一种环保润滑液,所述润滑液由质量百分比为5-20%的硼酸、13-15%的脂肪酸、15-24%的三乙二醇、6-14%的棕榈油酸、3-8%的金属钝化剂、25-36%的防锈剂、1-3%的抗氧剂搅拌均匀后再加水稀释混合均匀而成。本发明的有益之处在于:本配方通过对成分的改进,结合制作工艺,可以生产出不会破坏金属表面,防锈、润滑效果优秀的润滑剂,并且产品无污染,具有很好的环保效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种润滑液配方,特别是涉及一种环保润滑液。
背景技术
目前,随着人们对金属制品质量要求越来越高,对金属加工的要求也随之升高,其中,切削润滑液作为金属切削中的重要助剂,其性能也是各大金属加工厂所研究的重点,然而,现在的金属润滑剂还存在着破坏金属表而,防锈、润滑效果差、高污染等问题,从而降低了加工质量,在不增加制作成本的情况下,制作出来满足高性能要求的润滑液,是我们急需解决的问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有润滑液配方的不足之处,本发明提供了一种环保润滑液。
本发明的技术方案是这样实现的。
本方案的一种环保润滑液,所述润滑液由质量百分比为5-20%的硼酸、13-15%的脂肪酸、15-24%的三乙二醇、6-14%的棕榈油酸、3-8%的金属钝化剂、25-36%的防锈剂、1-3%的抗氧剂搅拌均匀后再加水稀释混合均匀而成。
本发明的有益之处在于:本配方通过对成分的改进,结合制作工艺,可以生产出不会破坏金属表面,防锈、润滑效果优秀的润滑剂,并且产品无污染,具有很好的环保效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种环保润滑液,由8kg的硼酸、14kg的脂肪酸、18kg的三乙二醇、7kg的棕榈油酸、6kg的金属钝化剂、31kg的防锈剂、2kg的抗氧剂搅拌均匀后再加水稀释到100kg混合均匀而成。
实施例2
一种环保润滑液,由7kg的硼酸、13kg的脂肪酸、17kg的三乙二醇、9kg的棕榈油酸、3kg的金属钝化剂、35kg的防锈剂、2kg的抗氧剂搅拌均匀后再加水稀释到100kg混合均匀而成。
实施例3
一种环保润滑液,由11kg的硼酸、15kg的脂肪酸、21kg的三乙二醇、6kg的棕榈油酸、9kg的金属钝化剂、29kg的防锈剂、3kg的抗氧剂搅拌均匀后再加水稀释到100kg混合均匀而成。
本品不会破坏金属表面,具有优秀的防锈、润滑效果,并且产品无污染,具有很好的环保效果。

1.一种环保润滑液,其特征在于:所述润滑液由质量百分比为5-20%的硼酸、13-15%的脂肪酸、15-24%的三乙二醇、6-14%的棕榈油酸、3-8%的金属钝化剂、25-36%的防锈剂、1-3%的抗氧剂搅拌均匀后再加水稀释混合均匀而成。
