常用C rW M n 钢冷作模具, 工作时损坏,往往不是因强度、硬度不足, 耐磨性不够,是韧性差引起脆性断裂造成的。为了进一步增加HeYWn离合杆凸模的各方面的性能,需要开发一种新的热处理工艺。

本发明公开了一种HeYWn离合杆凸模热处理工艺,该工艺方法步骤简单,经该工艺处理过的离合杆凸模各方面的性能均有显著提升。

(3)淬火:进行油淬;
(3)回火:在180-200℃下进行回火,每次保温2h。
