明的优势在于:能满足多增压器的柴油机NOx排放后处理,且每个增压器对应一套独立的SCR系统,因此相对多增压器的单SCR系统方案,每个SCR装置体积更小,布置更灵活,且可共享尿素泵站及计量装置、尿素溶液存储装置。同时还可根据柴油机的工况需要,随时停用其中任何一个SCR装置,这就可以满足更多的工况范围,且大大降低柴油、SCR催化剂和尿素溶液的消耗,同时降低成本。

具体实施方式
本发明一种适用于多增压器船用柴油机NOx减排装置SCR系统,由多套SCR装置组成,套数视增压器个数决定,每套SCR装置放置在柴油机排气管上,所述SCR装置进气端与增压器的出进口端连接,其出气端通过排气管与增压器进口段连接,由催化反应装置、吹灰装置、尿素计量喷射装置、蒸发混合管四个主要部分组成。
所述催化反应装置包括反应器罐体、导流装置和SCR催化剂。反应器罐体内部放置有一定排列顺序的SCR催化剂层。
所述吹灰装置包括快速响应阀和空气瓶。
所述尿素计量喷射装置包括尿素溶液喷枪喷嘴、分配单元、计量单元、泵站和尿素溶液存储装置。
所述蒸发混合装置包括混合单元和蒸发混合管。
下面将结合附图及具体实施例,对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明提供一种适用于多增压器船用柴油机NOx减排装置SCR系统,SCR装置放置在柴油机1的排气管上,SCR装置的进气端分别通过蒸发混合管1(4-1)和蒸发混合管2(4-2)与增压器1(2-1)和增压器2(2-2)出气端相连接,其出气端通过催化反应装置1(7-1)和催化反应装置2(7-2)与增压器1(2-1)和增压器2(2-2)的进气端相连接。
柴油机1产生的废气经排气管沿流动方向A流入SCR装置。
本发明公开的SCR装置设置有尿素喷射系统,以只有一个增压器为例,尿素存储罐5中的尿素溶液,经尿素泵站及计量装置6控制,通过尿素喷射口1(3-1),喷射点设置在蒸发混合管的前端(沿流动方向A)。尿素喷射口1(3-1)喷射的尿素溶液雾滴在蒸发混合管1(4-1)内与柴油机废气混合,并在柴油机废气的加热下热解水解产生SCR反应最终的还原剂氨气。氨气与柴油机废气继续在蒸发混合管1(4-1)内流动、混合。混合废气沿流动方向B流入催化反应装置1(7-1),混合废气经过反应器罐体内部的SCR催化剂层(图中未标示),在SCR催化剂的作用下,NH3和NOx发生反应,生成N2和H2O,从而达到NOx的处理效果。
当不需要使用SCR装置时,只需将SCR系统进口的阀2和出口的阀3关闭,打开增压器入口的阀1即可将SCR系统旁通。
作为本发明的优选实施例,SCR装置设置有压差传感器(图中未标示)对催化反应装置前后压差进行检测。该压差传感器包括两个探头(图中未标示),一个探头位于催化反应装置前,另一个探头位于催化反应装置后,对催化反应装置前后的压差进行测量。
为了控制柴油机SCR去除NOx的效率,本发明提供的SCR装置设置有SCR控制单元,该控制单元根据温度传感器检测的柴油机废气温度,控制SCR装置的上述各个零部件的运行。参见图2,温度传感器设置在SCR装置的催化反应装置前,并与SCR控制单元通过电缆相连接。同时本控制单元中还设有增压器是否运行的信号检测装置,以便控制SCR系统是否需要运行。

1.一种适用于多增压器船用柴油机NOx减排装置SCR系统,其特征在于,该SCR系统中SCR装置的数量由增压器数量决定,每套SCR装置放置在柴油机排气管上,所述SCR装置进气端与增压器的出进口端连接,SCR装置出气端通过排气管与增压器进口段连接,包括催化反应装置、吹灰装置、尿素计量喷射装置和蒸发混合管:
所述催化反应装置包括反应器罐体、导流装置和SCR催化剂,反应器罐体内部放置有SCR催化剂层;
所述吹灰装置包括快速响应阀和空气瓶;
所述尿素计量喷射装置包括尿素溶液喷枪喷嘴、分配单元、计量单元、泵站和尿素溶液存储装置;
所述蒸发混合装置包括混合单元和蒸发混合管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适用于多增压器船用柴油机NOx减排装置SCR系统,其特征在于,SCR系统设置有SCR控制单元,控制单元控制SCR装置的运行,同时该控制单元中设有增压器是否运行的信号检测装置,以便控制SCR系统是否需要运行。

4.根据权利要求2所述的适用于多增压器船用柴油机NOx减排装置SCR系统,其特征在于,SCR系统设置有温度传感器,温度传感器设置在SCR装置的催化反应装置前,并与SCR控制单元通过电缆相连接。
